Verder is alles vergelijkbaar.

Excellent location. You can watch trains on the lobby.  We took advantage of the DonQuijote access on the 5th floor. For guests, you can also leave your luggage. There’s an underground shopping street from Tennoji Station where you can exit right across the street from Via Inn.

The hotel was wonderful, with small but very well equipped rooms and a lovely amenities bar that was well stocked with essentials including skincare and extra luxuries. The staff were kind and helpful, the location was excellent (5 min walk from Umeda and also in the heart of plenty of lively eateries)- I was impressed with this hotel chain as I have stayed in multiple and each of them have been spotlessly clean and excellent. Also- the air conditioning worked wonderfully! I am sensitive to temperatures, and rooms can often be too hot and stuffy in the winter. The AC was an individual unit rather than centralised, so I was able to control the temperature exactly how I wanted it. It’s a small thing but a huge bonus for me and I would choose this hotel again based on the fact!

Our first time to book a hotel .The location is just a few steps to shin osaka station and the staff are so attentive. I was amaze when it has a staff that can communicate in english.
But I dont know what happened in my deposit refund / my preauthorization , I'd paid cash when we check in . but until now my preauthorization is not yet returned to my account.

I stayed at this hotel in Osaka and honestly, it was very new and amazing especially the location. Located right in the Kyobashi area which you have full access to JR line, Keihan line (goes to Kyoto) and Subway tsurumiryokuchi line (goes straight to Sinsaibashi), made getting around super easy.
There are heaps of restaurants right outside that stay open until midnight, so even if you arrive late, you'll always find somewhere to eat. There is 7-11 convenience store underneath the hotel, as well as amazing morning buffet. 🥞🍳🥓(Extra 1980yen for those staying at the hotel)

Osaka castle 🏯in walkable distance, Osaka Umeda station in 10 min JR line ride, Shinsaibashi by Subway for 15 min, you really can't beat this location.🚃

Amenities are pretty good — towels, pajamas provided everyday, all other essentials are available at the front including face masks. No water in the room but has 7-11 convenience store in the hotel so you really can get anything.

The best thing about this hotel is they have Onsen (hot springs) available till 1am every day. Super refreshing and clean too.♨️(Same as ordinary Japanese Onsen rules, no tatoo allowed fyi)🙅🏻♀️

That said, the room was super new and clean, comfortable, and very convenient. One of the best parts was the hot spring - it was really nice to relax and take a bath every day. The room also came with a hair dryer, hair straightener, and a big tv that you can connect Netflix etc. d
Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel that's great value for money!!!

Hotel accommodation is nice. Location is very close to the shin osaka train station (if you know how to go). There hotel reach though both JR or subway station. For JR passenger, the hotel is close to central exit no10. For subway, sorry I cannot remember. I have lost in the train station when arriving. And it was a bit sad that hotel staff couldn't speak English TT

We waren zeer tevreden!

Perfect is the best way to describe Via Inn Akihabara. Location was perfect, room size was comfortable, staff helpful and service/amenities was excellent. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is almost right diagonally across Tsukiji market and there is a Lawson right at level 1. There are also at least 2 subway stations nearby; Tsujiki and Higashi-Ginza station. Room is comfortable enough but do note for the 4 nights we stayed there, there are fire engine sirens every night, so there might be a fire station nearby. Hotel staff service level is just adequate but not warm. They expressed reluctance when we requested for their assistance to call a local restaurant for reservations, and we also need to collect our requested extra pillows at the front desk itself despite them having more than 1 staff there.

This was my third time living in this hotel when I travel to Tokyo.
The hotel located in Ningyocho, which is a high-accessibility place but very peace at the same time.
There are also 4 convenience store nearby the hotel.
The hotel room is big enough, and the room always very tidy. The staffs are nice!
Love this hotel so much, highly recommend to those visit tokyo, and I will come back to this hotel again with no doubt❤️

Sterk aanbevolen.

I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at VIA INN NAGOYA EKIMAE TSUBAKICHO, and it was fantastic!

Location
- The hotel is perfectly situated right above a shopping mall and close to train stations. You can access everything you need just by taking the elevator down!
- It offers easy travel to nearby attractions such as Gero's oden and Shirakawa-go, making it a great base for exploring the countryside.

Amenities
- The staff is incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to luggage storage before and after your stay.
- The views from the hotel are spectacular, particularly from the higher floors.

Overall Experience
- I loved the convenience of being in the city center and, despite the hustle and bustle below, enjoying a peaceful stay in a beautiful hotel.
- I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Nagoya!

The stunning views, convenient location, and excellent service truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at VIA INN Nagoya Shinkansen-guchi! The location is excellent — it’s very close to Nagoya Station, just about a 10-minute walk away, so getting around the city is super convenient. There’s a Family Mart right downstairs and a Lawson within 3 minutes’ walk, which is very handy. The area also has plenty of great places to eat, including several ramen shops.

One pleasant surprise was discovering a huge Aeon supermarket just a 10-minute walk away — and it’s open 24 hours! Perfect for grabbing late-night snacks or doing some quick shopping.

The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room felt cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended! 🌟
