Hotels met Bar in Tuscany, Italy

We boekten spontaan. We kwamen erg laat aan en helaas sprak de nachtportier geen Duits of Engels. De dame die overdag dienst had, was echter erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en aardig. We waren zeer aangenaam verrast toen we de kamer binnenkwamen. De kamer en badkamer waren zeer goed uitgerust. Het bed was ook erg comfortabel. Onze kamer had een terras en roken was toegestaan ​​op het terras. Uiteindelijk waren we zeer tevreden en zouden we zo weer boeken. Bedankt voor alles.

Struttura ottima per la posizione, bellissima vista su Talamone, pulita e ben organizzata. Il mare è stato una grande delusione, acqua torbida, bagnoasciuga inesistente perché ricoperto da montagne di alghe. Alla reception mi hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno a un prezzo maggiore rispetto alla somma che il giorno prima mi avevano detto.

Ottimo lo staff, ottimo la camera e ottimo cena e colazione

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte con colazione inclusa. Camera molto spaziosa, veramente bella e silenziosa nonostante la strada poco distante. Struttura mastodontica e con tantissimo potenziale forse non espresso al massimo. Piscine termali molto valide, peccato per la vasca all’aperto che aveva l’acqua leggermente tiepida e quindi inutilizzabile. Abbiamo usufruito del massaggio rilassante, molto valido! Abbiamo cenato al ristorante, buono ed esaustivo. Colazione molto piacevole. I ragazzi tutti in gamba e giovani. Unica pecca il check-in alle 15, quindi se arrivate in mattinata ci sarà da pagare un supplemento, per usufruire della SPA. Magari sarebbe stato giusto essere trasparenti e dichiararlo sul sito. Nel complesso un’ottima scoperta.

Prachtige plek, het is niet de eerste keer dat we hier verbleven, zeer vriendelijk personeel, alles is schoon en het eten is ook goed.

Absolutely beautiful and romantic and everything we could had hoped for. In nature and surrounded by the beauty of Tuscany. An awesome pool and swim area. Stunning surroundings, comfy rooms, lovely breakfast. Shuttle into Cortona regularly or as you request it. Just lovely! What I imagine was an authentic Italian experience. Really wish we had more time here. Please make more options for vegan guests, but I must say the soy mylk cappuccino was absolutely delicious

The hotel was nice and Tidy as you'd expect from a five star hotel. Breakfast was great and staff helpful. What I found strange was that you had to pay to use the spa (use of sauna etc.) With hefty price tag of €70 PP on Friday. My mattress was knackered springs broken and one side virtually collapsed. The bathroom door was taty with bits peeling off. Admittedly, I couldn't be bothered to complain and get my room changed after unpacking our stuff and noticing the state of mattress late at night. And parking was €18 per night, which I didn't notice of any mention of their website or Trip.com. They charged me for 2 instead 3 when I mentioned the mattress before checking out. To be honest there has to be some level checking the condition of the beds by the supervisor. The pool on the roof was very small, not worth bothering with except if want to sit beside it for suntanning. I didn'tnotice any offer of drinks or food at the pool. I gave service a four star only because we asked for couple of things to the room which didn't happen.

Amazing place, amazing staff.

Nice old hotel. No frills but the room was spacious and clean. We had to park the car some 200-300 m away and walk. Located not too far from the historical center and SPA. There`s also a grocery and DM shop, very convenient. The host at the reception was really nice. Grazie!
