The executive suite was great for my family of 4. They added a bed for us. And because it was my girl’s birthday, they gave us a free cake and the staff sang her a birthday song. The location of the hotel was great, the city Center was just a few minutes walk away and about 15 mins drive from the train station.

首先要說的是前枱服務非常之快，有礼貌及耐心令到check in 非常之快，Abbey or Ella, (sorry can’t remember) .
The view of the room is perfect, good view of the city , beautiful and the lighting just so soft , location of the hotel is perfect, I would definitely recommend to all my friends to stay in the hotel

Great stay in Shangri-La very close to the ancient town. Room was clean but smelt of smoke. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as the choice was limited.

location is great for the town and Nappa Hai Lake which was awesome.A beautiful hotel full of culture.
Beds are the comfiest in the world!
Carol on reception was superb and help us out of a very stressful situation when the airport was closed because of snow. We were exceptionally grateful for her excellent english skills. Mark the waiter/ noodle chef was also extremely helpful. He spoke no English but was very patient with my Chinese.
Many staff were off sick with covid as it was a few days after restrictions were lifted when we visited. Still everyone was working twice as hard to cover their colleagues. This lead to one of our rooms not being cleaned one day. Not the end of the world.
Thanks for a lovely stay.

This is indeed one of the best hotel in Shangri-La, the decor is lovely and the staff is warm and professional. I had a room facing the garden l, and it was a joy watching the sun set across the city, temples and mountains. Buffet breakfast was excellent and you will have an opportunity to sample a few local Tibetan snacks.

Great location in the center between all the amazing experiences in Shangri-La city. Super friendly and helpful staff, I have been to many hotels with staff who kindly helps when asked, at this hotel the staff foresee your needs based on the requests and solves the need immediately. I give my highest recommendation!!

Great Hotel in a good location to visit city downtown with very good breakfast and very efficient staff speaking great English and looking after us very well. I really suggest this hotel for your staying in Shangri La.
