Facilities: Excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues there. Environment: Fantastic, even though it's not within the scenic area, the value for money is great. Service: Excellent, with complimentary high-speed rail and scenic area shuttle services, which saved a lot of hassle. This was my first time choosing accommodation outside of a scenic area, and I was worried about the inconvenience of getting a taxi. However, the hotel offers free shuttle services, which made things incredibly convenient. Although it's not directly in the scenic area, the value for money is just as good as other accommodations. Highly recommended! Fantastic!

During the summer, I stayed with my child in a room with a private hot spring bath. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped. The hotel's overall environment was beautiful, and the private hot spring bath in the room was convenient to use. There were also public hot springs outdoors to experience. My child had a fantastic time and we had a very pleasant vacation. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, check-in was smooth, and they were very friendly. It's a great choice for a family holiday, and my overall stay was very satisfying. I recommend it for families traveling together.

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

The hotel has undergone a significant upgrade after the renovation, with a noticeable improvement in quality from the lobby to the guest rooms. The front desk service was excellent. When my child scraped their arm climbing Mount Mang, the front desk promptly provided a band-aid. Later, when we returned to the hotel lobby from dinner in the rain, they asked if we got wet, which was very heartwarming, thoughtful, and comforting. The hot springs were clean, and the scenery was absolutely stunning, especially the infinity pool at dusk, which was perfect for photos. The location is convenient, and there's an underground parking garage, making parking smooth and easy. I'm very satisfied and look forward to visiting again!

This was a very relaxing and enjoyable four-day trip, and Xiya Hotel really added to the experience. Among all the accommodations in Zhangjiajie, Xiya was by far the most satisfying. The guesthouse is ideally located, very close to the South Gate of the Forest Park, making access to the scenic area incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The window view overlooks the mountains of Zhangjiajie, and it’s especially beautiful to see the clouds and mist in the mornings and evenings. The owner and staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming. They proactively helped with arrangements and provided detailed information both before and after check-in, including very clear directions to the scenic spots. This was especially helpful for first-time visitors to Zhangjiajie. Their advice during our days of touring was incredibly practical and saved us a lot of time on planning. The owner even created a personalized tour map and itinerary, which clearly shows their dedication. The breakfast was also good, and the overall service felt very warm and genuine, not commercialized at all. After a long day of sightseeing, returning to the guesthouse and sitting in the courtyard, admiring the mountain views and feeling the breeze, was truly relaxing. After staying in Zhangjiajie for several days, Xiya definitely stood out as an excellent choice. If I return to Zhangjiajie in the future, I would likely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Took my family to explore Zhangjiajie this weekend and stayed at the Miro B&B. We booked three rooms and had an absolutely fantastic experience! While we were still out sightseeing in the morning, the owner called to confirm our arrival time and kindly offered to turn on the air conditioning for us in advance. Given how hot Zhangjiajie gets in the summer, this thoughtful detail was incredibly heartwarming. Located in a new residential complex, the B&B was easy to find. The moment the elevator doors opened, we were enveloped in a wonderful atmosphere. The decor was stylish and well-designed, featuring smart home technology throughout. The smart lock meant no need for key cards to activate electricity, making coming and going super convenient. They also have a washing machine and dryer, which can get your laundry done in just an hour. No more stuffing dirty clothes into your suitcase – this is incredibly practical for families traveling. The breakfast offered a rich variety of choices, and the rice noodles personally cooked by the owner were absolutely delicious. Plus, they offer free luggage storage. The B&B is very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station, just a few minutes' walk, making it an ideal location for anyone visiting Tianmen Mountain! We also saw many foreign guests staying here. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect and will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Wishing the owner a booming business!

Tucked away on the hillside of Baofeng Mountain, this guesthouse truly lives up to its name as a secluded mountain retreat, occupying its own valley, completely free from the hustle and bustle of traffic and crowds. The overall design is rustic and natural, with the architecture seamlessly blending into the mountain landscape, devoid of any overly commercialized, deliberate embellishments. The owner, a designer who returned from Shanghai, runs the guesthouse with a relaxed and laid-back aesthetic, not driven by a commercial mindset. Every corner reveals subtle artistic touches, and the entire place exudes a strong personal warmth. I had a long, in-depth conversation with the owner late into the night about spatial design and the philosophy behind creating a mountain retreat. It offered profound insights that went far beyond a typical accommodation experience. The guest rooms boast large open-air viewing balconies that open up to an endless expanse of the Wuling Mountains, offering direct, breathtaking panoramic views of Tianzi Mountain. The room was quiet and healing, and the tranquil mountain atmosphere allowed me to completely shed the tension of city life. It truly is a rare therapeutic space where one can find emotional solace. The meals are authentic Tujia local flavors. I highly recommend the bamboo shoot stew with cured pork. The cured pork was generous in portion and quality, with a pure and genuine smoky flavor. All ingredients tasted as if they were fresh from the mountains. The owner even gifted us a few extra local home-style dishes, which perfectly suited our taste – simple yet thoughtfully prepared. At 6:30 AM, I set off from the guesthouse to hike up to the Baofeng Mountain temple. The empty mountain was serene, allowing me to slowly experience inner cultivation and a state of mind free from external pursuits. The spiritual gains from this mountain retreat far surpassed the beauty of the scenery itself. In Zhangjiajie, where formulaic, 'influencer-style' guesthouses are ubiquitous, Dayong Secluded Haven is one of the very few that stays true to its essence, offering a top-tier experience with both aesthetic appeal and genuine warmth. It's not just a place to stay; it's more like a spiritual sanctuary nestled in the mountains, a refuge from worldly noise that truly allows you to quiet your mind and converse with yourself. This trip was truly unforgettable, and I will definitely return.

Big thumbs up to this hotel! The environment is lovely. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and provided excellent service, even upgrading our room. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing – even the kids want to go back! My daughter accidentally dropped her dinosaur toy during breakfast, and when we inquired at noon, it turns out the breakfast reception had kept it safe for us. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness really impressed us.

We visited in winter, and it happened to be snowing. Even though we arrived well past midnight, a staff member was still waiting for us and patiently answered all our questions. The next day, when our car got stuck in the village, he even went out of his way to help us find a solution. We were truly touched by their exceptional hospitality. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be here in summer, but do keep in mind that Zhangjiajie in winter is quite cold.
