"Hotel Chalet Swiss bedankt! Ik heb een geweldig verblijf bij je gehad. Bedankt voor al het personeel dat erg behulpzaam en behulpzaam was. Zeer schone plek om te verblijven en ze maakten de kamer dagelijks schoon. Dichtbij locatie bij bus- en treinstation-Interlaken West. Zeer bevredigend ontbijt. Ze geven een blauwe kaart voor een gratis busrit. Ik zou er zeker voor kiezen om hier weer te verblijven. Danke Hotel Chalet Swiss❤️❤️❤️🇨🇭"

"This hotel is very close to Interlaken Ost train station, only about a 2-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket right across the street and near the station, which is extremely convenient, especially for a solo traveler. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Interlaken."

"This is by far the best hotels I've gotten in Switzerland. We got upgraded to a suite with patio although we couldn't use the kitchen provided as they said it'll come with cleaning cost if used. But very very happy for the free upgrade for our honeymoon. We will come back!"

"I had a nice experience even though my room looked a bit old and worn out. The location is perfect, so close to many cafes and restaurants. The terrace on the first floor is also amazing, I had a great time having dinner and enjoying the view."

"Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!"
