We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

The food was great, very clean and serene environment, very helpful and kind staff. A bit off the city centre but there’s a bus that comes every 1-2 hrs if you intend to use public transport, taxi’s are also available and can be arranged by the hotel staff at a very affordable rate. Value for money is guaranteed and the pictures on the site is exactly what it is. The rooms on the 2nd floor are awesome , gives you an amazing sea view

No TV channels whatsoever during my whole stay, also impossible to connect my smartphone to the TV Good location

Deze plek, die zichzelf een 'hotel' noemde, was een ramp, met een lange lijst van vreselijke dingen. Het dakzwembad dat u op de foto's van het hotel ziet, bevindt zich niet in een ander hotel en werd helemaal niet vermeld! Je moet ongeveer 200 meter klimmen om het andere hotel te bereiken waar dit zwembad is (hoewel ze ook een kar naar het andere hotel aanbieden). Als je daar eenmaal bent, kun je de t****e rij bedden van het zwembad 'winnen' omdat je niet bij dit specifieke hotel hoort, wat betekent dat ze je tot een t****erangsgast maken. Bovendien was er helemaal geen shampoo aanwezig in de badkamer, alleen lichaamszeep. De airco werkte niet goed. De temperatuur kwam niet onder de 24 graden, terwijl ik hem op 19 graden had ingesteld. Het gevolg was dat ik de hele nacht zweette en niet goed kon slapen. Het hotel beweert dat de zon de temperatuur beïnvloedde, maar de gordijnen waren gesloten en er is 's nachts geen zon! Om de ellende nog groter te maken, was er op een avond om 19.00 uur geen warm water in de douche. Ik kreeg te horen dat ik moest wachten en om 22.00 uur opnieuw moest controleren, maar kreeg te horen dat het probleem was opgelost. Maar zoals je misschien al geraden had, was dat niet het geval. Toen ik vroeg om de douche van een andere kamer te gebruiken, vertelden ze me dat dat niet kon en stelden voor dat ik nog wat langer zou wachten. Ik vroeg de receptie om een ​​compensatie te overwegen, maar ze weigerden volledig. Toen we thuiskwamen, heb ik het ketenmanagement van het hotel gemaild om een ​​echte referentie over dit hele verblijf te krijgen, en ze verontschuldigden zich wel, maar konden me geen restitutie aanbieden omdat ik ons ​​verblijf niet rechtstreeks bij het hotel had geboekt. In plaats daarvan boden ze me een korting op een volgend verblijf aan, waar ik natuurlijk nooit gebruik van zal maken. Ik wou dat ik dit soort beoordelingen niet hoefde te schrijven voor een hotel met een hoge score van 4 sterren. I travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva. We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable. We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room. Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened: 1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day. 2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do). The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working.
