"Het hotel is geweldig. De locatie is onverslaanbaar. Het is slechts een paar minuten lopen van de zee naar de oude stad. Het belangrijkste is dat het onlangs is gerenoveerd en een lift heeft koesteren in de zon, kijken naar het landschap en genieten van het eten. De kamer was niet slecht. Onze kamer had een balkon. Zelfs als we geen kamer met zeezicht hadden gekozen, konden we nog steeds de helft van het uitzicht op zee zien. De volgende keer dat ik kom, zal ik dit restaurant kiezen."

"The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. Rooms are big. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost. Staff is very helpful specially the gentleman in evening shift was very helpful. Normally parking is paid but he did not charged us for parking. The only issued we had was with AC. It was not working properly bur after they fixed it, it was good. I also think room carpet needs to be changed. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with varities of options."

"Inchecken was geen prettige ervaring, zowel Ctrip als het hotel moeten verbeteren. Ctrip, kun je de kamer met zeezicht veranderen in een kamer met zijdelings zeezicht? De kamer met zeezicht die ik geboekt heb, kan de weg en de bomen zien. Als ik op de hoek van het balkon sta en mijn hoofd naar buiten steek, kan ik een hoek zien het uitzicht op zee. Ik dacht oorspronkelijk dat de door Ctrip getoonde kamers met zeezicht bedoeld waren voor uitzicht op zee op een laag niveau, en de kamers met zeezicht op het hoogste niveau voor uitzicht op de zee, maar dat bleek niet het geval te zijn. Het wordt aanbevolen dat Ctrip de ”kamer met zeezicht” verandert in ”zijwaarts zeezicht”, zodat ”extreem zeezicht” ”kamer met zeezicht” kan worden genoemd. Ten t****e is dit een dienst die wordt aangeboden door een extern bedrijf dat is gekoppeld aan Ctrip. Ik heb een tweepersoonskamer met een bank geboekt. Toen rende ik naar de receptie om te klagen en zei dat ik meer wilde betalen om te upgraden naar een kamer met zeezicht. De kleine vrouw met een bril bij de receptie van het hotel was erg hypocriet. Hoewel er een kamer beschikbaar was, benadrukte ze herhaaldelijk dat de kamer vol was en dat ze niet meer kon betalen . Ik opende de Ctrip APP en vroeg haar of ze wilde dat ik nu een bestelling plaatste voor een kamer met zeezicht? Als u het probleem niet kunt oplossen, vraag dan uw manager om naar buiten te komen. Deze kleine vrouw met een bril begon het proces opnieuw en voegde uiteindelijk meer dan 200 RMB toe om mij te veranderen naar een kamer met uitzicht op zee. Later stelde ik haar een paar vragen over reizen in de buurt, maar ze beantwoordde geen enkele. Met een glimlach raadde ze mij een kraampje aan de deur aan en vroeg me waar ik heen kon voor overleg. Het kleine meisje met de bril bij de receptie lijkt niet op een enthousiaste Kroaat, maar op een Tsjech of Pool. Ze benadrukten ook dat de kamerkaart niet verloren mag gaan. Als u deze verliest, wordt er 10 euro in rekening gebracht. De portier fungeert tevens als parkeergids en parkeeragent in de garage. De service is attent en verdient alle lof. Het bedienend personeel in andere restaurants etc. is behoorlijk enthousiast, maar deze receptie is vervelend. Dit hotel is meer gericht op gezinsactiviteiten en beschikt over meerdere zwembaden. Ik heb ontbijt en diner geboekt, en het diner is ook een buffet. Drankjes moeten apart worden besteld. Er zijn nogal wat dinervarianten. De foto's gemaakt door de internetberoemdheid waren prachtig en wekten mijn verwachtingen. De daadwerkelijke scène was niet slecht, maar ook niet geweldig."

This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate."
