Hotels met bar in Chania

A lovely hotel in Chania. We had two nights with this hotel, the location is perfect. The breakfast is wonderful. There are several really nice decent local food just a few minutes walk away from the “tourists restaurants”. Seafood is excellent!

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa. Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

This was one of many hotels we looked at but after so many positive reviews about the hotel and the staff it was a no brainer to book and we weren’t disappointed. The staff go out of their way to help you always with a friendly smile. The hotel is clean and adults only makes it a bonus. It’s a 10 second walk from the beach front. The beach is a cove never over crowded and the water is crystal clear and shallow for a long way. Plenty of little shops and places to eat out in this little village. Breakfast in the hotel was good, tasty. Not spoilt for choice but plenty for whatever your tastes. Pool area is great always get a bed. But we mostly went to the beach. There’s a car hire place nearby and a trip to Chania Old Town is an absolute must do. Would come back here again for sure and to this lovely hotel. Highly recommend it.

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

來希臘從雅典一路到克里特島伊拉克利翁到幹尼亞，這是最差的一個酒店。 你要是一個1000一晚三星酒店我會覺得你還不錯，但是你自己説自己是五星級酒店一晚2400我會覺得很可笑。 到幹尼亞已經是中午，本來是非常期待入住這一程價位最高的酒店，房間圖片直接看海，我想怎麼也不會比上一個酒店差吧。 靠近酒店就感覺不妙，酒店就在一個靠近海岸線的很擁擠的民居，和海岸線之間還擠着一個住宅樓，如圖一就是酒店前面遮擋的別人家真正的海景房民宿。前台入住之後來了一箇中年女人接待，就不放圖片了，全程最差的就是她。看着客人舟車勞頓不為我安排儘快入住，口頭把條款跟我説一遍，我要是英文特別差我會非常焦慮，入住了房間看到圖一的窗景馬上就傻眼了，房間沒有浴缸就是一個寬敞點的如家精品，你給什麼當地紅酒果盤那都是小恩小惠，沒有一個住五星酒店的客人是衝著你一點小禮物來的，酒店硬件條件差就是最短的短板。然後就是漫長的英文交涉，我可能比較生氣浪費我的時間語速快了一點，前台還聽不懂很多單詞…然後多虧攜程神仙客服，遠程快速把房間處理了，更換了兩次都非常非常一般，不遠萬里前來克里特島我是為了看別人家的太陽能嗎？我是為了看乾巴巴的三線小鎮街道嗎？這個女前台還甩了門還甩了臉子，恕我直言，三星級酒店的硬件，Motel的服務。前面一排民宿都無比友好，我們去海邊玩還問我們要不要喝礦泉水，想要賺錢就要拿出這樣的態度。下午吃完飯酒店經理出來道歉説了一大堆言之無物，最後説免費讓我們吃酒店的全部食物，對於一箇中國客人（世界美食天花板），這吸引力真的不大，而且也不敢在這樣的地方隨便吃手工食物。五星級酒店的硬件設施要求人均綠化娛樂使用面積要達到標準，且客人有任何需求要儘量滿足，一個海邊農家樂怎麼敢説自己是五星級。早餐還可以，擺盤好看但味道一般，隔壁桌客人一堆英國老夫婦一直在説難吃，走的時候也跟主廚投訴了，因為主廚態度很好我們吃完就走了也沒説什麼。總之這個酒店和五星級沒有一毛錢關係，你要是自駕就更不推薦，就在小巷子裏。BTW，酒店最高處就是一個温水池和健身房還有頂樓餐廳，我去了這個建築五層的每一個角落，竟然沒有一個角度可以欣賞完美海景，全部都在看毗鄰民宿的太陽能。你要是有建築限高紅線不如去和人家協商把太陽能放低一點呢，畢竟自詡海景房是吧？！日落本來很美，為了在夾縫中拍下殘陽，也是挺努力的。攜程海外服務是完美的，這酒店是真的不配的，幹尼亞很美，還會再來，這酒店我避雷。

The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

Such a beautiful hotel located in perfect location- from old town, beaches and the rest. Suite was gorgeous. Pillows comfy. Breakfast is lovely, Simple and well laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Courtyard to have breakfast is so serene and stunning. Possibly the best accomodation for the area and value you receive. Bed a tiny bit hard but not so bad as everything else is comfortable and accomodating.  Thank you

酒店作為四星評級，名置實歸。大堂和二樓餐廳都很漂亮，裝修典雅空間高郎。房間也不錯。22平米也基本符合。床具被套都很舒服。早餐很好，品種較多，服務非常棒，紅茶是一人一個茶壼開水，一套杯具，送茶上座，咖啡也送上桌。餐桌是兩層桌布，漂熨得挺括。這種服務應該是五星級酒店玩的，可卡頓酒店也給你做到了，這很了不起。早到和退房之後的行李寄存也很周到。前台服務非常細緻熱情，耐心回答諮詢的問題。位置挺好，正對着幹尼亞一個古建築的大門，（該建築正在重新蓋房頂，可能會是一個旅遊品中心）去老城衹有2～300米，非常方便。入住兩天，價有所值。 唯一值得改進的是抽紙被安放在洗臉盆下方，不仔細找是找不到的。建議簡單地放在房間桌子上即可。見圖11。 設施：好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：非常好

Today, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

Het hotel is zeer goed, met een prachtige omgeving. Het heeft een eigen strand. Het is echt comfortabel om op het strand te liggen en naar de zee te luisteren, en de ober zorgt voor water. Ook de service was goed. Aangezien we voor vier personen logeerden, kregen we een extra bed en werd er een dekbed op de tatami gelegd, wat erg attent was.
