The hotel staffs were accommodating. However, upon checking in, supplies like tissue paper and bottled waters weren't sufficient with the duration of our stay. Yes, it can be requested, but we somehow expected to have at least 2 rolls of tissue for a family of five that's staying for 3d&2n. The location of the hotel is not really accessible for someone who doesn't have a car though they provide shuttle services around the vicinity of the hotel only (it is not what is advertised that we saw on socials). Ride-hailing apps aren't available in the area and metered taxi arrangements are too expensive for a short trip. Free breakfast are also offered in buffet style and plated (depending on the day). It was good. The Bar Cielo is something I would recommend to only have an experienced but not something to return to. Amenities like games have a discount if you're an in-house guest. Heated pool and gym are the only amenities you can enjoy for free. In a nutshell, the treatment of the staffs are great. The location and availability of tnvs makes the stay stressful. The experience to the hotel was worth coming back bringing our own car. Ps. The road leading to the hotel is very steep.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kimberly a lot! The experience was truly fun-filled, especially for families. There were so many enjoyable activities such as the Merry Market, movie night, scavenger hunt, feeding the animals, and the bonfire, which made our stay extra special. The playgrounds were also a big hit and gave us plenty of time to relax while the kids had fun. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely love to come back.

Area is very accessible. Near all the tourist attraction. Place is clean and the staff are very welcoming. Nearest mall is fora and ayala serin.

Our stay at Summit Ridge Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and the staff are warm, respectful, and accommodating especially to elderly guests and PWDs. We truly felt well taken care of and wish we could have stayed longer and availed discounts ❤️

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

Taal Vista is a good place to stay when you’re in Tagaytay. There’s nothing more relaxing than getting an unobstructed view of Taal lake while having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Taal Vista offers a variety of food such as Filipino staples, salad, and bread, among others, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are not new but are clean well-maintained nonetheless (kudos to their cleaners who clean the rooms everyday!). If you’re after a serene place, this is the place to go. But if you want newer facilities, then you might want to consider looking for another hotel.

The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

The door lock had a low battery, and we were unable to enter the room after returning from outside. We reported it to the lobby when we got back, but it took some time for assistance to arrive, so we had to wait in the hallway for more than 10 minutes. The internet connection was also very slow. While we were able to watch Netflix, the streaming quality was poor because of the slow speed. In addition, the TV remote barely responded. When I mentioned this to the staff member who assisted us, it worked briefly, but after watching a movie, it stopped responding again. Breakfast was supposed to be included in our package, but we were not asked about our breakfast preference during check-in. The next morning, I had to ask the reception about it, and they told us they had forgotten to take our order. They then took our order on the spot, which was already sometime past 9:00 AM. Unfortunately, it still took more than an hour for the food to be served. For a simple meal of corned beef, scrambled eggs, and rice, breakfast was served at 10:18 AM. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects of service in the future. It would also help to check facility equipment, such as door lock batteries, before assigning rooms to guests, as issues like this can cause unnecessary inconvenience.

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway!
