Premier Inn Bath City Centre

Wonderful location accross the square. Would recommend.

Had a lovely time at this hotel,across the road from themae spa,2 min walk to town,10 minutes to the train station ,perfect location for a visit to Bath. Room was good size ,double room ,very hot in room so used the fan a lot (ps I cleaned it for you as it was very dusty) comfy bed,lovely clean room ,great shower,would recommend highly,lovely staff too !

Stayed 2 nights here. 2nd day had an issue where due to miscommunication with the housekeeping and frontdesk our room was accessed without our consent with our personal belongings and important items loosely scathered. Not a good feeling on safety and security, even have the "do not disturb" sign posted on the door! Even the bed and linens feels uncomfortable and this is not the firt time we had tried Premier inn here and abroad. An apology was given but thats it. Didnt feel safe afterwards.

We were in Bath to visit family and split our stay over 2 locations, choosing to stay at the Premier Inn, where we have stayed on many occasions, for the final night. This always ensures a good night's rest before the journey back to Kent. We were really impressed by the commitment, friendliness and helpfulness of the young lady we encountered on Reception

Excellent location with friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable. Only downside was that the hotel corridors were like a maze and the window from our room looked out into the centre of an enclosed concrete courtyard so felt rather claustrophobic. However it was quiet at night. Good dinner and breakfast at the adjoining restaurant.

We had a perfect overnight stay here. Friendly and professional staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt looked after from start to finish. Even looking after our luggage when we checked out until we were ready to travel home. Food and drink there at the adjoining restaurant was excellent and really good value. We would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Very clean and convenient with great staff. Carpark is £17 - 24hrs in Avon st (4 min max to walk). Slightly tricky to find 1st time but after that very easy!

Lovely room, bathroom looked pretty new and very clean. Asked for more towels which we got. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bed firm and comfortable, however pillows could have been a little softer. Apart from that small thing excellent stay, would definitely use this hotel again for a short stay. Also very close to all amenities and attractions.

Absolutely amazing location! The staff were so friendly and Amy was super quick to sort out our key card problem and was so lovely to talk to.When mentioned it was my mums birthday when checking in she was given a room with a towel swan arrangement and made to feel so special. Extremely clean and rooms are nice, bright and spacious. Lovely and quiet considering the location. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
