Excellent hotel and great service! Vegan options galore! The golf carts are easily accessible!

I recently celebrated my seven-year wedding anniversary with a 5-night stay at TRS Yucatan hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff's exceptional treatment made our experience truly memorable. Special kudos to the remarkable team at El Gaucho—Amayde Cruz, Ingrid Martinez, and our outstanding waiter, who we unfortunately did not get the name of, along with Fernanda Pichardo. Rosa from Villa 70 treated us to 5 star treatment, cleaning our room and doing turn down service everyday with the highest quality. Our butlers (Emilio, Estefanía and Daniel) were also really phenomenal! The resort surprised us with a lavish dinner on our last evening, making us feel like royalty. The tranquil and peaceful atmosphere added to the perfection of our stay. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a luxurious getaway! Thank you to the whole TRS team for the most spectacular time and making us feel like royalty every single day!

Every single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place.  We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa.  We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there.  We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was.  Truly amazing!

Er zijn 2 klassen VIP-passagiers en voor de anderen is het vervoer erg slecht, voor de anderen gingen ze niet eens voor de koffers

Algunos camareros en el buffet Poseidón nos trataron de mala gana, todo lo contrario a Domingo que estaba siempre atento y con una buena sonrisa, los chicos del bar de las piscinas del palace y la Secret son del 100, en cuanto a la habitación teníamos cucarachas en la cama, los baños estaban regularmente limpio, por lo demás bien.

Me encantó el hotel, sus servicios, el trato de cada una de las personas , así también, nuestro host Rafael fue muy amable en todo momento, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y como la estábamos pasando.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in The Unexpected Hotel op Ibiza! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, zorgde het personeel ervoor dat we ons welkom en goed verzorgd voelden. Bij het inchecken werden we aangenaam verrast door de mogelijkheid om onze kamer te upgraden – en daar zijn we heel blij mee! De geüpgradede kamer was ruim, stijlvol en bood een prachtig uitzicht dat onze ervaring echt naar een hoger niveau tilde. Er was zelfs een jacuzzi op het balkon.

Het hotel zelf doet zijn naam eer aan – vol heerlijke verrassingen, van de chique inrichting tot de levendige sfeer. Elk detail was zorgvuldig uitgekozen en de service gedurende ons hele verblijf was uitzonderlijk.

Ik beveel dit hotel van harte aan voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een onvergetelijke en luxe vakantie op Ibiza. Het is elke cent waard. We komen zeker terug!

Erg goed (vriendelijk personeel, eten van goede kwaliteit), behalve restaurant Portofino.

Tijdens ons derde bezoek aan dit à-la-carterestaurant bestelden we kreeft als extra.
We reserveerden om 9:15 uur. De kreeften kwamen een uur later, om 10:15 uur, aan tafel (de bediening duurde veel te lang).
Nadat de kreeften op waren, vroeg de ober om de rekening en zei dat de desserts zouden volgen.
Vijf minuten later vroeg ik de ober naar de desserts en ze antwoordde verontschuldigend: ”De keuken sloot om 10:00 uur.”
Ik legde haar uit dat als de keuken om 10:00 uur sloot, waarom de kreeften dan om 10:15 uur arriveerden, en vooral waarom niemand ons had gewaarschuwd voor de sluiting?

Dus betaalden we voor een maaltijd ZONDER DESSERT.

The best hotel i have ever stayed. Choose all-inclusive option. The pool is spacious and the hotel ambiance is rather chill and relaxing, which I really liked. The staffs are very attentive. There's a drinking water station/purifier at every floor and you can refill the water bottle - this was the best part of the stay. Had an amazing time!! Highly recommended.
