I've stayed at this location multiple times. It is a good location and I enjoy the house band in the pub (located in the basement). The Kempeski is definitely showing its ago, however. The marblework in the bathroom is cracked and some of the flooring is stained. The public bathroom (to the right of the lobby) is in desperate need of a makeover, i.e. recaulk the edges of the lavatory and do a deep steam cleaning of all tile. Breakfast was superb and the wait staff was doing a great job turning tables around for the next customers. I would probably stay again, but only if the prices are reduced.

Good location, friendly and nice personal, bright and big room, clean. But rooms doesn't have a good isolation, in the morning heart kids from some other room and at night music from somewhere. When checked in room I didn't find a tooth brush and comb, but they were given to us when we just asked.

This is an honest review that is not meant to dissuade anyone but to offer a thorough unbiased review. My opinion of New World before my stay was that it was a 5 star hotel, it certainly wasn't horrible, but after my stay and comparing to other Dalian hotels in its league that I've stayed in, think it doesn't fit the bill for a 5 star hotel. I can't complain about the service, Check in was swift and we got a free room upgrade and spa coupons, but the hotel room carpet was stained, there was dust in some places and the furniture and room amenities are aging, slightly dated and need to be improved (I didn't feel the need to zoom in on those issues so the pictures wont reflect this) . I loved that there were lovely art pieces throughtout the hotel and the fitness centre was top notch especially the heated pool. The breakfast buffet had fewer options than expected for a hotel of that standard but it was honestly delicious and satisfactory, they had both Chinese and Western dishes, fruit and cereal. The waitresses from Guo restaurant had the best service they went out of their way to make our dinner pleasant. The most disconcerting issue I had with New World was that the room deposit refund took longer than I've ever experienced, I found it highly unusual and somewhat disappointing because I've stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels and usually the refund is instant but they told us it would take up to 3 days. Maybe this is standard practice for them but it made no sense to me and I've never had to wait that long. In any case surely it doesn't take 3 days to check a room!

I stayed in an executive room. The service provided by the executive lounge team was amazing (actually the best I have received in China). The breakfast and afternoon tea in the lounge was amazing. One day I went to the buffet for breakfast and was disappointed by the cleanliness of it, so I decided to just eat at the lounge. The laundry team was also great. They noticed one of my dresses had a small issue so they fixed it. Most of the staff spoke at least some English, it was the first time in China that even the housekeeper could speak English.

The staff at the front desk were really kind and English was also comfortable. The room was spacious enough and comfortable, especially with a bidet in the bathroom. However, I stayed on the 10th floor, but it was a little disappointing that the room with a bad view of the building in front was blocked, and I turned on the heating, but the cold wind kept coming out, so I asked for a separate heater, so it was less cold. Hotel facilities such as saunas and restaurants in the hotel have great convenience like a global brand five-star hotel, especially because it is located in the center of the city, so it was very convenient wherever you went. The hotel was famous, so the taxi drivers quickly found the location and arrived quickly. I am thinking of using it again when I come to Dalian next time. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

The facilities in the house are relatively modern and user-friendly, and the sanitation is also good. It is very comfortable to live in. The hotel service staff is considerate, meticulous, patient and organized, and there will be someone in front of the door to help open the door and take luggage. The breakfast is rich in varieties, both Chinese and Western food, and the taste is not bad. Choosing this Hilton for this trip was very successful, and I will stay here again in the future!

The first thing I did after traveling in Dalian was to write a review. The experience of staying in is very good. The newly opened hotel is very clean and tidy. The robot can deliver food to the door. It’s lovely~ There are 2 walls of books in the public area, as well as free sweets and drinks. The beauties and handsome guys at the front desk are very nice~ the enthusiastic waiter and aunt of the breakfast restaurant are old. It can be seen that everyone here wants to make the hotel better. The washing, toileting, and bathing areas in the hotel are all separated. Although a little cramped, they are enough to use. I think this area is excellent. It saves time by not disturbing each other with travel companions. The suggestion is: the window is restricted to open, only one slit can be opened, and the ventilation is restricted

I stayed in the second hotel in Dalian. The overall environment is still ok. It should be a store that has been open for a long time. The facilities are relatively old. I don't know if the whole hotel doesn't provide it or our room is left behind. The service at the front desk is very average, because I can’t drink cold water when I’m traveling during my menstrual period, and I’m afraid to use the kettle in the room because I’m worried that some guests have cooked something (maybe I’m worried about it too much, but I’m a bit concerned about the too many news I read online), When I checked in, I asked the front desk for hot water. After repeated explanations, the staff handed over the kettle behind me. When I checked out, I said that there was no water and that they didn't drink water. I feel the enthusiasm of Dalian people. The landlord sister is really amazing. The service is thoughtful and there are questions and answers. Recommended places to play. It is the same as home, the transportation is convenient, the room is all available, central air-conditioning, and it is cool to not play air-conditioning on the upper floors. Time is too fast, if the market buys some seafood and steams it is also very cool, I will definitely try it next time. The labor park downstairs is really a good place to walk around and eat.
