Just realize there's another 2 Sun Inns Hotel in the block, but just happen to be far away hehee. But everything is good. Totally doesn't expect the room to be so clean. It my first time to check-in using machine, what a good experience.

Absolutely worth every penny!
The rooms are clean, fresh and surprisingly airy. I loved the hot shower—it’s a lifesaver after a long flight. They provide a great amenity kit (towels, eye masks, water bottle, etc.) and the common areas are very ”Instagrammable” and cute.
A couple of minor notes: the room can get a bit warm if the door is shut tight and one of the shower stalls had a small leak but neither issue dampened my stay. Would definitely stay again!

Is something like a capsult hotel but u need to open the door using QR code. Just a queen size bed and towel in the room. Nothing else. Toilet was shared toilet. Quite dirty and some of the shower soap used finish but not replenish. NO TOILET PAPER PROVIDED. USE WATER OR BRING YR OWN.
HAIR dryer provided in toilet.
Overall the room is quite clean (cleaner than most budget room), but room pretty small. However the aircon is central-lise and u cannot control the temperature. The aircon was freezing cold. Late night till morning the room will be freezing cold. My blueberry bought from hypermarket didn spoilt after 3 days. Hope the management can do something about it. Water cooler provided but no fridge. Counter staff was very friendly, thumbs up to them.

Small hotel but very good for convenient for touring around the city. At the heart of downtown just right across famoous street food night market, surrounded by shopping centers and restos, few blocks away from the hop-on-hop-off tour bus. The room is clean, modern and well-equipped. Just a warning to those looking for a quiet relaxing stay, do ask for a room not facing the front street as night life in the area could be noisy. Staff are professional and helpful. Will book again if coming to KL.

This reception 24hr on. For free, they keep the luggage when needed. There are 2 types style of room. Left building is a bit old style. Still very good and spacious. Right building is very modern. Randomly chosen when check in. Definitely will book again when visit that area.

YYouxiaoyuerIt was pretty good. The hotel lobby is quite spacious. My stay overall was pleasant, a satisfactory experience. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. The only downside is it's a bit far from places to eat, so you need to take a taxi.

UUser1018Stayed at Batu Caves Hotel recently and had a generally pleasant experience.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very close to Batu Caves, making it extremely convenient for visitors who want to explore the area, especially early in the morning before it gets crowded. There are also restaurants, convenience stores, and public transport options within walking distance.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful. The service is simple but sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The room was modest in size and equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the internet connection was stable, which was useful for planning daily activities.
Cleanliness was acceptable overall. The room was tidy, though some areas showed signs of wear and could benefit from better maintenance. This did not significantly affect the stay but may be noticeable for guests who are particular about cleanliness.

MM赵文I had a disappointing first stay here. I arrived early and was asked to pay extra for early check in, which I refused, but I agreed to wait. The staff then allowed me to check in early without clearly explaining that my room access would end at 7pm. Later that evening, my room was locked, which caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion.
The room itself was very basic and felt old. There were noises from rats/mice at night, the towels and bedsheets looked worn, and the TV only had a few channels. Parking is also not free.
On the positive side, Hotel 99 SS2 Petaling Jaya is located in a very central area with many shops, restaurants, and a night market nearby. The staff were generally Ok, but overall the experience lacked professionalism.
Suitable only if you need a cheap place to stay for one night and don’t expect much.

AAnonymous UserGood for one night short stay. No ground floor rooms as it belong to another hotel. Hotel Ec In is on the second floor. Staff help to carry luggage up the stair upon request. The hotel provides water (hot and cold), coffee and tea outside the room. There are two bottled water supplied. The washroom has a hair drying and soap dispenser. Hot shower is from instant water heater. There is wash spray by the toilet bowl. The room is as per the picture in the post. Aircon is working fine. No window. Very small and will be very tight space if you bring big luggage. Should be able to manage the space with small luggage.
There is security card to enter the premise so it is only for guests. The hotel communicate via WhatsApp to ask my arrival time. If you arrive at late night or wee hours of the morning, best to notify the hotel about your arrival time as the counter service is not available 24/7.
The location is very near to shopping and food eateries. Lots for parking for those who drive. You can walk around to choose many different varieties of food according to your preference and budget. Airport transfer by Grab is RM 30
We were upset that the hotel did not specify that the massage chair is complimentary for guest who stayed more than one night only while the sign indicate free use for in-house guest (which should include those for one night stay). When we enquire, we we told several times it is free for us but when we wanted to use it later, we we told it was only for those who stay multiple nights. Staff has poor knowledge about the house policy on the massage chair. We need to pay RM 10.
Also, late check is charged RM 10 per hour.
We are not coming back to this hotel.

AAnonymous UserI stayed 2 times in Mixx Hotel. There are 2 type of room, the new part of the hotel which has more amenities, netflix & youtube tv selection, water kettle, bigger bathroom and bigger room. Where there’s also an older type of room with smaller room, smaller bathroom, only channel selection television, no water kettle, but there’s a small fridge inside. However the older type of room has some mold parts on the ceiling which is kinda humid, and not as clean as the new type of room. The photo that I uploaded is the newer type of room.
