We absolutely loved our time here! It’s easily our favorite stay in Tagaytay so far. You can tell a lot of care goes into the upkeep—everything from the garden to the decor is well-maintained. The bed was a highlight for us; the linens were so soft and comfortable that we slept perfectly. Just a small heads-up: there was a bit of a drainage smell in the upstairs toilet, but it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Rou is truly an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. She was incredibly attentive and assisted us every step of the way throughout our entire stay. She made a point to check in on us regularly to see if everything was okay, and she was always very quick to respond and extremely helpful whenever we had any questions or needed assistance with anything. Her warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home and completely comfortable the moment we arrived. On top of her amazing hospitality, the place itself was clean and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The hotel was beautiful. The room we got was spacious for a family of 3. It had a wonderful view, where the location was truly remarkable. It showcased the possibility of wanting to live there. The pool too was well planned that you'd be swimming with mountain on view. I plan to go back there soon.

One of the best I've stayed at so far in Tagaytay. Their amenities are kid- and family-friendly, plus the cleanliness of their rooms and bathrooms are superb. They have a perfect location as well. I would also like to give credit to their staff for being warm and accommodating. I will surely come back and stay with them again.

Room smells awful, parang amoy lumang gamit , lalo na yung banyo, ang baho! parang amoy pawis na natuyo ang amoy, maybe yung mop na ginamit nd malinis, shampoo & conditioner luma din mukhang hindi nagrefill, yung labatory barado, yung maliit na unan nd bagong palit ang cover, amoy anit na! Ewww.pero isang tawag lang gagawin naman nila lahat,tho nice location , malapit sa lahat, staffs are very friendly & accomodating naman. Breafast is good! Over all stay ok naman. 👍

Lee Botique Hotel is well placed if you arent really going around Tagaytay. Is is accessible to the main road, and you have the option of going through CALAX or Sta. Rosa Tagaytay Road. And it is literally across the road from Concordias. We booked a suite. It was spacious, with a rustic cozy feel. The downsides to it is that the suite could use more sound proofing as you can hear the vehicles along the road from the bed. It also appears that there is a need to improve their balcony door, as strong winds tend to cause it to slam, which is not good for sleep. Also, the electronic lock on the appears to be malfunctioning during our stay. Thus, we had to get assisted whenever we returned in order to get the room opened. Finally, the property wifi leaves much to be desired as disconnection and slow speeds are common. The property has heated water for baths and its own parking space.

Area is very accessible. Near all the tourist attraction. Place is clean and the staff are very welcoming. Nearest mall is fora and ayala serin.

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! Our stay at Summit Ridge Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and the staff are warm, respectful, and accommodating especially to elderly guests and PWDs. We truly felt well taken care of and wish we could have stayed longer and availed discounts ❤️

My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila.They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon.
