"This is by far the best hotels I've gotten in Switzerland. We got upgraded to a suite with patio although we couldn't use the kitchen provided as they said it'll come with cleaning cost if used. But very very happy for the free upgrade for our honeymoon. We will come back!"

"This hotel is very close to Interlaken Ost train station, only about a 2-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket right across the street and near the station, which is extremely convenient, especially for a solo traveler. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Interlaken."

"All hotel staff that I met were extremely friendly. Room was clean, windows opened to give fresh and cool air to the room which is necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Water pressure is average and TV is not smart, but who needs a TV when you’ve got such a great view from the balcony"

"Very nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes."

"Hotel Krebs is very conveniently located, just about a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it extremely easy to reach even with luggage. This was another lovely stay at Hotel Krebs, and it felt great to return once again. The staff were as kind and welcoming as ever, with consistently warm hospitality that made the stay very comfortable and familiar. Guests staying at the hotel receive a 10% discount at the hotel’s restaurant, which is also a well-known and popular restaurant among locals. The food quality and atmosphere make it well worth dining there. In addition, the hotel offers discounts on various activities in Interlaken, which is a nice benefit for travelers planning to explore the area."

"I had a nice experience even though my room looked a bit old and worn out. The location is perfect, so close to many cafes and restaurants. The terrace on the first floor is also amazing, I had a great time having dinner and enjoying the view."

"Sorry it took me awhile to give my review as I just returned home. We are so grateful to Hey Hotel for saving our holiday in Switzerland! We had originally booked an Airbnb (to experience stay in a house) near the interlaken west train station. Upon checking in, to our horror, the flat is so disgustingly dirty and smelled rotten. Not only that, there was roadwork in front and the security to the unit is also lacking. We immediately booked our remaining stay at Hey and our trip was saved! The service staff, a bespectacled gentleman, gave us a free check-in early in the morning and upgraded us to the best room for 4 — no qn asked! We have clean room and best view. The breakfast has amazingly good spread. And at a much cheaper rate than the Airbnb which offered nothing but burnt spice, dirty broken toilet and sticky, greasy flooring."

"Hotel is near Interlaken West train starting, which allows us to travel to various attractions easily. Can see many paraglider from our balcony! Cleanness is fine, staff were friendly. The provision of fridge and microwave at the lounge to allow guest to keep their food and heat it helped a lot as our visit fell on Sunday and most of the shops were closed at the area. Amenities is okay and the wifi connection is great. (note: no bottled water given, states that tap water is drinkable)"

The hotel itself sits in a quiet and scenic spot, offering great views of the mountains. Rooms – 8.5/10 The hotel offers both historic and modern rooms, so the experience can vary depending on what you book. Historic rooms (in the main building) feature high ceilings, elegant decor, and antique-style furnishings, giving a grand, old-world charm. Modern rooms (in the newer wing) are sleek and contemporary, with all the latest amenities. Some rooms come with balconies offering stunning views of the Swiss Alps, which is a major highlight! Beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped with quality toiletries. Service – 8/10 The staff is friendly and professional, offering helpful local tips and seamless check-in/check-out. However, during peak tourist seasons, service can feel a bit stretched, especially at the reception and breakfast area. Dining – 8/10 Breakfast – A rich buffet with Swiss specialties, including fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The selection is good, though the breakfast room can get crowded. Restaurant & Bar – The on-site restaurant offers delicious Swiss and international cuisine, though the menu is slightly limited. The hotel bar is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Wellness & Facilities – 8/10 Spa & Sauna – A small but relaxing wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, and relaxation space—perfect after a day in the mountains. Outdoor Seating & Garden – The hotel has a lovely terrace and garden area for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the views. Parking – Limited on-site parking is available, but it fills up quickly."

"Ik heb hier al twee dagen verblijven.   Ik vond het warm in de kamer, omdat het heel koud en donker was buiten na 5 uur. Het warmte was geweldig voor het koude weer. Ook het ontbijt was goed, met een verscheidenheid aan smaak gerechten. Het personeel dat ontbijt bediende was zeer aardig en opmerkzaam, vooral Frank, die professioneel was om de gasten te bedienen.   De voorzieningen van de eenpersoonskamer waren echter niet erg goed. Het bedveld had donkere plekken bij het laadstation gelegen aan het hoofd van het bed. Er was een klok in de zinkpijp, en het water was niet goed afval. Het was niet aangenaam, aangezien het een gebouw onder renovatie stond. Bovendien kon het personeel bij de check-in niet voldoende informatie verstrekken over de lokale keuzes voor het bezoeken en eten; zij hebben slechts één restaurant aanbevolen."
