All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the location is very convenient , shops, restaurants and public transport within walking distance. Hotel Rooms were comfy and clean. Hotel restaurant food is good and they provide in room dining. special mention to duty manager tony and kylie. food department Felix.  will surely come to stay again for the next trip to Bath 

Perfect room, one of the biggest room ever stayed in the UK! Loving the free hot spring in the hotel. Can’t complain I mean!

Z Hotel’s location is excellent. Central yet not too busy with lots of eating options (including in-house restaurant reasonably priced), Five Guys burger and Pizza Express virtually next door. Sainsbury and Tesco Express for groceries and tidbits within easy walking distance. Roman Baths and Abbey less than 5 mins walk. Pulteney Bridge & Weir, Guildhall Market all within a hop and a skip away. Room is typical small size but comfortable. Staff is superb and friendly, luggage storage provided with a smile. Love! Bath is fantastic. I can definitely live here and enjoying all the parks. Even in the frigid coldwave, I bundled up and explored all the gorgeous parks & gardens feeling like a Bridgerton extra promenade-ing🤣❤️

Attended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful. We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest. The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss. One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go. Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109. Premier inn always have excellent service and the breakfast have lots of choices. The room is clean and the staff are very nice and approachable.

De wachtzone van Checking is zeer Engels en mooi. We hebben een klassieke kamer gekozen, om het hoofdgebouw te doorlopen, door de tuin te komen naar de tweede verdieping van een paardkamer. De kamer is schoon en de badkamer is groter. Maar de positie is een beetje teleurgesteld. Hoge prijs en hoge locatie van het hotel, Laten we automatisch de standaard kamer zien zal bijzonder goed zijn en zal de stad van Bass zijn. De feitelijke situatie is teleurstellend. Het uitzicht op de andere kant van de straat is niet durven openen. De Britse witte baas helpt met het pakje, zodat je me niet verontschuldigt dat je geen geld geeft. Het restaurant is erg lekker, De groenten zijn zo lekker... dat je hier altijd de eisen moet doen.

Complementary refreshments and being able to cast to the tv was great, as we're the blackout blinds. Lovely breakfast in the mornings. The room was compact but well laid out and very cute.

Best place to stay in Bath in all senses! Clean room, handy location, spacious lobby with plenty of seating and tables with sockets, which was perfect for working while travelling. Breakfast was also perfect!

Met mijn Marriott Platinum Card heeft het hotel, zelfs met een reservering van een derde partij, ons opgewaardeerd naar een grotere kamer op de begane grond met uitzicht op de straat nadat we ons account hadden gematcht, maar het is niet aan te raden vanwege mogelijk lawaai. Ze boden ook een gratis à-la-carteontbijt aan. Ontbijtslots moesten tijdens het inchecken worden gereserveerd en we kozen om 10.00 uur een tafel. Het ontbijt was overvloedig en het restaurant had een charmante en heerlijke sfeer. De ervaring was uitstekend (de beste dingen zijn gratis!). Helaas heb ik geen ruimte voor meer foto's, maar ik zal er later een van het restaurant plaatsen. De kamer was vrij klein, ontworpen in een moderne Britse stijl, met een filmthema-inrichting volgens de posters aan de muur. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig, met toiletartikelen van lokale merken die bij de receptie te koop waren voor £ 25 voor twee flessen. Ze waren redelijk, maar niets bijzonders om mee naar huis te nemen. De minibar bevatte koffie, verschillende soorten thee, pakjes halfvolle melk en koekjes. Het gebottelde stilstaande water was in een esthetisch aantrekkelijke ingeblikte vorm. 🌟 Er ligt een Elemis-slaappakket op het bed: tempelbalsem/slaapmist/oogcrème, geplaatst op een hotelkaart en ziet er heel voortreffelijk uit. Het bed was zeer comfortabel. ❌ Er waren echter een paar nadelen aan deze plek... een beetje zenuwslopend... Ik weet niet zeker of ik gewoon pech heb gehad. De hotelgangen waren enigszins verwarrend en ik opende per ongeluk de verkeerde kamerdeur met mijn eigen kamerkaart. Vreemd genoeg slaagde iemand er de volgende dag rond tien uur in, terwijl ik in de badkamer was en mijn zoon op bed lag, ondanks het feit dat we de klink van onze deur hadden vastgezet, de deur een stukje te openen, vermoedelijk omdat hij mijn zoon op bed had zien liggen, en toen sloot de deur. Misschien was het een huishoudelijk personeelslid dat de kamer wilde schoonmaken? Hoe dan ook, het voelde nogal vreemd… een beetje verontrustend, om eerlijk te zijn
