Ik had deze kamer geboekt voor mijn ouders, die een kitten hadden meegenomen. Het personeel bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben onze kamer zelfs gratis geüpgraded omdat ze zeiden dat het kitten dol is op parkour. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel, en er lagen veel boeken in de lobby om te lenen. Kortom, een geweldig verblijf!

Its a very beautiful hotel . Staffs are friendly and smiling . They have huge breakfast selection but i would say its okay in taste wise. Walkable distance to Mingsha Mountain . If you are using a Didi or Taxi to come in this hotel either from airport or from Mogao Exhibition Center , its called Dunhuang Mountain Villa . I noticed that taxi drivers or the App doesnt pull or know The Silk Road Dunhuang Hotel.

We stayed in this hotel as the base to see the Colourful Mountains. The hotel is old which is ok but it is not as clean as many guests have described. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom is patched up. Also, I would not recommend this hotel for nonsmokers as we are because there is smoking in the common areas. The entire hotel including the rooms smell of stale smoke which have seeped into the carpets and furnishings. You constantly feel choked up with fresh and stale cigarette smoke throughout the entire stay. That said, this viewpoint may be our problem because we are visitors from a country that has banned smoking in enclosed public spaces and it is what we are accustomed to. On another note, the service and hospitality was excellent and we thank the hotel team for this.

Dit was mijn eerste keer in Lanzhou en ik verbleef er vier nachten achter elkaar. Ik was zeer tevreden met het hotel dat ik had gekozen. Ten eerste is de locatie fantastisch, midden in Lanzhou Old Street. Alles wat je nodig hebt om te eten, drinken en je te vermaken is erg handig. Het Bamboo Slips Museum ligt aan de overkant van de straat en het is slechts 9 minuten rijden naar treinstation Lanzhou West.
De receptioniste was ongelooflijk gastvrij. Ze gaf me gratis een upgrade naar een kamer om sterren te kijken, hoewel het weer niet geweldig was en ik die paar dagen geen sterren heb gezien. Ze vroeg zelfs proactief naar mijn kenteken en parkeren was gratis. Er waren voldoende parkeerplaatsen en dat was erg handig. De eerste keer dat ik de ingang van de parkeerplaats niet kon vinden, belde de receptioniste om me te begeleiden – heel attent.
De service was ook uitstekend. Alle medewerkers die ik tegenkwam, waren erg vriendelijk. Toen ik incheckte, voegde ik de hotelreceptioniste toe op WeChat en het hotel stuurde me proactief reisgidsen en culinaire gidsen over Lanzhou – de inhoud was zeer gedetailleerd, beter dan de meeste reisgidsen. Halverwege mijn verblijf ondervond het hotel renovatiewerkzaamheden van nabijgelegen bedrijven. Omdat ze zich zorgen maakten over de geluidsoverlast die mijn slaap zou beïnvloeden, vroeg het hotelpersoneel proactief om mijn mening en bood aan om te wisselen naar een rustigere kamer. Ik heb dat echter niet gedaan omdat ik overdag niet op de kamer was. 😊
Tot slot was ik zeer tevreden over de sfeer en de netheid van het hotel, waar ik het meest waarde aan hecht. Het hotel maakte de kamer dagelijks zorgvuldig schoon en de voorzieningen waren altijd brandschoon.
Concluderend: ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen en zou hier de volgende keer zeker weer verblijven.

De kamer was heel schoon en ruim, en de ligging naast het plein en de metro was superhandig. Voor ongeveer honderd yuan is het een hotel met een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Ik heb hier al meerdere keren verbleven en het is mijn eerste keuze als ik op reis ben.

Deze camping op de Sangke-graslanden is een waar pareltje! Omringd door graslanden, zijn de beek en het prachtige, glooiende landschap perfect gelegen. Het weelderige groene gras en de bloemen zijn overvloedig en goed onderhouden. Alleen al de aanblik ervan is werkelijk rustgevend.
De tientallen tenten zijn ruim genoeg en de hutten bieden meer stabiliteit en comfort dan tenten. De eigenaar organiseert ook zang- en dansvoorstellingen en kampvuren. 's Avonds zijn er levendige festiviteiten rond het kampvuur, terwijl overdag het adembenemende groen en de beek te zien zijn. Deze mix van rust en beweging is een ongeëvenaarde ervaring in het grasland en is absoluut de moeite waard!

設施：雲鏡酒店風格類似三亞亞龍灣的鳥巢酒店， 設施比較齊全，房間裝修用材和軟裝搭配都很好，入住之後感覺處處都很精緻。
衞生：乾淨整潔，一塵不染，沒有衞生死角，床鋪也非常乾淨舒適。
環境：酒店位於地勢高的那個村子，環境很好，可以全方位觀景，特別是看日出，可以不用去觀景台，直接在房間露台看日出。酒店旁邊有三個觀景台，都很近。因為這次行程問題，我們退掉了第二天晚上的民宿，衹在扎尕那住了一晚，幸好選擇了雲鏡酒店，讓我們扎尕那之行有了很好的體驗。
服務：服務也很好，路上就加了管家小楊微信，給我們耐心的指路，辦理入住後，非常熱心的幫我們拿行李，因為有些高反的原因，連隨手提的袋子都是管家幫忙提的，入住期間有任何問題，小楊管家都耐心的第一時間回覆，還給我們推薦遊玩線路，特別用心。
最後，唯一一點不好的體驗是，一大早6點多就被叔叔阿姨們木棧道上重重的腳步聲説話聲吵醒，推門看，原來是在我們房間露台拍照，希望大家出門遊玩儘量不要影響到別人，也請酒店做出提醒。

We had a amazing stay. Lovely beds, shower and the food for breakfast was delicious and had such variation! The staff were incredibly helpful.
Li Wenqiao was particularly superb!! He went out of his way to help us we any questions and needs we had during our stay (often before we even had the chance to ask!). This included sorting us out car hires in Lanzhou and beyond. Despite the language barrier he made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and check we understood everything we needed to know.
Wang Naipeng was also amazingly helpful! Coming to the rescue when we ordered takeout to completely the wrong place 😂
We wish were returning to Lanzhou again soon, so we could stay in the hotel again! :)

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It's located in the heart of the pedestrian street where all the shops and restaurants are within steps away. Front desk staff are the best. They are professional, courteous and patient. For security reason, China Mobile locked my phone unless I showed up in person to verify my ID. I was so stuck I couldn't call anyone or business for my travel. Front desk staff was so gracious they went out of their way to make contact for me. I just had to ask and things got done. I haven't felt so pampered as a traveller for a long time. I definitely will stay with them if ever I revisit Lanzhou.

IIvan KandevWe are impressed with the hotel. Whatever we write, it will still be not enough, because it is a real jewel in every aspect. The room was luxuriously furnished and extremely cozy. Inside there is everything you need for a perfect and comfortable stay and rest. Even the smallest details, both functional and aesthetic, have been considered. There were snacks and water in the room as a compliment from the hotel. On the 5th floor there is a self-service laundry room and dryer available to guests. The cleanliness is perfect. The breakfast is rich and has both European and Asian offerings. The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and the beautiful central part is also within walking distance. We are grateful to the entire staff for the excellent service and kind attitude. Every single person of the team does his job perfectly well. The only thing we regret is that we did not have more time to enjoy this wonderful place. We wish the entire team health and good luck. Always be so kind and keep this high level service.

AAnonymous UserChecked in on New Year's Eve. Two wind towels were given as a gift when I checked in. I took a photo of it specially because it was my favorite color, hehe.
Cleanliness: The room was surprisingly clean. No weird smell.
Facilities: Free toiletries are provided. The bathroom is spacious. The eco-friendly slippers are comfortable, but you can’t take them away.
Environment: Entering the hall, it is cozy, warm and the heating is very good.
Service: The beauties in the lobby are enthusiastic and warm.
To emphasize, heating is very good in winter. The bedding was clean and tidy. We stayed for two days and went out to the scenic spot on the second day. They cleaned and tidied the room without any request.
It is convenient to eat. There is an authentic beef noodle restaurant opposite the hotel, a convenience store next door, and a large supermarket around the corner, which is open on New Year's Eve. A perfect trip to Dunhuang! Dunhuang of the world, where my heart longs for!

GGuest UserMy positive impression of this hotel started with the complimentary airport pick-up service, and after having dinner here, I decided to give it a glowing review on the platform.
Regarding the pick-up: Master Liang was very friendly and punctual. The car was exceptionally clean, and perhaps because it was the off-season, it was just our family of three. He patiently answered all our strange questions about Dunhuang on the way from the airport to the hotel and even recommended many restaurants (though we didn't end up trying any).
Regarding the accommodation: Xiao Gao, Xiao Shi, and Xiao Qin at the front desk were incredibly helpful. The tatami in our room offered direct views of the Dang River, which was a huge bonus for the room. The only slight oddity was that the shower gel and shampoo were placed on the vanity, not directly in the shower stall.
Regarding the food: The breakfast on the second floor was very ordinary, but the restaurant on the first floor offered incredible value for money! For our family, the dinner we had at the Hexi Corridor Hotel restaurant was the most satisfying meal of our entire Northwest trip!!! Although the price per dish was a few yuan more expensive than restaurants outside, the portion sizes and flavors made every penny worth it. I highly recommend the fried eggs with sand onion and the stir-fried lamb with scallions. The aunties working as servers in the restaurant were all very professional. I recommend that independent travelers staying at the hotel, who are tired from sightseeing, can just come back to the hotel and eat directly. Our family only found out on the second day that the hotel restaurant served dinner, and we regret not knowing sooner – if we had known, we would have eaten at the hotel for two consecutive days! 🤤
Oh, and the ginseng fruit sold at the small supermarket next to the hotel is delicious… don't miss it, everyone…

TtorinessThis hotel is great value for the price - big clean rooms, nice beds, and the staff are really friendly. The breakfast was a bit strange - the area was set up for full buffet but (I think because we’re here in off peak season) we were given individual trays of basic breakfast food. But the staff gave us exactly what we asked for so we were happy. The hotel is away from the town centre but it was very quick, cheap and easy to get a didi to restaurants and coffee shops. You need two full days to see all the sights of Zhangye so stay at this hotel 3 nights :)

GGuest UserHighly recommend this treasure hotel! The location is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is very close to the business district and attractions. The hotel is decorated in a high-end atmosphere, full of art, and blockbuster movies can be made in every corner. The room was spotless, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the toiletries were all well-known brands with a sense of quality. The service is impeccable, whether it is the front desk, cleaning or security staff, the attitude is particularly good, responsive, and the response speed is very fast. In the evening, I also sent warm desserts, this intimate is really moving. The price is super high, whether it is business travel or leisure travel, here is a great choice, giving five stars is too little!

HHamugeA friend recommended this hotel, and it certainly didn't disappoint. We made a last-minute decision to visit Zhangye, and after booking, we made a phone call and the check-in was smooth and worry-free. The service was incredibly heartwarming: the man who opened the door greeted us with a smile, the front desk lady offered us hot tea, and even helped us check the high-speed rail schedule. Even the cleaning lady we passed in the hallway offered to help us press the elevator button. The friendly smiles throughout the entire journey made the fatigue of going out so much less. The facilities were complete, clean, and the location was very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. The newly opened Aegean Sea Mall is also nearby. An evening stroll there was just in time for the night market, where we could grab a milk tea and slowly walk back to the hotel. It was the perfect place for a relaxing trip. It was a last-minute stay, but the experience was surprisingly comfortable. I've already recommended this hotel to colleagues planning to visit Zhangye, and I'll definitely stay here again.

Service: Although I landed after 10 PM, the hotel still provided airport pickup. I added a staff member on WeChat in the car, booked the Western Route tour for the next day, and they even helped me buy tickets. The driver for the Western Route had to drive for so long and double as a tour guide – truly not easy.
The lobby staff were efficient and had a great attitude. They proactively offered tea and gave me sand-proof scarves, which were incredibly practical!
Environment: The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. It was very clean and excellent value for money.
Every day when I returned to the hotel, there were fruits and yogurt, plus heated eye masks. Before heading to the Western Route, I even took several bottles of water. This hotel truly provides exceptional service. If any friends come to Dunhuang, I will definitely recommend they stay at the Metropark.
Also, the road outside is almost finished with repairs, so it won't affect anyone's travel. At least for me, getting a taxi or anything felt perfectly convenient. And there's a 24-hour Deyuan restaurant downstairs! I was too rushed and didn't have time to eat there. Next time, I definitely need to go back and try it properly.

GGuest UserEverything was perfect and very comfortable. The attention to detail was exceptional: the bedding was high quality and clean, and the pillows and mattress had just the right firmness.
The interior design felt like a museum, full of historical charm. I particularly loved the furniture and decorations, which had a unique style. I saw some comments about a planned renovation, and if that's the case, please, please retain the original high-quality marble and Chinese-style furniture. This level of craftsmanship is rare to find nowadays.
Honestly, I don't think a renovation is necessary, just as the Mogao Grottoes don't need rebuilding. The current aesthetic of the estate is excellent. Any renovation should be approached with extreme caution, so it doesn't end up like the unartistic Buddha statues rebuilt after Wang Daoshi sold off the scriptures, turning a museum into a small-town hotel. Trends come and go, but classics are forever.
The 'quanyi' (horseshoe-back armchairs) and wardrobes in each room, along with the ethnic-style throw pillows, cushions, and curtains, are absolutely beautiful. The faucets and furniture handles are brass, which is hard to find in furniture today. The Arrow brand bathroom fixtures are of great quality. The combination of blue and white porcelain with sandstone is perfect.
My only two minor points are: firstly, the sink in the room drains a bit slowly. It doesn't affect usability, but it could use a clearing. Secondly, the toilet in the Fengguo Ancestral Temple bathroom could be replaced, and the cold dressed jelly ear mushroom dish could use a little less oil.

SSerena MandrileWe are an Italian family and we stayed at this hotel for around 10 days while we were fixing our motorhome in Zhangye. This hotel has the perfect position for us, near the beautiful and calm lake and with the city centre reachable with a short taxi drive. Our room at the ground floor had a private garden from which we enjoyed the sunshine every day, and my child was given a very cute camping tent that she loved to play with. One of the buildings in the hotel is a very nice restaurant that we enjoyed twice. Last but not least, the staff was so kind to us every day and extremely helpful with lot of things like ordering delivery food or receiving packages - as we don’t speak any Chinese at all, this was a blessing for us.

Mmuchen00Very convenient location! There's a supermarket right outside, and it's super close to the Dunhuang Night Market. There's also a bus stop right across the street. If you didn't pack enough clothes, there's a mall next door where you can buy some. The breakfast was also very generous.
