It was ok. The location is great and that’s what you are paying for really. Right across from Windsor castle. The information says it’s been updated. It has not. The paper on our ceiling was coming down, the bath tub surround was molding, the shower head was not even a shower head but maybe circa 1969’s spout. There was some sort of grease or dirt on the tile below the sink. I wiped it up so the next person would not have to see it as clearly housekeeping did not. The water was hot though so there’s that. The linens were clean. It was good enough for a night I guess.

It is very good hosting hotel because they just furnish The reception are all good service There is not lift inside

很喜歡這家酒店，非常有特色，餐廳早餐是收費單點，但是麪包藍莓酸奶是免費的。房間每天還免費給兩瓶玻璃瓶裝水，不過不是礦泉水，也是當地人的飲用水☺️。酒店在紐伯裏小鎮，周圍環境優美，好多英式鄉村小別墅🏡，看了好心動💗。就是想享受一下不同於城市的鄉村風景😄

We had two nights at the Hotel for our wedding Anniversary and it was fantastic. The hotel is lovely, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The first night we had an evening meal in the restaurant which was delicious and good value. Breakfasts were also great. Many thanks to all the friendly staff that made our stay special. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return. 

Kettle was full of dust. No soap or handwash provided and when requested was not supplied. also dead flies all around dining area windows and chairs. Our room above dining area with bay window was constantly noisey with doors opening & shutting and items moved in and out. Even at front door corridor door constantly noisey with door opening/shutting leading to other rooms with other people entering and exiting to downstairs facilities and reception. Dining staff were pleasant and breakfast was nice.

Vriendelijk personeel, comfortabel bed, goede kamerradiator, gratis WiFi en parkeergelegenheid, goede locatie en voorzieningen Ik heb genoten van mijn overnachting. Weinig negatieve punten- Het schilderij aan de muur was versleten / viel eraf - heeft renovatie van de kamer nodig TV-scherm was klein Beetje luidruchtig vanwege drukke weg ernaast

Dus verbleven we hier met een groep op zaterdag. Bij aankomst zagen het hotel en de omgeving er prachtig uit. We werden begroet bij de receptie en kregen te horen dat een van onze kamers klaar was. Dat was prima, want we waren vroeg. Het was 5 minuten lopen naar het toilet, en de jongens raakten verdwaald. De kamers liggen op 10 tot 15 minuten lopen van de incheckbalie; het is alsof je door een ziekenhuisgang loopt om er te komen. De kamers zijn erg basic, nog steeds met trekkoordverlichting. Het waterpunt was ongeveer 3/4 minuten lopen van onze kamer en er was geen flessenwater op de kamer. Om 3.30 uur werden we wakker gemaakt door een medewerker die aanklopte en een briefje door onze deur plakte met de mededeling dat er vanaf 9.00 uur een stroomstoring zou zijn. We konden niet douchen, want het was pikdonker in de kamer en er kwam geen water uit de douche. Een wat luchtiger noot: het ontbijt was heerlijk!

We belden het hotel om te controleren of er voldoende parkeerplaatsen waren voordat we een kamer reserveerden. De medewerker aan de telefoon was erg behulpzaam. De kamer was ruim, schoon en netjes en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een kort verblijf. De receptie was vriendelijk en beleefd. Het ontbijt was goed, maar zou beter zijn als ze naast roerei en gestoomde champignons ook gebakken eieren en gebakken champignons als optie zouden aanbieden.

The Hotel was incredible good located, the Garden surrounding the Hotel was amazing. The breakfast was quite full and also the food was fresh. The bar tender Silvester was amazingly kind, and he was really keen on preparing all cocktails. The receptionist Walmer was also so kind, we forgot the charger adapter and he gave us one! Also he was always prepared to solve any questions we had!! Our experience was much more of what we were expecting. I definitely recommend this Hotel, not only for the building but for all the staff!! Definitely my Number one come back 🇦🇷

This was a budget overnight stay, however, it was good value for the money. Warm welcome at the reception and was helped to my room. Single room ensuite shower and toilet, with good WiFi, TV, Telephone and coffee/tea facilities. Very clean and warm. Excellent shower. Breakfast was with a good selection and choice, including 'full english', along with cereals and toast with jam. Smashing coffee machine added the extra star.
