I spent a weekend here, and it was a great experience! My apartment was absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking views from the 42nd floor. Waking up to that sea view every morning was truly a highlight of my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The facilities and services provided by the hotel are top‑notch. The hotel staff are helpful and professional. I am glad I chose this hotel for my trip! I genuinely enjoyed every moment spent there. I stayed for four nights in total, and from check-in, through multiple inquiries, last-minute requests, and finally check-out, I interacted with Kimi at the front desk numerous times. Her service quality was consistently excellent throughout. She wasn't just friendly at the start and then less so later on. Whether it was for minor inquiries or coordinating things like room preferences, executive privileges, or breakfast benefits, Kimi always provided clear and accurate answers, with no conflicting information. Her professionalism was steady, her patience unwavering, and her demeanor genuinely reserved. The entire experience was smooth and seamless, which is a truly exceptional level of front desk service. I chose the Central Hotel for my dad's follow-up hospital visit, and this old-school hotel definitely lives up to its reputation. Every staff member at the front desk was fantastic; they had our room reserved in advance, so check-in was instant! The two concierges were incredibly responsible, surprising us with different little treats every day – so thoughtful and caring! The restaurant staff were very welcoming, and the cleaning auntie was diligent, tidying up our room promptly every day. All in all, the Central Hotel's service is so dedicated, which clearly shows their management is five-star. Thank you!

This hotel is right by the sea, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. You're just a few steps away from seeing the ocean, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. The room was absolutely huge, and the price was very reasonable. Shandong people are so generous! Next time I'm in Qingdao, I'm definitely staying here again. Highly recommended!

This Dragon Boat Festival, I brought my family to Qingdao for a trip, and the hotel we stayed at was quite satisfactory. The room had central air conditioning, a refrigerator, a washing machine (with a dryer), and even a kitchen where we could cook. We bought seafood from a nearby farmers' market and borrowed pots and pans from the hotel to enjoy a delicious seafood feast. Food delivery was very convenient; the delivery person would drop it off downstairs, and a robot would bring it to our hotel door a few minutes later. The kids loved this novel experience and had a blast. When traveling with young children, comfort is key. Most hotels only offer a bedroom and a bathroom, but the rooms at Haiyi Hotel were spacious and made for a very comfortable stay.

The Mandarin Hotel is located on Starlight Island in the West Coast New Area, surrounded by the sea and boasting stunning island scenery. As soon as you arrive, you can feel a sense of tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The sea breeze creates a wonderful vacation vibe. However, there was an entertainment event on the island that day, so it was incredibly crowded. Stepping into the hotel lobby, the elegant and grand design perfectly blends with marine elements. The glass dome and crystal chandeliers complement each other beautifully. What impressed me most was the self-playing piano in the lobby; its melodious tunes flowed under the dome, adding an artistic touch to the entire space and instantly washing away any travel fatigue. My business twin room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic sea views. Drawing back the curtains in the morning, I was greeted by the magnificent sight of the sunrise over the ocean. The room was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and every detail showcased quality. The hotel's amenities are excellent. The complimentary indoor pool has clear, well-maintained water and is a good size. It's very well-regulated; you need a swimming cap to use it, and there's also a sauna and hot spring. The gym is fully equipped, and in addition to exercise machines, there's a table tennis room and an aerobics room. The hotel garden is charming, with European-style stone carvings adding a unique flair. Just outside, there's a seaside boardwalk, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. Parking and EV charging were very convenient, and the staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, feel incredibly welcoming.

I stayed at two hotels during my trip to Qingdao. The first two nights were at the MGM, and the last two here. Both had their merits, but I preferred the Haitian Hotel. Being right by the sea was very convenient, and the service was excellent. The hotel facilities are a little dated, but overall comfort was good. The hotel breakfast was delicious. After checking in at the front desk, Abby Ji, the Guest Relations Manager, added me on WeChat and provided one-on-one service throughout my stay. Since it was my child's birthday, I mentioned it to the hotel, and Abby specially brought up a small gift and held a little ceremony for my child, which was very much appreciated. Her service was attentive and her responses were always prompt during my stay. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This is the perfect place to stay if you love shopping malls! The transportation is convenient. Exit A2 of Wusi Square Station, turn left, walk for five minutes, and you'll see Yuexi Apartments on your right. The front desk is on the first floor for check-in. Nearby, there's a 7-Eleven and a Luckin Coffee, and a few restaurants further up the street. I'm giving it five stars mainly because the price is acceptable, and the staff at the front desk was friendly and polite. The in-room amenities aren't perfect; I recommend reading other reviews as many people have already pointed out key issues. However, these seem to be building-wide problems (like dimly lit corridors to save energy, slow elevators, etc.). Although the room I stayed in didn't have a stunning view (it wasn't a sea view room and was blocked by the building in front), the bed and pillows were very comfortable for all three nights, and housekeeping cleaned daily. For your first check-in, it's easier to enter from the first floor. Once you have your room card, you can access Yuexi Apartments from the 6th-floor Sky City Garden, which connects directly to MIXC Mall. The in-room washer and dryer are very convenient, and they provide a small packet of laundry detergent daily. The refrigerator is large and cold enough! I suggest adding a plate or two and some utensils to the kitchen, which would make it even more convenient for guests.

1. The hotel's location is excellent: it's about 1 km from the Olympic Sailing Center, and there's a subway station very close by, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There are also many dining options around the hotel, allowing us to try different cuisines every day. 2. We were upgraded to a sea-view room. Although the room was a bit old, the cleanliness was good. The bedding was very comfortable, which greatly improved my sleep. The service from the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff was all excellent. 3. I have a small suggestion regarding the dining: We checked out at 6:30 AM, just as the restaurant was opening. Since we were in a hurry, we asked the restaurant to pack some breakfast for us to take away. What disappointed me was that, despite the restaurant supervisor mentioning a standard packing procedure during our prior conversation, we ended up with two croissants and two Danish pastries, unwrapped, in a paper bag. I think this standard is too low. At the very least, they should have been put in a food-safe bag to separate them from the paper. This was the only small letdown during our stay.

Throughout my visit, whenever I had a question or needed something, I just messaged her and she'd respond and handle it right away – excellent service! 👍 I'm extremely satisfied with the hotel; it's grand and upscale. The room was spacious, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. This time, I stayed on the executive floor, and the afternoon tea and dinner included were also very good. The swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ and gym facilities were comprehensive. Overall, I'm very pleased with my stay at the Golden Beach Hilton. Plus, I got a sneak peek at the upcoming Beer Festival!
