I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. 😐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. 🥺🙃 And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. 🤐🤫😴 But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri 🫡👍👌"

JjKk103Selected this home stay for a family weekend before attending the wedding. The Homestead is very newly built. You can see the bathroom the kitchen and the sofa are all new. Most importantly the owner is very friendly. The owner help us to arrange a taxi to Manila airport, even we change the time, couple of time. She still remain very patient. The facility come with the outdoor spa the outdoor BBQ and they have everything you need for a weekend family trip inside the house well equipped kitchen all kind of board games, et cetera.

The place was clean. It was very annoying and took a long time though to be able to allow a massage therapist to come and give me a massage. I prefer to stay at hotels for this reason. There should also have been more than one roll of toilet paper for 3 guests for 3 nights and more than 2 towels.

We didn’t expected it to be this big! We’re just 3 pax and the place is really good for big group of people. Price is good. There are complementary coffee sticks but no breakfast which is just okay. Location is near the highway so it is accessible. Recommended for overnight like we did or short staycation.

The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

Location is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday.
It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only.
We will definitely not come back again.

An honest review:
The room is neat and organized.Their television is small one but functioning for every channels.Their wifi is not too fast but can still connect.The staffs are approachable and courteous.One thing must carry are toothpaste and toothbrush only but they provide soap and shampoo which are good enough for your staycation.TIf I travel here again,I'd choose it again.

Ik heb al een paar keer in The Ridge verbleven en ze zijn nog steeds waar voor je geld. De airco is in ieder geval erg koud 😅 Het uitzicht is geweldig, de service is goed, het bed en de deken zorgen voor een comfortabele nachtrust en er zijn veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Ook is het erg makkelijk om van en naar verschillende plekken in Ta***tay te komen. Ik ga zeker nog een keer terug.

Guest UserSelf check in. Not a hotel. It has cockroaches in the kitchen. Sink has a smell. Beds are clean, bathroom is clean. Complete appliance for cooking. Matress and Pillows are comfortable. Sheets are clean. The place is quiet. Nice place to chill.
The price I paid I think is too much since the water heater is not working and the services and amenties I'm expecting from a hotel are not provided.
I might come back but it depends, the price should be lower imo.

Booked here just to sleep because we have a big event to attend the next day, after a long tiring day driving from manila to tagaytay , arrived here midnight and wanted to have a nice shower , but the cr is dirty and the towel is SUPER dirty , we dont know if its just a stain but its so dirty we didnt even try to smell since its so dirty….
