Een reis waar we enorm van hebben genoten. Bij de eerste blik op het hotel waren we meteen gecharmeerd van de stijl en inrichting. De service hier was hartelijk en attent, de faciliteiten waren uitstekend, en het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. Het grootste pluspunt was echter dat het maar vijf minuten lopen is naar LEGOLAND, waardoor we de hele dag volop van het park konden genieten.

Dit is een hotel in een bibliotheek. De locatie is goed, vlakbij het station, en je zult geen problemen hebben om eten of drinken te vinden. Het ontbijt had veel variatie en ik heb ervan genoten. Ik maakte vroeg in de ochtend een wandeling in de buurt van Koldinghus en het meer was erg mooi en magisch.

It was a very kids friendly hotel, with Lego everywhere for the kids to play. In their themed hotel room, a small lego package for each kid was placed. So we got a toy with us home.
The breakfast was good, it had everything you would expect and we even loaded bread for our trip.
The restaurant food was good and kids menu had lego shaped French fries

Er is een grote parkeerplaats voor het hotel, ideaal voor gasten die met de auto komen.
Het receptiepersoneel is ook vriendelijk.

AAnonymous UserModern and nice setup as this hotel is quite new. Breakfast was good with typical danish offerings. Could do with more options to be called a 4 or 5 stars hotel. Location is 15mins walk to city square area. Nearby with Netto supermarket. Room is ok but without toiletries and room amenities to comment.
Basement parking but be WARNED that only park with hotel black floor label. As if driver can see the floor black label from driving position on first visit to the carpark. The carpark lots around the hotel entrance at carpark is NOT for guests. And you have to pay parking within 4 minutes in this carpark else you will be fined near to 120 Euro. Unlike all other carparks I visited in Denmark where I only pay upon exit for the hours parked. This is street parking underground! I wonder who can complete hotel check in 4 minutes including taking a lift up to the lobby reception. This carpark management is out to scam first timers to this place maybe to keep those carpark inspectors employed.

GGuest UserThis is a quirky hotel with a maze-like interior. The rooms are somewhat dated and the floor creaks when you walk (wooden building). BUT, the staff and service are excellent, location is great, within walking distance to Legoland and Lego House. The breakfast restaurant is spacious with a generous spread. The hotel's grounds are spacious with lots of outdoor garden seating, great if you have kids. This hotel is definitely worth considering if you're visiting Billund.

DDiver MikelThe Grand Hotel Odense is a very nice hostorical location to stay. All keeps the flair of a grand classical location with the charm of the golden 19th century. Even the elevator looks like from this period! However, you do not miss anything if you stay there. The room bar is free of charge, which completes the grand flair! We loved to stay there! It was a pity the restaurant was not operating during our stay. However, the breakfast was great! It’s a great location to visit the Anderson museum!

AAnonymous User房子本身不小，但是卧室很小，而且床鋪很窄小，床墊特別薄，真的出乎意料的簡陋。床單被罩枕套和毛巾需要自帶或者以119丹麥克朗一套的價格從酒店租，而且需要自己套上和退房的時候取下——基本就是把住客當成了酒店清潔工。衞生紙須自帶，洗完機洗滌劑須自帶，走之前要把餐具都洗乾淨，垃圾都扔掉，離店之後還要付款你消耗的水費電費，總之千萬不要把這當酒店，把這當成你在歐洲租了一個帶傢俱的房子（但是付的是酒店的價格），就好理解了。
你的房子在旺季很可能會被分配到離水上樂園特別遠的地方，你可以走路（10分鐘，15分鐘，20分鐘都有可能），或者坐園區每半個小時一班的擺渡車，所以出門前千萬別忘記了拿什麼東西，來回一趟至少半個小時甚至一個小時。
整個Billund都沒什麼適合中國人口味的東西，所以來這裏前請把中國胃留在家裡。
七八月份的旺季千萬別來，水上樂園人很多，樂高樂園人很多很多，樂高之家人很多。有人説暑期旺季哪裡的人都很多，但是Billund這地方在降低旅遊體驗的同時衹提供了非常非常有限的旅遊價值，真的犯不着！

AAnonymous UserThis is a resort style accommodation. Nice cozy lobby, good breakfast but can be better with more options. Room abit rundown and small. No lift if you not staying on ground floor. Carpark in front of lobby limited, but more free lots a minute distance away. No toiletries or room amenities to comment, do not expect a 4 or 5 stars hotel standard. But overall a good stay for a night or two.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed the stay especially the breakfast and also the areas in hotel where u can just play. The room has some corners that are unsafe for younger children. My toddler knocked onto the furniture quite a bit. The location was perfect, just walking into the theme park through a short link bridge. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

The room is not big, but it is relatively new overall
The breakfast is quite satisfactory, with the typical ones, not bad
Parking is charged, just behind the hotel, the same price within 24 hours, 150DKK.
The biggest advantage: there is a kettle, and it is finally convenient to drink boiled water

GGuest UserThis hotel has no air conditioning, the room is small, just opposite the station. Of course, the price is here, the main Trip.com picture castle is the attraction not the hotel itself, misleading, the hotel is a modern square building. The highlight is that breakfast is very good
