The rooms were immaculate, and the resort’s overall ambiance was both welcoming and sophisticated. The proximity to local attractions was a game-changer, allowing me to effortlessly explore the area without the hassle of long commutes. In summary, Shaden Resort offers the trifecta of location, cleanliness, and convenience, making it a perfect base for any traveler. Highly recommended!

Het hotel heeft geen toeristische kaart of gids voor Alula, dus zelf rijden is lastig: 1. Ik weet niet hoe ik bij Hegra kom, Noordpoort? Zuidpoort? Moeilijke navigatie. Later leerde ik dat 375…9200…70 2. Er zijn geen openingstijden voor de schilderachtige plek. Ik kwam om 13:00 aan bij Elephant Rock en er stond dat het om 16:00 open zou gaan. Toen ik om 15:40 aankwam bij Hegra, was het gesloten. Internationale hotels hebben toeristische brochures en kaarten, etc. Dit is prima voor groepsreizen, maar het is lastig om zelfstandig te reizen. Ik hoop dat dit verbeterd kan worden.

Het is oké, maar de airconditioner in de kamer is te luidruchtig, en de kamer aan de straatkant is ook erg luidruchtig. Het ontbijt is gemiddeld, maar ik denk dat het over het algemeen acceptabel is

Absolutely beautiful resort - only downside the staff made no effort for our honeymoon and the vegetarian and vegan food was non existent but we headed to Banyan Tree the next day! A class apart!

Uitstekende plek om te verblijven met vriendelijke service, makkelijk bereikbaar via gate 307, direct naar Green Dome (Arabisch, Qubbat al-Khadra). De term ”Prophet's doom” is...

The service provided was excellent, facilities ok, the food was good, location is amazing, even if a bit far from Alula. All the staff is very professional and friendly. Special mention for the guys at Caravan reception, the 2 Mohammed. Amazing experience, once you leave, you want to go back.

Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.

For a business trip stay, it is nice and cozy. The food and services were great.
