We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. This is an older hotel conveniently located very close to Termini. While the air conditioning is antique, they've clearly made an effort to update other facilities. They offer pour-over coffee at the restaurant, and breakfast items like eggs and roasted vegetables are served unsalted and very light. The front desk staff are very welcoming and leave a great impression. Overall, a positive experience.

The hotel location is just near to train station. Room cleaning service need to improve, as the compliments water supposingly shall be refill for customer but the room service didn't do so for two nights.

The bathroom was spacious, and the service was excellent; they even helped us split the king-size bed into two separate beds. The overall space was remarkably large for a European hotel, and it was very clean. The location was super convenient for getting around, and the air conditioning worked well – a big plus!

Traveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.

Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. I stayed for four nights in a king room. This place is comparable to a budget hotel like Hanting Express in China. The price was over 2000 for a free-cancellation booking including breakfast for two. Upon checkout, they charged a city tax of 7.5 per person and tried to charge a 12 Euro service fee per night, which I firmly refused. This was the only hotel out of my dozen-plus nights in Italy that tried to charge a service fee. It's a 5-minute walk from the train station and an 8-minute walk from the M1 metro line. After sunset, the area felt quite unsafe, so be careful of potential snatch-and-grab incidents. The room was very quiet, and the breakfast was decent. The bar staff were enthusiastic and helped us get filtered water every day. Most importantly, I'm incredibly grateful for the Chinese-speaking customer service, Kelly! She helped us a lot. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome!

Hotel is very conveniently located one street away from Roma Termini. Even though check-in is at 4pm, they offer luggage storage for free. Check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The room is spacious even for a single-bedder and toilet was very clean with shampoo, towels, & soap provided. * Note that dental kits are not provided. The only minor advice is to bring earplugs as you are able to hear other occupants' movements along the hallway and vice versa.
