"The hotel is beyond expectations: The room was spotless from the room to the crisp, clean bed sheets. We were lucky to have the room with stunning views and perfect layout. The lobby was beautiful decorated and had a tranquil, elegant feel. The entire hotel has a peaceful and relaxed vibe which was exactly what we need for holidays. Employees were very friendly, food was amazing. Es ist ein wirklich schöner und angenehmer Urlaub."

"This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event."

"Location wins hand down as it is in the heart of the busiest road. There's lots of food and shopping around which is why I chose this place. Amenities pretty average, service can be better. But overall still a good stay as it is clean."

"Voor een snelle reis heb ik Ctrip drie nachten uitgecheckt. Nadat ik van mijn werk was gekomen, controleerde ik online en besloot ik in het Dali Junfa Pullman Hotel te verblijven. Ik koos voor een deluxe tweepersoonskamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden omdat ik met kinderen en ouderen reisde. Ouderen zijn beperkt mobiel en zijn het grootste deel van de tijd afhankelijk van een rolstoel. Na aankomst in het hotel, omdat de kamer nog niet was opgeruimd, en ik zag een oudere persoon, Edison, die me bij de receptie begroette, onze kamer direct opwaarderen. Hij zei dat hij hem gewoon Xiaobao moest noemen, hij was aardig en enthousiast ❤️, en vervolgens WeChat, wattenstaafjes, wasmiddel, laat uitchecken, positieve respons en patiëntresolutie toegevoegd. Al met al zeer tevreden! Al aanbevolen aan vrienden."

"Hotel is located on a nice and tranquil hill area.  Getting to the ancient town takes 20-25 mins only.  The hotel staffs are very helpful and cheerful.   Room is Banyan Tree standard and the in room hot spring is wonderful.  We also tried the spa.  Spas room is spacious enough and the therapists are professional.   The only area needs improvement is that there is only one restaurant in the hotel and the choice of food is only local cuisine.  Given this is a boutique hotel with 37 rooms/villas, this is also understandable.   The local cuisines tastes very good though."

"We've had an incredible time here! The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped out of our chartered car, helping us with our luggage and making us feel right at home. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The service staff during breakfast and happy hour were top-notch, attending to our every need and even filling our personal water bottles. We're so grateful to have chosen Hyatt for our first family trip, and we can't wait to come back!"

"Families, come and stay here! It was an amazing experience (not a shill, purely my own voluntary feelings). We loved it so much that on the second day, we decided to extend our stay for a whole week! 🥹 From the welcoming atmosphere, the staff, the accommodation environment, to the food, everything was arranged to meet guests' needs. For two young people who usually skip breakfast, the fact that we consistently had breakfast for a whole week speaks volumes about the freshness and deliciousness of the food! The environment is very artistic, comfortable, and clean, with many spots perfect for handsome guys and beautiful ladies to take photos! The boss, staff, manager, and butler were all incredibly enthusiastic and we're so grateful for their thoughtful hospitality towards us, visitors from out of town 💖 This will definitely be our top choice in Dali again next time!!"

"This is my absolute favorite hotel during my trip to China. The design is truly beautiful and full of cultural charm, with a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains - especially at sunrise. I really fell in love with the atmosphere here: cozy, calm, modern yet deeply rooted in local culture. It felt like a true vacation home, the perfect place to unwind after long days of traveling. I could see the mountains right from my balcony, but the best view is from the coffee area on the 4th floor. I also got to try several traditional activities during my stay, which made the experience even more memorable. The food was delicious - both breakfast and dinner - and despite the cold weather, the room stayed warm and incredibly comfortable. The hotel has everything you could possibly need, so you don’t even have to step outside. I'll definitely come back someday just for a relaxing getaway!"
