Staff is also very helpful - we ordered a lot of Taobao packages and they helped to search for them and even helped to call the deliveryman when our parcels couldn't be found. Na hotels vergeleken te hebben, hebben we uiteindelijk gekozen voor Hengqin Bay Hotel, en de ervaring heeft bewezen dat dit een uitstekende keuze was. De lobby is modern en licht, het incheckproces verliep efficiënt en vlekkeloos, en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De kamerindeling was doordacht en redelijk, met handige voorzieningen zoals badkuiphoezen. De matrassen waren comfortabel qua hardheid en de kussens boden goede ondersteuning, wat zorgde voor een comfortabele rustplek voor het hele gezin. Wat eten betreft, hadden we een geweldige ervaring in het buffetrestaurant van het hotel. Het ontbijt bood een breed scala aan keuzes, en de vers bereide noedels en omeletten waren erg populair. Over het algemeen heeft Hengqin Bay Hotel – van het gemakkelijke vervoer, de comfortabele accommodatie, tot de gevarieerde eetgelegenheden en uitgebreide recreatieve faciliteiten – blijk gegeven van een doordachte aanpak en consistente kwaliteit. Het was een soepele en aangename jaarwisseling. Bovendien kregen we welkomstfruit en melkthee 🧋, wat een erg attent gebaar was.

The area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and malls nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice city or sea view depending on the side you stay on. The bed was cozy, and all amenities were well provided. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy during my stay. The hotel staff were polite, professional, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and the food quality was better than expected. Overall, Charming Holiday Hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and good value. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Zhuhai, especially if you plan to visit Macau too. 🌟 Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! 🌟

I am very satisfied with my stay in Zhuhai this time. The hotel is close to the Lovers' Road, and it is very comfortable to take a walk and enjoy the sea view at night. The room is simple and clean, the hygiene is very good, there is no smell, the facilities are complete and easy to use. The front desk staff, Micky, is friendly and can solve problems in a timely manner and can speak English wel. The surrounding restaurants are conveniently located, affordable, and have a high cost-to-benefit ratio.

Het hotel ligt heel dicht bij Zhuhai Station. We namen een taxi met onze kinderen voor 5 minuten. Het hotel was erg attent en gaf prioriteit aan het regelen van kamers op de dag van inchecken. Het is aan te raden om in een kamer met uitzicht op zee te verblijven, waar u de Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao-brug kunt zien. Als het weer helder is, kunt u ook 's ochtends foto's maken🌄. Je kunt beneden op de boulevard langs de kust fietsen (er zijn veel gedeelde fietsen), het is erg comfortabel om langs de kustlijn te fietsen en het is ook erg handig om populaire attracties te bezoeken~ De service van het hotel is erg goed, vooral Rena bij de receptie is erg vriendelijk. Toen we incheckten, gaf het hotel ons een kortingsbon voor een drankje en de kinderen vonden de taarten in de lobbybar heerlijk.

Stayed 5 days at Sheraton Shantou. The breakfast had good variety and the rooms were clean with a nice ambience. Overall, the stay was comfortable. However, service standards need improvement for a 5-star hotel. Firstly, management may want to place greater emphasis on a ”customer first” mindset among staff. On several occasions, staff did not greet guests in the lobby or in the lift. At times, staff would exit the lift before guests without holding the door. While these may seem like small gestures, they significantly impact the overall guests experience, especially at a hotel of this standard. Secondly, the WiFi connection for international mobile phones was very poor. The connection was unstable and slow, which was inconvenient.

Wonderful stay in Delong M Hotel for the Dragon boat festival. Attention to the detail was great the room was very spacious and clean and the beach very close, able to swim made it a very pleasant weekend. The kids love it. And all the hotel staff was very kind.

Sure enough, there is no wrong hotel. It is more cost-effective than Sanya. A few hundred meters downstairs is the seaside. The opposite of the sea is Sanshan Island. Unfortunately, it is not open for the time being. Otherwise, it is more perfect. The hotel service is very good. Any problems will be solved in time. Although there is no lively Zhapo here, the accommodation environment is better than Zhapo. Renting a small battery car can go to Bailu to buy seafood processing. It will not be pitted. You can also go to the sea and mangroves. The photos are beautiful. The hotel facilities and scenery are good! Very beautiful!

Onlangs geopend hotel, maar geen vreemde geur, de gastenkamers en hotelgangen zijn zeer geurig, de kamer is groot, er is een balkon om te genieten van het prachtige landschap, het landschap is erg goed, de service is erg enthousiast, er is een leeuwendans tijdens het Chinese Nieuwjaar, het zwembadwater is erg schoon, dicht bij het stadsbalkon en het strand, een zeer bevredigend verblijf, de volgende keer dat ik naar Zhuhai kom, zal ik hier opnieuw verblijven.

Very nice location facing the harbor and near to Ermalu food stree, anc take a pleasant road along the seaside boulevard. Spacious and comfortable room win a nice view. Breakfast very good. Stayed 2 nights: a very pleasant stay.
