Race fans love us, as we're a mere 5 minutes from the Watkins Glen Race Track. We are also conveniently located near Watkins Glen (~9 miles) (~13 miles) Corning and (~22 miles) Hammondsport. Enjoy access to hiking trails, state forests, both the Seneca and Cayuga Lake Wine Trails. All of the amenities of home in a beautiful, rural setting. Ask for area recommendations! Queen bedroom and futon in the living room sleeps 4 comfortably. (Additional tent camping may be available, please ask!) Brand new ceramic tile and glass standing shower with dual shower heads creates a luxurious experience! The kitchen features new appliances and tons of amenities. Kitchen includes: electric oven/stove, 7.4 cubic foot fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker (Keurig/regular combo, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, bakeware and much more!) Relax on the covered front porch on our outdoor furniture while grilling on the propane BBQ. Spot the deer and chipmunks while sipping a Finger Lake wine, cup of coffee, or delicious local ale. On the main floor you'll find plenty of space. The main living room has: a large, beautiful seating area, wi-fi enabled smart tv, large dining room table, a wine fridge and is beautifully decorated. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of amenities enough to host Thanksgiving dinner. A second table with seating for up to 10 guests. Off the kitchen is a very large deck. On the deck you'll find a grill, 2 new tables and plenty of seating. Cozy up in the family room with another large Wi-Fi enabled smart TV and a comfortable recliner and couch. There is also a designated workspace, bathroom, laundry room, ping pong table, and access to the 2-car garage! That's right race fans & car clubbers. Tons of room for you to store your Vintage Car or Prized possessions. Upstairs: You will find 3 large bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. First, the master suite! Equipped with a large comfy King Bed, unique sitting nook, walk in closet, and full bathroom. Second, another king bedroom, plenty of space for you to unpack and catch some Z's The last upstairs bedroom has 2 bunk bed units! Sleeping for 4 in this room. 2 full beds & 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi enabled smart TV's, wireless phone chargers, ceiling fans, and nightlights. In the hallway is a large full bathroom. This bathroom has a stand-up shower as well as a jacuzzi tub. Head all the way downstairs to the basement. No space wasted here as you'll find a very large very unique game room. There is a large sectional couch here if you want to Netflix & Chill with yet another large smart TV. There are so many amenities down here for your enjoyment. Enjoy NBA Jam arcade game, 3-way air hockey, foosball, basketball shootout, or even a golf pool table. In addition, board games, card games & poker set. Also, a very cool queen bedroom here and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Off of the game room is a patio out back with a picnic table. The yard is private and has plenty of space. This home is so unique. Incredibly decorated, very large & private. It's rare to find such privacy so close to all of the attractions Watkins Glen has to offer. This beautiful home is nestled on a private 4-acre lot. You can enjoy privacy and space while still being minutes away from all of your favorite places. You are less than 5 minutes from the racetrack. That's right, if you're a race fan, car fan, or better yet, a driver of your own car, enjoy this prime location to the track. You can hear the humming of the race cars on the racetrack right from the house. Oh man, I love that sound! Within 3 minutes, take the family to trackside Ice Cream stand to enjoy some treats, putt putt & go karting. Downtown Watkins Glen is only 5 miles down the hill. In town, enjoy many restaurants, the lake, harbor, shopping, groceries etc. Feeling more adventurous? You are only 6 minutes from the breathtaking Watkins Glen State Park trail & You're within 10 minutes to the first winery on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. This home is very spacious. In the living room is a cozy sectional couch where you can cuddle up with the fireplace on and stream on the Wi-Fi enable smart TV. The large kitchen is equipped with plenty of amenities. You'll find the dining room table has plenty of room to take advantage of the board games or cards we have. The main floor bedroom has plenty of room for you to unpack and catch some Z's in the comfy King bed. The main floor also comes equipped with new washer & dryer as well as a full bathroom. Head down to the next level of the house and find another spacious living area. Down here is plenty of space to hang out. With yet another large Wi-Fi enabled smart TV, & 2 couches with chase loungers. The two couches also have trundles to pull out into 2 full beds w linens. Next, a super cute bedroom with a Queen bed & some extra seating. Finally, you'll find the 3rd bedroom with a large closet and new Queen Bed. All bedrooms have Wi-Fi enabled smart TVS, ceiling fans, wireless charges, & nightlights. There is another full bathroom here as well. Finally, a game room that includes another smart TV, DVD player with DVD's, basketball shoot out game, Pacman Arcade game, Foosball table and electronic dart board, Have Fun! If you'd like to head outside for some fresh air, enjoy the large grounds with plenty of space & privacy. We have built a brand-new deck across the entire front of the house using locally supplied, partially recycled polywood material. (Exterior photos coming) We also have cornhole, kan-Jam & ladder golf. Off the main floor living area is a large deck equipped with a grill, new locally made polywood dining set & plenty of seating. As the sun goes down, walk down to the fire pit for some smores. As an added bonus, next door on its own 4-acre lot is our sister property, Hannah's House, at 1730 State Route 414. Perfect for larger groups or bridal/groom house combinations. Behind the property is the KOA campground, so stay here as the rest of your group camps. We have also installed a wifi porter for simple instant, tap-to-connect phone hook up. We are always updating, adding & improving.
