The hotel is located beside the main road of transportation. There are small shops and gas stations around the same building, a bungalow, a large courtyard, very quiet, and the car is required to stop at your door. The front desk is a young and pretty nice girl. Soon, the room is small but very delicate, warm and sanitary. It is very suitable for family trips. The downside is that online booking is more than 30 knives more expensive than the store. In addition, the old-fashioned air-conditioning sound is too noisy, and it must be turned off before going to bed. The hotel asks to check out before 11:00 the next day, because there is no demand, so I don't know if it can be delayed. When you leave the store, you don't need to inform the front desk. You can directly drop the key into a box on the wall of the hall. Overall rating five stars

This place was very quaint and staff was friendly.
Our room was cozy, but little details like peeling wall paper was less than attractive.
The pools and the hot tub were what my kids looked forward to the most. Unfortunately they were quite dirty.

大廳很美 - 有些陳舊 但感覺大廳咖啡廳處後期修護還可以！
早餐不包括（自行安排）咖啡➕三明治 挺好的.兩人花了大概40$ （三明治 瑪芬各一 咖啡兩杯加水果cup）
夜間男士前台接待 略顯凌亂～忽略了酒店形象.
停車場設計有些不便利進出～

The hotel is newly renovated. Stayed in a King room and was happy with the newness and cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The reception staffs greeted us with a big smile and were friendly and helpful with my request and enquiry. Also love DoubleTree cookies treats upon checking in.

Onze verblijf bij de Artisan was prachtig, de kamers waren schoon en het personeel was vriendelijk en trots op hun werk. De lobby met een vuurplek was geweldig. We vonden het gemakkelijk om direct van de hotellobby naar Toscaanse Grille te lopen voor een fantastisch diner. We vonden ook ontbijt de volgende morgen (ook buiten de lobby). We gingen rond de winkels en hielden van de Toscaanse markt voor een frisse broodje voor lunch, die we buiten eten op een mooie oktoberdag.
Het enige wat ons verbaasde was dat er veel geluid in de kamer is. We hoorden iedereen praten in de hal, maar het meest verontrustende was vrijdagavond - ik denk dat er een DJ in de 5e verdiepingsclub was (we waren op de 3e verdieping). We waren moe, dus we keuzeden het een vroege nacht te bellen en ontspannen in onze kamer en kijken naar tv na een lange dag reizen. We konden de tv niet horen in onze eigen kamer over de muziek van buiten! Ik geloof dat de muziek om tien uur stopte, maar als je moe bent, was het veel (vooral bijna $500/night).Dit was geen kwestie op zaterdag.
We zouden zeker terugkomen wanneer in de regio.

PPenny Mason-AndersonGerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with Gerry! We laughed and told stories and honestly I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee. I hope you can keep him! We will be back!

MMelanie TomOur stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day.
The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after a long day traveling. We couldn't hear the tv in our own room over the music from outside! In fairness, I believe the music stopped by 10 o'clock but when you're tired, it was a lot (especially at close to $500/night).This was not an issue on Saturday.
We would definitely return when in the area.

TTin PauGreat location, minutes from all the major hiking trails and attractions. Right off Highway 3 and close to Woodstock and the Lincoln township. Adequate parking and we literally parked in front of our room.
They hv an indoor and outdoor heated pool. The outdoor jacuzzi is a big draw. There’s also a small lake for fishing and riding the water bots. Great location for weddings and picture taking.
The room was a bit old and the aircon was a bit noisy. The ceiling was a bit thin as we can hear our neighbours talking. Breakfast was great, coupled with great service.
We would return to stay again. A bit expensive for this time of the year but well worth it.

GGuest UserMy brother stayed overnight for a trip to the Cog Railway the next day. The inn was easy to find and the local area was beautiful. We were offered our choice of a room in the main house or in the annex near the river. We chose the latter for the balcony facing the river - the breeze felt great and the sound of the water was relaxing. Everything was clean and in working order and the beds were comfortable. In the morning, they had our breakfast ready for us as soon as the restaurant opened so that we could head out early to the Cog Railway. All in all, a very good stay - would highly recommend!

GGuest UserWe were greeted by the most wonderful receptionist. She was very efficient and personable. She made us feel very welcome. We went to the bar at night and that's when it all fell apart. The waiter was not friendly at all and was very inefficient. Apparently there was a wedding party in the bar, so it was crowded. People had to wait an extremely long time and he only waited on one side of the bar. He totally ignored the other side. It was very sad to see this kind of service.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Inn at Thorn Hill from December 22nd to 24th, and the experience was absolutely magical. Everything was perfect, the beautiful, cozy room, the outstanding food, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The service was exceptional, and the host made us feel truly cared for with genuine hospitality and attention to detail. It was a peaceful, luxurious stay and one we will always remember. Highly recommended, we can’t wait to return.

GGuest UserWe were going to Dartmouth College, so the location was great as there is only a 8 minute drive there. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, which is very convenient and there is a Starbucks within the hotel.
There is a great seafood restaurant Jesse only 2 minute drive away and Salem and Hanover offer many dining choices.
I used the gym and everything was perfect.

GGuest UserLocation was absolutely beautiful. Walking trails right next to the hotel into the woods and up a mountain and around a large meadow. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Restaurant at the hotel served good cocktails and good food. Staff was very helpful and friendly. A return trip there is most definite!

After the insurance is submitted, information is requested and the application is refused. Everyone pays special attention when choosing insurance.

JJUNXIANThe transportation is convenient, the room is quiet, and there is no sound of cars on the road. The hot dishes for breakfast are more abundant than the general chain hotels, but the vegetables are less. There are many shopping malls and fast food restaurants around.
