I specifically chose a high-floor sea-view room for this trip, and it was wonderfully cool. Being able to see the ocean every day was fantastic! The room was clean, the environment was comfortable and cozy, and the staff were warm and attentive. The facilities were also safe and reliable! Highly recommend!

We recently stayed in the 270° Ocean View Two-Bedroom Suite at Hilton Yantai Golden Coast, and the experience was simply top-notch—perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The room features massive wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed, frontline ocean views and a wonderfully bright, open feel. You can watch the sunrise over the sea in the morning, and take in the sunset, blue waters, and city nightscapes in the evening. It offers soothing, postcard-worthy ocean vistas anytime, anywhere, and every snapshot looks like a professional photograph. The suite has a well-designed layout. The two-bedroom setup balances privacy with comfort, and the space is spacious and spotless. The high-end soft furnishings make for a very cozy and pleasant stay. Our butler, Winnie, provided attentive and meticulous service throughout our stay. She was quick to respond and went above and beyond—from check-in and luggage handling to answering all kinds of requests, her thoughtful care made us feel truly well-cared for. The hotel breakfast is of great quality with a rich and comprehensive variety, featuring both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are authentic, and it includes a wide selection of hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and drinks. The food preparation is consistently good, with no cutting corners. With excellent service, a prime environment, and stunning views, this is a top-choice accommodation for a seaside getaway in Yantai.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The facilities are well-maintained, and the bathroom had consistent water pressure. The only drawback is the average soundproofing; you can occasionally hear noise from the hallway. It offers good value for money and is suitable for travelers. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

The check-in process was well-organized; they proactively informed us about breakfast times and hotel amenities, and even shared some handy local travel tips. It was all very thoughtful. Throughout our stay, whenever we had questions, the staff would attentively listen to the end before responding. Whenever we needed to coordinate with other departments, the front desk took care of liaising and following up, sparing us from running around or making calls back and forth, which saved us so much hassle. Even when the lobby was busy and crowded, the team remained calm and methodical without showing any impatience, maintaining a consistently wonderful attitude. Check-out was equally smooth and fast. They casually asked about our stay and genuinely wanted to hear our honest feedback. The service from housekeeping and other departments was also top-notch; every employee we passed in the hallways greeted us politely. As the very first point of contact upon entering, the front desk truly demonstrated that they have the guests' best interests at heart, anticipating needs before they even arise. The entire stay was carefree and deeply comfortable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

This hotel was pretty good overall. We stayed in four rooms for four days, and while there were a few minor hiccups, they didn't really detract from the experience. It was perfect for a family stay; the kids loved playing in the sand on the beach behind the hotel, swimming in the pool, and exploring the playground in the nearby mangrove forest. All in all, a five-star rating!

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the subway station, and it will be even closer once the new station exit is completed. Turn left out of the hotel and you can walk to May Fourth Square in about 10 minutes, and to the MixC mall in just over 10 minutes, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. If the weather is bad, you can even walk to the MixC underground via the subway passage. Housekeeping is top-notch; the room was very clean, and the bottled water and minibar setup were well-equipped. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and provided great service. The family room we stayed in was the furthest back among the side ocean-view rooms with only one window, but the ventilation was still decent. We also booked a king room, which had two windows and offered a fantastic view of the light show and the ocean. The only minor drawback of the family room was that the bathroom door faced the bed, which was slightly inconvenient.

Extremely satisfied! They thoughtfully prepared sand toys for my baby, along with apple juice and yogurt. The service was excellent; before we went out, the staff would kindly remind us about changes in the weather. Manager Liu Yunxia greeted us warmly with handwritten notes every day, which made us feel so comfortable! During check-out, Managers Cong and Wang even prepared a watermelon for my child. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Yantai!

This place is incredibly friendly for long-term business travelers. The equipment is well-maintained, clean, and looks brand new. The mirrors in front of the treadmills face the street view outside, making a 30-minute run anything but boring. The nearby lounge area even provides complimentary drinking water and tissues for wiping sweat. After finishing work, coming here for a workout can really alleviate most of the fatigue from sitting all day.

From October 2nd to 6th, after discussing with my family, we decided to stay at Crowne Plaza Qingdao. From the moment I checked in, Reya gave me a warm welcome and detailed introduction (it was my first time staying at a Crowne Plaza hotel). The stay included a complimentary executive lounge dinner, and the breakfast was extensive and very Chinese. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Crowne Plaza.
