Short break getaway! Great location, Lovely room comfortable bed had a great night sleep . , I fully enjoyed the health spa. Swim sauna and steam room. Check out the Santana restaurant Buffet lunch all home made food , delicious ! Overall it was a lovely stay, a peaceful retreat just what I needed from the hustle and bustle ( Lobdon ) from the city life .

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Location was the best thing about it. Right in the centre walking distance to most places we wanted to visit. We were lucky enough to be able to view the Christmas lights switch on and fireworks that were positioned just outside the hotel on the first night. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the spa was a nice option to have on a morning. we wanted to relax. All staff we encountered were very welcoming!

Everything was good there accept cleanliness when i checked in the room everthibg was good but when i turned off the light there was ant on my bes and it was really difficult for me to sleep and when i woke up i see the floor it was full of ants and when i opened the door there was a vase and there were alot of ants it was a worst experience for me they have to take care of these things

The room was very spacious, with a dining table and chairs, as well as a full set of kitchen appliances, including an oven. There was also a large TV and a separate shower area. The check-in staff, a lovely young woman wearing glasses, was extremely helpful in every aspect—she even assisted in arranging for a technician to cut off the metal lock attached to my luggage, for which I am very grateful. I would also like to thank the technician, as well as another check-in staff member who kindly allowed a late check-out. The staff here are incredibly kind. Although the breakfast selection was not very extensive, the food was of good quality and delicious. The staff in the breakfast room were attentive and took great care of the guests, promptly refilling any items that ran out. Housekeeping did an excellent job, keeping the room clean and well-organized. Overall, I was very impressed with my stay here. Every member of the staff provided outstanding service and a warm welcome.

Otel yepyeni, gördüğünüz veya kullandığınız her şeyde bunu doğrudan hissediyorsunuz. Personeller çok cana yakın ve güler yüzlü, bunun dışında Porto'da turistik anlamda gidilip görülecek yerler için kesinlikle ideal bir konumda. Porto merkezinde park yeri bulmak zordur ama burada sorun değil, oldukça ferah ve büyük bir yer altı otoparkı mevcut. Konaklamamiz 10 üzerinden 10 puan, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

De kussens waren oncomfortabel en ik kreeg na één nacht slapen een stijve nek. De kamer was prima, met alle voorzieningen. Het enige minpuntje was een lek in de doucheslang. Hoewel het mijn douche niet beïnvloedde, voelde het wel een beetje ongemakkelijk. De binnenplaats van het hotel is zeer stijlvol ontworpen en zelfs in de winter was het heerlijk om er met een drankje te zitten. De service van het hotel was uitstekend en de receptie was erg gastvrij!

The hotel has funky lightings, good hospitality service, will definitely come back again!

Het hotel is oud maar gerenoveerd. De locatie is fantastisch. Midden in het centrum. Het ontbijt is uitstekend. De openbare parkeergelegenheid is veilig en goed. 300 meter. Je kunt je bagage achterlaten en veilig parkeren tegen een redelijke prijs.

Prima hotel ,grote mooie kamers met prima bedden e heerlijke douche, goed ontbijt, mooi zwembad,maar geen 5 sterren hotel meer een 4 sterren Inchecken was vriendelijke dame die werd geholpen door haar vriendelijke supervisor maar met kauwgum in haar mond vind dat persoonljk niet kunnen. Sfeerloze lobby , restaurant en ontbijtzaal Vriendlijke bediening bij het rooftop zwembad Ligt wel vlak bij het strand maar wat verder van het echte centrum.

Business hotel dat de menselijke aanraking ontbreekt. Recep was koud en niet lachend, wat was een medelijden voor zo'n mooi hotel. Telefoon autoknoppen niet werken en airconditioning ook niet werken. Moest lopen om te recepteren en om hulp vragen. Ontbijt was toch goed
