1. Het hotel ligt in een winkelstraat. De omgeving is erg levendig en het is erg handig om te eten. 2. De kamer heeft een goed geluidsisolerend effect; 3. Er is een zuurstofconcentrator in de kamer aanwezig die de hele dag zuurstof levert! ! 4. De kamer heeft een luchtbevochtiger! ! 5. De service is supergoed! Elke dag gratis fruit! 6. Flessenwater is in onbeperkte hoeveelheden verkrijgbaar, en er is overal flessenwater in de openbare ruimtes! 7. Gratis wasgoed! 8. De kamer is erg schoon! Badhanddoeken en handdoeken zijn allemaal nieuw! Al met al kan ik deze winkel echt niet klagen! Ik bleef 4 dagen! Het is echt heel goed! Ik zal hier zeker weer verblijven de volgende keer dat ik terugkom naar Lhasa!

Purposely selecting this hotel for our first night because there's a clinic inside the hotel which feels secured upon flight arrival. Hotel was big with ******* design. Love the warm greetings from the staff and appreciate their patience and reminders of slow pace to minimise the mountain sickness. Room was incredibly spacious. Staff was so helpful to drive and lead us to the room. Showing all the equipments operations and help delivering our heavy luggages. The room has everything you need. Definitely perfect to spend your first night here after a long daunting journey. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. You could recharge and rehydrate yourself with everything you can think of when it comes to breakfast. Both Chinese, ******* and Western. A big thumb up and highly recommend.

Het hotel is zelfs beter dan de online beoordelingen! Service: Behalve enkele luxe vijfsterrenhotels op het vasteland, zijn er maar weinig hotels met zulke gedetailleerde diensten! Inclusief de bewaker die je hartelijk begroet als je binnenkomt en je helpt met je bagage als je de winkel verlaat. Voordat u incheckt, zal de receptie u informeren over de details van het inademen van zuurstof, en u ook zorgvuldig adviseren om meer water te drinken. Er is onbeperkt mineraalwater aanwezig in de lobby en gratis cola in de koelkast! 's Avonds werd er ook fruit gegeven. Het ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd en smaakt erg goed, en je kunt zelfs het Potala-paleis zien! De koffie is ook heerlijk, en het kleine broertje is zo attent dat hij bloemen meeneemt🐮Het is absoluut de eerste keuze voor een verblijf in Lhasa👍🏻

一家值得全5分的酒店，山南這個地方，超出了我的預期，也讓我從新認識“希爾頓”，這個品牌。 酒店服務，從進門就給人，很贊，很貼心，給人感覺很專業，可以看出來，品牌管理很到位。入住辦理很迅速。還給我們送上了暖暖的紅景天茶。 酒店房間設計很大方，而且人性化，那天晚上睡得很舒服。 酒店的早餐，也很有特色，選擇好多，麪包款式好吃而款式美，工作人員會主動地給住客做當地的餈粑，好好吃。 周邊用餐地方很多，有市場，超市，飯店，均可以步行到達。 酒店晚上還有夜粥，牛奶，小麪包，吃完，很安睡。因為時間的關係，沒有多住一天，可惜了，明年去阿里，肯定會再回來您們家的。或者後續有希爾頓，也會優先選擇。

特別點贊管家麗麗！從辦理入住到微信溝通，麗麗都非常盡心，快速響應並解決了我的需求。 選這家最初是看中它標榜凱悦旗下、裝修新且有布宮觀景。實際入住發現，房間設計雖然初印象不錯，但有些地方不太實用：洗澡區域是開放式的，必須拉窗簾，不然容易走光。 後來瞭解到這是凱悦與如家的合資品牌，既沒有完全達到凱悦的標準，也少了本土品牌的貼心。房間沒配體重秤和擦鞋布，也沒有像亞朵那樣提供卸粧用品。不過説實話，以這個價格來説，性價比依然很高。 位置在拓宇路，出行方便。但帶長輩出行需常打車，酒店大門在小巷子裏，滴滴不願開進來。好在退房當天，前台幫忙把行李搬到了路口上車點（圖3），還幫忙搬上滴滴，非常感謝！

I have mixed feelings of this hotel. Maybe my own fault but I thought this hotel was associated with the more famous Intercontinental hotel brand. I felt a bit disappointed when I realised it wasn’t. The hotel was right at the foot of Mount Kailash which was the purpose of our trip however was disappointed as the hotel doesn’t have a great view of Kailash. I want to give positive comments as the hotel had a lot going for it, such as full body massage chair in the room, smart voice controls for the room but we didn’t use any of these. The cleanliness of the room was also lacking and the shower facilities was not as good as some other hotels we’ve experienced on our Tibet trip. We had a second a second night booked at this hotel but we decided to cancel and go somewhere else. Sorry but I can’t recommend this hotel.

這次出差來拉薩，在網上對比選了很多家酒店，看了是新開業的酒店，網友評價還不錯，最終訂這家入住幾晚，體驗感超出預期的好👌 從在酒店門口下車，就有禮賓幫忙拿行李到前台，辦理入住很順暢，還給我們每人獻上哈達，送上熱熱的甜茶，引導我們找到房間，管家介紹了樓層設施，洗衣房和健身房，每間房單獨有微信管家服務羣，真的太太太貼心！ 酒店還提供了藏式下午茶，有特色體驗活動（非遺藏香體驗製作，非遺唐卡體驗製作，冥想頌缽音療）體驗感拉滿，很贊👍 去二樓餐廳點菜用餐，菜品豐富，口味不錯，我們 6 人一致好評，連續在酒店吃了三天，早餐和正餐都很不錯 房間內設施細節，想要誇幾個細節，礦泉水和冰箱小零食可以無限續，每間房都配送了兩頂藏式特色帽子，配備了棉柔便服套裝，甚至洗臉枱配送了一盒洗臉巾，這個真的很細節，其他酒店不常見。每天不是給我們配送水果盤就是保温壺裝綠豆甜湯，好幸福！服務生還會貼心幫忙開夜床，放好拖鞋，調整燈光，入住感受真的像被家人在照顧，路過任何角落遇見客人，都會跟客人親切打招呼問好，由此可見，酒店管理有秩序，有温度，有用心👍 當然，也有個人覺得需要改進的地方，需要提個小建議給酒店，可以綜合考慮是否採納，浴室沒有配拖鞋或者地墊，剛進浴室站在冷冷的地磚上會覺得很涼，希望下次回來入住會驚喜發現有不一樣了， 綜上所有真實入住感受，強烈推薦大家可以選這家，我下個月來拉薩出差一定還會住這裏，衷心祝願酒店越來越好，有更多客人喜歡，生意興隆，天天滿房🎉

Five stars is a must! This 5-star hotel is truly full of surprises! The lobby is filled with rich ******* style, with various ******* incense sticks neatly displayed and Thangka paintings creating a wonderful atmosphere. The lobby also features a complimentary tea break area, offering nourishing hot tea, bread, pastries, candies, and dried fruits all day long. It's a clean and thoughtful place to stop and recharge while traveling. A special mention goes to the smart delivery robot! It's simple and responsive, delivering takeout and small items directly to your room. You can even ask it to pick up snacks, saving you the hassle of running around. The combination of traditional ambiance and smart service makes for a fantastic experience! The staff are gentle and attentive, and the rooms are clean and quiet. This is the top choice for travelers in this area – highly recommended!

De mensen zijn erg mooi en comfortabel. De locatie is goed. Achter het paleis van Budala is erg rustig. Het vervoer is gemakkelijk te lopen naar het paleis van Budala en het is ook gemakkelijk om te rijden en de bediende is zeer tevreden met de zorg. Het verblijf is geweldig! De kamer is schoon en schoon en warm ingericht, net als thuis. De baas is een lokale enthousiast en voorzichtig, en hij heeft ook een lokale smaak- en landschapsopvang voorbereid. De volgende keer moet ik hier weer blijven. Veel aanbevolen!!

Beautiful hotel that still preserves its historical architecture with modern luxuries. We enjoyed the heated floor (it's so comfortable to walk around) and the oxygen machine (a lifesaver when we just reached Lhasa!). Special thanks to Guest Service staff - 次塔 for coordinating breakfast and housekeeping with us throughout our stay, and for helping to safekeep our forgotten item when we checked out! Her warm hospitality helped us ease into the high altitude environment more easily! Oh and don't forget to try the Indian restaurant within the hotel - it's extremely delicious and the price is affordable! We hope to return soon!
