"Dit pension ligt midden in het bos. Echt schattig en het hotelpersoneel is zo aardig. Ze is erg lief en super behulpzaam. Het enige probleem is dat de ingang een lange trap is en als je grote bagage hebt, is het echt lastig om te dragen. De kamer is knus, maar de badkamer heeft geen toiletartikelen, dus neem je eigen douchegel en shampoo mee."

"This was one of my best stays in Sri Lanka. The only thing I could fault the place for, was the water pressure was not very good. I know serious world problems right. As a frequent world traveler I look for clean/safe/valuable for money accommodation, with a comfortable bed, hot shower, working AC for the hot climates and good Wi Fi. This place ticked all those boxes and some. Great hosts and you have the option of paying the extra for a home cooked meal, which was tasty and plentiful. It is located in a very quiet serene part of Ella and you will either be faced with a short drive into the Ella township or an approx 20min walk. The hosts went out of their way to ensure a great stay, helped with luggage up the steep stairs to the accommodation and bought some required items, when the host went into town. Pics shown stairs leading up to the accommodation, so definitively not wheel chair friendly. Another pic shows the evening meal. We also opted for the host to provide breakfast and it was just as good and affordable."
