Mountain view-hotels in Interlaken

Hotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

這家酒店整體來説還不錯，位置非常便利，靠近市中心，周圍有很多餐廳和購物區。房間寬敞，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，適合長時間住宿。雖然有些地方略顯陳舊，但整體乾淨整潔。酒店的服務也很到位，前台人員熱情，辦理入住和退房的過程都很高效。

This is a lovely hotel with a lot to offer. The location is truly excellent—close to public transport and within walking distance of the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and very clean.  The only area that didn't meet our expectations was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the quality didn't seem to match the rest of the hotel experience. It was the one thing we were disappointed with. Despite the breakfast, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable rooms.

Very lovely hotel. I like the idea that it combines an elderly home together with a Hotel. Location is great, right next to the bus stop. Room is spacious and clean, its worth every penny i paid for

일단 조식을 줘서 돈이 많이 아껴지고 요리도 해먹을 수 있어서 돈 많이 아꼈습니다 아쉬운건 방 안에 냉장고가 없다는건데 공용주방에 놔도 다들 안건드려서 괜찮았습니다

Een groep van drie van ons verbleef in oktober in dit hotel. De driepersoonskamer was erg groot en volledig uitgerust. De badkamer en het toilet waren verdeeld in twee kamers, wat erg handig was als er veel mensen waren. Op de dag van inchecken kwam ik te laat aan vanwege een navigatiefout. Nadat ik contact had opgenomen met de receptie, werd ik per e-mail op de hoogte gesteld van de incheckmethode en kon ik het zelf regelen, wat erg handig was. Het hotel ligt op een geweldige locatie, met de hoofdstraat van de zakenstraat net buiten. U kunt souvenirlepels kopen in de horlogewinkel ernaast. Het balkon kijkt uit op een groot gazon met een geweldig uitzicht. Het is voor ons erg handig om onze auto's zelf te parkeren. We hebben een eigen parkeerplaats. Parkeerkosten worden elke dag in rekening gebracht en kunnen niet worden vrijgesteld, zelfs niet als u incheckt. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd en de sfeer in het restaurant is goed.

Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping.

Stayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).
