Ik boekte zeer laatste minuut op zondag wegens een noodsituatie, alles was goed en geweldig, de gastheer (ontschuldig dat hij zijn naam had moeten vragen) was zeer geduldig en kocht uitstekende ontbijt. Het was een geweldige ervaring, zou aanbevelen. Dank u.

We rented the apartment and one single room. The staff are very friendly. Both place has harbour view. The apartment is not very close to the hotel and there is a 10 minutes walk. But the apartment is very lovely. The only thing is that there are no lifts In either place. Also, the window for the hotel room are very old and has the 2 wood boards instead of the curtains. It is very original, but not really sound proof.

It was really nice and clean! we got such a big room the “Flat 1”/ number 6 which was so unexpected for the price. Me and my partner were only staying 4 days but it was so nice and open. the music wasnt really a bother at all from the bar downstairs, only thing i would say would be the windows are thin so you could hear very clearly outside, but it wasnt a huge bother to us. didnt see a single other person once the whole time we were there which was fine for us. it was secure and seemed safe, super clean. only gave 1 and a half toilet rolls but wasnt too bothered by this we bought some more anyways. the toilet was separate from the room and then in the room was another door to the shower, there was a random door we didnt have exit to labeled as a fire door which was confusing but not too bad. The photos are blurry as theyre from a video. but i would recommend if youre mostly there for going other places and mostly just to sleep and cool down in the evenings! perfect location to close to everything.

Arosfa Guesthouse ligt aan de pittoreske haven in Aberaeron, op een uitstekende centrale locatie. Het biedt parkeergelegenheid voor de deur en ligt op slechts een paar minuten lopen van de winkels en restaurants van de stad.
Alle kamers hebben een eigen badkamer. gratis WiFi, een flatscreen-tv met Netflix, koffie- en theefaciliteiten en gratis toiletartikelen. De meeste kamers bieden uitzicht op de charmante binnenhaven van Aberaeron.
'Cegin Manuka', de keuken hier, wordt gerund door Michelin getrainde chef-kok en pension eigenaar, Sara. Er zijn elke ochtend continentale en à-la-carte-ontbijtopties met verse lokale producten en zelfgemaakte recepten beschikbaar. Sara, die een schat aan ervaring heeft met werken in een aantal van de beste restaurants van het land, biedt momenteel een eigentijds Take-Out menu dat gasten van het Guesthouse kunnen genieten in het comfort van het traditionele restaurant. (Zie de openingstijden, want deze variëren afhankelijk van de tijd van het jaar).
Tijdens de lente- en zomermaanden is Manuka's pop-up keuken in Aberaeron's Harbourside, waar het team spannende Thaise Street Food gerechten kan bereiden. Er worden ook enkele grote Britse klassiekers aangeboden.

It is unattended, but a quick call and you are given the code to enter both the main entrance and the room. Convenient when expected, but did throw me off a little. :)
I'd definitely stay again.

I dropped my daughter off at the university and needed a place to stay for a few days. The room was very clean. Coming from the US, I loved the fact that my room had its own private bathroom. The food at the restaurant was also good, even my daughter enjoyed it. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. I stayed in room 1.

a tired hotel needing some redecorating and modernisation. Room was next to reception and the 'bar/staff' room. we were woken at 6.30 every morning by staff arriving for duty. Breakfast was sat under heated laps or freshly out of a tin of fruit. Toast was the thinnest cheapest brown bread, and the coffee was average. The cooked breakfast was of poor quality ingredients. The waiting staff were very attentive. Sadly as soon as a fellow guest left their breakfast table, out came the spray disinfectant to clean the table down. This smell wafted all over the basement, windowless breakfast room and was very off putting.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a stunning location, our room was small but comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I have one single grouch about this hotel. I had an excellent dinner of fish and chips on our first evening. This was served (as is fairly common in pub restaurants) on top of paper printed with an article about the history of fish and chips. I know that there is paper in the food trade that is permitted for this use, BUT the paper turned into an objectionable mush under my peas and the tartar sauce, breaking into pieces and sticking to the batter of the fish. This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic and I sincerely hope the Cliff Hotel will reconsider and stop what is in any event a totally unnecessary practice. Apart from that it's 10 out of 10 and we would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Such friendly and attentive staff.
Driving here can be a bit hairy in places , along single lane country roads but once you get here it is worth it.
We ate in the hotel both nights and they moved people around for our reservation, as we were guests, and we had window seats over looking the beach. Such wonderful food, which i was so surprised about as it is a ‘pub chain brand’ inn/ hotel. Chefs definitely know what they are doing.
On each side of Tresaith are coastal path walks to other stunning locations.
Such a wonderful place to end our 6 days in beautiful Wales.

GGuest UserArrived at the hotel to be told we weren’t there as they were full. After a phone call we were sent to a partner hotel, to be told we weren’t there either but a new apartment on the sea front!!!
The lady checking us in walked us to the apartment, 5 mins away, and we were super impressed!! We had a wonderful night there, so comfortable and we’d fully recommend it. It’s on the 4th floor so had a great view out to sea. Parking is on the road wherever you can find a space.
In the morning we walked back to the Four Seasons for a hearty complementary breakfast. After the initial confusion we were totally pleased with our stay.

GGuest UserOn checking in we were shown to our room. The room was ample in size. The bed was very comfortable enabling a good nights sleep. The en-suite had been refurbished with a shower. A problem with water pressure was promptly attended to. As we were eating as a group of fourteen, we had pre ordered, and our meals were served speedily all together. Our choices of food were hot and well presented. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu again served without delay. The staff were attentive nothing being too much trouble making for a relaxing stay.

GGuest UserThis was my fourth return visit to this hotel which is always clean and supported by friendly staff. The accommodation block is set across the car park from the restaurant/pub which means you are not disturbed by noise in the evenings. You can access the hotel without going through the one way system in Aberystwyth if you wish but the centre is still within very easy walking distance. Will be coming again no doubt.
