W Florence

Best hotel experience . Very accommodating and warm staffs. Perfectly clean rooms .  Love it

The hotel is one block away from the train station. Very convenient. Especially during this hot summer. Also it’s close to major tourist sites.

Nice location, friendly stuff & helpful, they spent more than half hour exploring the area around and even arranging table for us in a good restaurant nearby the hotel  Loved the room lights behind the bed

Hotel is new and great staff working here. Easy to go from the hotel to city.

Very Disappointing Stay – Be Aware Before Booking I strongly advise future travelers to think carefully before choosing W Florence. While the hotel markets itself as a five-star property, the service and overall experience were far below acceptable standards. Upon check-in around 6:00 PM on the first day, there was no water supply in the building until approximately midnight. This is a basic necessity and completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming five-star status. The room experience was equally disappointing. In Room 505, the air conditioning produced constant noise, forcing us to request a change. We were moved to Room 105, which had no noise issue but had an overpowering lemon cleaning odor that made the stay uncomfortable. Despite this, we had no choice but to remain in that room for two nights. Service at the restaurant was also poor. Staff appeared disengaged and unfriendly, including one blonde waitress. On my final day, I sat at the restaurant for breakfast before check-out, and no one approached me to provide a menu or assistance. The front desk experience was equally underwhelming. Staff were not welcoming, and I had to initiate interaction just to request short-term luggage storage. This level of service falls far below what should be expected. Overall, this was a highly disappointing stay. The hotel may present itself as luxurious, but the service quality does not reflect a five-star standard. Travelers should be aware and manage expectations before booking.

Nice location good service, i’ve been there for my honeymoon was a wonderful experience.

Great accommodation, accessible and good set of onsite facilities.

Amazing Florence location with friendly staff. A beautiful and new modern hotel and great breakfast Thank you
