"We verbleven hier 7 nachten als stel. We hadden een van de studio's onder het restaurant met directe toegang tot het zwembad. Bij aankomst bracht de receptioniste ons naar onze kamer en, omdat het al avond was, vertelde ze ons dat er restaurants op 5 minuten loopafstand waren voor het avondeten. Er stond ook een fles wijn en twee flessen water voor ons klaar. De badkamer was voorzien van douchegel, shampoo en lotion. De kamer was schoon en de schoonmaaksters deden uitstekend werk. We kregen elke dag schone handdoeken, het toiletpapier werd aangevuld, de prullenbakken werden geleegd, het bed werd opgemaakt, enzovoort. Het enige wat we prettiger hadden gevonden, was een broodrooster om 's ochtends toast te kunnen maken in plaats van de panini-machine te gebruiken. Ook merkte ik dat het koffiezetapparaat het water niet kookte, dus moest ik de waterkoker gebruiken om de koffie met heet water aan te vullen (maar dit kan mijn eigen fout zijn geweest!). Er is een gratis parkeerplaats, dus we konden onze huurauto elke dag zonder problemen parkeren. Het was de hele week rustig. Alle gasten waren respectvol en we hebben geen problemen ondervonden. Er is een toeristenbelasting, die in september, toen wij er waren, 10 euro per nacht bedroeg en die je bij aankomst vooraf moet betalen."

"We (family of four) stayed in a sea view maisonette for a week in early August. This hotel is really really special - clean, modern (yet very comfortable) accommodation (amazing shower!) and stunning communal areas. The pool is wonderful and there is plenty of space for everyone. Access to the sea is easy despite the lack of beach. Restaurant is exceptional - the food is simple yet delicious at lunch time and much more adventurous and equally delicious at dinner time. Breakfast is also great with lots of choice and new items every day. Car hire with the room was brilliant and made the stay such good value. We enjoyed exploring Chania and Stavros and had some lovely meals out. We definitely hope to be back - so pleased we found you!"

"Studio is ruim, netjes en wordt goed schoon gemaakt. Mooi balkon met zitje. Iedere dag muziek aan de bar/ in het restaurant is soms storend op vakantie. Lunch aan de bar is kwalitatief goed en lekker. Dinerbuffet is weinig gevarieerd. Ontbijt is lekker. Iedere ochtend zelfde uitgebreide keuze. Verschillende soorten koffie en lekkere. 2 zwembaden perfect in orde. Personeel in resto, bar en van de poetsploeg zijn zeer vriendelijk. De receptie doet wat nodig is maar mogen wat vriendelijker zijn."

"We booked a 5-night stay but left after one night due to the lack of air conditioning and mosquito nets/screens in the bedroom. We had to sleep with the windows closed and the bedroom door open to get cool air from the unit installed in the kitchen. The hotel is rated 2 stars, and the manager deemed one air conditioning unit sufficient for a two-room apartment. We still had to pay for two nights due to the contract cancellation terms. In August, a partially air-conditioned apartment is quite inconvenient, and leaving immediately does not constitute a violation of the contract from the customer's end. This reflects poor service delivery from the hotel owner. I would not recommend this hotel to those who cannot tolerate the heat."

"Ik boekte het hotel heel spontaan, laat op een avond. De receptie was al gesloten toen ik belde, maar de manager kwam persoonlijk binnen tien minuten langs. Ik voelde me een beetje schuldig omdat ik niet doorhad dat het zijn mobiele nummer was en dat ik zo laat belde, terwijl hij al thuis was. Maar hij was ontzettend vriendelijk en grappig. We hadden een van de moderne kamers geboekt, die brandschoon, prachtig ingericht en zeer ruim waren. De voorzieningen waren uitstekend, er was zelfs een diffuser voor de föhn voor krullend haar, iets wat niet veel hotels aanbieden. De heldere zee lag recht tegenover het hotel, de locatie was fantastisch, op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van Chania, en er was parkeergelegenheid direct voor het hotel. Een echte aanrader!"

"Just returned from 11 nights at the Mrs Chrysanna beach hotel and wish we were going straight back. This was a really relaxing hotel which we would definitely return to. All staff at the hotel were great, very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and had everything we needed, there is no kettle in the room so take a travel kettle if you need one. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. Great service from the cleaning staff, really appreciated. Breakfast was great, always plenty of choice and something for everyone, always a friendly welcome from staff at breakfast. The pool areas is fantastic, gardens are very pleasant and well maintained. This was probably the most relaxing pool area we have had on holiday for a very long time. Pool bar was good value for money, really nice lunch and a good menu. I would definitely return here in the future."
