This amazing hotel is centrally located, very spacious, clean, the lady in the reception gave a room with view, it's amazing to wake up to Helsinki town view for two morning
Breakfast was good with good variety of food, I get to try the local delicacy
It is centrally located, all the attraction is well within walking distance or tram ride away
Will definitely stay again if I get the chance

Overall really nice and centrally located hotel. Close to the main railway station. All floors have different themes related to Finnish nature (Winter storm, Midsummer, Fairytale forest, Sisu, Tranquility) and the front desk let us choose between a couple of themes. We weren't sure what they were going to be like, but chose Fairytale forest, which was ok.

The room was a bit on the small side and with a view to an inner courtyard - however this was to be expected with the room type. The room was really quiet, which was a bonus in the middle of the city! Breakfast was nice, mostly European style with breads etc. Would definitely recommend the hotel for the central location and Finnish style, if you want to experience that.

Good experience for business one night here again, unbelieveable, Karaoke Bar on ground floor, a lots guys playing over night !

Excellent cleanliness. Enjoyed my stay there as the breakfast spread was splendid!

Excellent location and right next to a large mall / train station, one stop away from city centre. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast!

Thank you for great service! I'll visit your hotel again someday!!

Clean, Cozy and close to the central station and everything. Very good for the money when you think about how expensive everything is in Northern Europe.
All the staffs I met were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was also amazing.
Try their oldest elevator located in the centre of the building.

De hotelkamers waren uniek ingericht. De bedden waren erg comfortabel. Er was een sauna. Het ontbijt was geweldig 👍 Het hotel ligt direct naast treinstation Kapitaa.

Hyvä sijainti mutta yöllä kuului paljon ääniä. Henkilökunta 👍 Walo baarissa halloween huippuesintäjä.

I booked the hotel via Trip.com. The hotel booking is paid, however during check-in, the front desk manager said that she couldn’t find the payment record. I reached Trip.com right away and I got replied and assisted immediately. The payment actually transferred to the hotel side but the manager kept saying that they couldn’t find the record. After spending half hour standing at the reception, we are allowed to check-in. The manager apparently wasn’t competent nor polite. She definitely need to learn how to deal things internationally. She didn’t apologise at all.
