The entire experience from checking in to buffet breakfast and checkout was excellent and exactly why the hotel deserves its 5 star rating! Was given a room upgrade as original room booked was not available, totally no questions asked. Car parking is very convenient using license plate recognition and just need to validate each time at reception before heading out.

There’s something truly special about staying in a hotel room that instantly makes you feel at home. From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by a calm, elegant, and thoughtfully designed space. Every detail reflects comfort and sophistication, creating the perfect environment to relax after a productive day. One feature that immediately caught my attention was this beautiful white wingback chair. Its timeless design, soft leather finish, and classic button-tufted backrest add a touch of luxury to the room. Positioned beside the floor-to-ceiling curtains, it creates a quiet little corner that’s perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee, reading a book, or simply taking a moment to reflect. The room’s warm lighting complements the neutral color palette, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The plush carpet, comfortable furnishings, and spacious layout make it easy to unwind, whether you’re here for business or leisure. Every element has been carefully chosen to provide both style and functionality. A great hotel isn’t just about having a place to sleep—it’s about creating an experience. This room delivers exactly that: comfort, elegance, and tranquility. It’s the kind of space where you can recharge, stay productive, and truly enjoy your time away from home. Without a doubt, this has been one of the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, and it has made my trip even more memorable.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at Concorde Shah Alam. It’s very different from Concorde Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t seem to be well maintained. The room wasn’t very clean, and you can really tell the hotel is quite old. A lot of the furniture was damaged, the bathroom wasn’t properly maintained, the tiles had visible stains, the toilet bowl was yellowish, and even the bathtub had rust marks. Overall, it felt more like staying in a motel than a hotel. The lifts were also extremely slow and felt outdated. The pillows were another downside, they were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, my experience was disappointing. Compared to Concorde Kuala Lumpur, the difference is huge. This will probably be my first and last stay here.

Luxury design of the hotel, convenient to all kinds of hospitality. But the room is separated from a suit, the king bed is made up by 2 single beds and not comfortable at the middle. Considering the price I paid for 3 nights, hard to give out a 5 star.

This is a very new hotel, located in the city center, and it doesn't take much time to get to the attractions. The pool is beautiful, an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. The only downside is that we originally booked two rooms, but the hotel arranged them on different floors, which was very inconvenient. We ended up having to pay extra to upgrade our rooms to be on the same floor. But even then, they were at opposite ends of the hallway, east and west.😅

It's my third visit to The Saujana KL and we really love the surroundings with all the greenery. First time stay in the executive block and the view was great compare with club room with pool view & lake view. The only down part might be the bathtub which I think it could be improve on the cleanliness but we will definitely back for weekend getaway. 

We stayed in a modern Deluxe King Room. The recent room updates are noticeable—the design is clean, minimalist, and comfortable with great plush bedding and a cozy daybed by the window. The room includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom layout. Our only minor complaint was that our 'pool view' room was slightly obstructed by the hotel's external decorative pillars, but the comfort of the bed and the quality of the room amenities more than made up for it

Great stay at One World Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was superb, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The location is also very convenient, as the hotel is connected to the mall, offering many dining options and easy access to shopping and other amenities. The only suggestion for improvement is to add more kid-friendly food options at breakfast. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

The best... Even though it's close to home, it was a great way to cheer up the kids who wanted a holiday during the school break. Most places are jammed, so this was the best option for the kids. The important thing is that the kids loved it! The room was clean and had a bathtub. After swimming downstairs, they could relax in the room too. This resort has a beautiful view because it's on high ground and surrounded by lush green golf courses, which is great for eyes that are always staring at phones and laptops. My husband also seemed re-energized after our staycation here. We slept soundly and comfortably. Breakfast was also very delicious; even though kids aged 4-11 had to pay, it was absolutely worth it. There was plenty of food and it was tasty. The cheese omelet was really good, and the breads were delicious. Overall, I recommend bringing anyone to stay here. The kids' corner was also good; kids could play, and there were many fish for them to look at, so they weren't bored staying here. But then again, check-out was at 11 AM, which is a bit early, huhu.
