唯一問題是，房間只有洗面盆及鏡子 （只有冷水，住宿當天室外約14度）沒有洗手間及浴室，全部都是共用的，洗手間自己樓層共用 （地下及2樓），浴室要到地下溫泉區共用，男士只有2個花灑位。
主要問題是訂購過程無任何提示是共用洗手間及浴室，如果有寫，我想我們就不會訂購這家店了。
但住宿，環境，景觀，服務都完全沒問題的。

"Het ligt pal voor station Kawaguchiko, dus je zult niet verdwalen. Zelfs als je moe bent van een lange reis, ben je er binnen een minuut. Het is een heel bescheiden herberg, maar het is de prijs waard. Het tapijt op de vloer is oud en het glas in de badkamer is gebarsten, maar de kamer en badkamer zijn schoon en je kunt er prima weer slapen. De restaurants in de buurt zijn erg duur voor toeristen, maar ik kon rondkomen door gebruik te maken van een supermarkt voor het ontbijt. Het is een fantastische herberg met de berg Fuji recht voor je neus. Ik raad het iedereen aan die met een beperkt budget van de berg Fuji en de omgeving wil genieten!"

De kamerfaciliteiten waren zeer nieuw, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een fijne verrassing was de elektrische grill op de kamer, die we elke avond gebruikten om vers Wagyu-rundvlees en groenten van de supermarkt te grillen. Er was ook een magnetron aanwezig, wat erg handig was. Zelf inchecken verliep ook gemakkelijk en de verbindingen waren probleemloos. Winkels en restaurants zijn vlakbij; er zijn betaalbare winkels op slechts een paar minuten afstand, een rij restaurants aan de overkant van de straat en een betaalde onsen (warmwaterbron) in de buurt."

"Lovely hotel with spacious traditional Japanese rooms. The staff are friendly. The public bath is really nice. They serve a very affordable breakfast and dinner, we didn’t get to try it but we appreciate the option as there aren’t too many restaurants nearby. The location is quiet and peaceful, a little out of the way if you are relying on public transport, but if you’re driving it’s excellent with ample parking."

GGuest UserEven though it's a ryokan-style hotel, the private room was quite large and spacious. It had its own bathroom and sink inside the room. The bedding was a futon on the floor, and yukata robes were provided. The shared bathrooms, separated by gender, were outside the room. They were large enough for 3-4 people to shower at once and could be locked. There was also a large soaking tub in the bathroom. But the view of Mount Fuji? Absolutely unbeatable! Especially in the morning with the golden light, Fuji-san looked incredibly beautiful.

PPpemikaI arrived late at night from Fuji Station and had to pay 3,700 yen for a taxi. I was surprised when I got there because the house was located on a hill and the road was very dark. I asked the taxi driver to wait while I walked down to check. Luckily, the lights were on and I found the host waiting to welcome us warmly, even though it was already late.
Owner had already prepared hot water and asked what time we would like to take a bath. She even guided us to a small onsen. The host was very attentive and kind.
Although the place looked a bit scary at night from the outside, the inside was very warm and cozy. When I woke up the next morning, I felt completely rested. The room was clean, and the host’s hospitality made the whole experience feel so worthwhile. I felt like the money I spent was totally worth it—it gave me not only comfort but also beautiful memories.
The atmosphere was like staying in a countryside vacation home—quiet, peaceful, and heartwarming.
If you’re planning to rent a car, this is definitely a place I’d recommend. There’s a parking space, and it’s not crowded at all.
I truly want to recommend this place!

AAn.yaThe hotel is run by an elderly gentlemen, so we couldn’t reach him by e-mail when we wanted to send there our luggage, so we had to send it directly to our next location. The hotel itself is in a rather old building, so it doubtfully will be up to the most comfort-loving travelers‘ taste, but it was clean and neat, and the view from the room was amazing 😍
On the down part, since the building was old, as soon as more lodgers arrived there came a stinking smell from the bathroom with was rather unpleasant.
Also I’d suggest bringing your own slippers, since the lodgers are required to take off their shoes right from the threshold as in the most traditional Japanese houses, so if you have issues with wearing slippers worn by anybody else before you, take your own.
The futon beds were very comfy, however the blanket was rather hot for the weather (we went in April).
All in all, you get all the most necessary things like toothbrushes, bathrobes, towels. For its price it’s very nice :)
And the location is 25 min walk from Kawaguchiko station, and the walk is very nice with view of Fuji-san from many streets.

GGuest UserThis is our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, we are absolutely thrilled! The location is a perfect 10 out of 10, with the bus and train stations literally just across the street. There are 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience stores nearby, a bank next door offering a great currency exchange rate, and plenty of souvenir shops and cozy restaurants around.
As for the rooms, they offer the perfect value for money. Staying in a traditional Japanese-style room with a direct view of Mount Fuji is the best thing you could ever dream of! The hotel also features a wonderful onsen, which also looks out at the mountain. Everything is beautifully clean and well-maintained.
The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. On the day we were supposed to check out, a typhoon was approaching, and our bus got rescheduled. The staff kindly offered us to stay and wait out the storm in a special recreation room with a TV and a ping-pong table, so we wouldn’t freeze outside in the rain. It was so incredibly sweet of them! Special thanks to the team for such amazing care! We will definitely come back again.

EEmmanuel chan 8One of the characteristics of a traditional hot spring hotel is that the shower time is from 4 to 9 o'clock. If you don't pay attention, it will be awkward.
Among other things, the food is quite good and relatively average, but it is more difficult to communicate.
The hotel is relatively remote and there is no shuttle, but it is probably one of the hotels closest to Lake Kawaguchi. You can walk to Lake Kawaguchi in 3 minutes. The scenery is beautiful and you can see Mount Fuji directly.

WWYLIN00The host was extremely friendly and gave a thorough introduction to every corner of the guesthouse. Breakfast was also provided, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient—it's only a 5-minute walk to the famous Lawson Mount Fuji photo spot. From my room, I could even see Mount Fuji directly. For the price, this place offers incredible value for money.

GGuest UserAn excellent experience! The environment is elegant and comfortable, and the guests are all high-quality. There's an open kitchen with great hygiene. Coffee is available daily from 8 AM to 10 AM, and other teas are self-service 24 hours a day. Guests can prepare their own meals here, and everyone is very considerate about washing and returning used utensils. The water pressure is strong, and there's plenty of hot water. The toilets are fully automated. You must change into slippers upon entering. The common areas are quiet, and people rarely speak loudly. The front desk lady, who is *********, speaks Mandarin and is very professional, friendly, and attentive. There are large and small supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient to buy food and other necessities. Bicycles are also available for rent.

• New and old equipment: the appearance of the building and the room are slightly old. Some passengers mentioned that the wallpaper cracks and the bathroom is slightly old, but the room is large and clean, and the equipment is complete.
• Note: There are many stairs, which is not suitable for people with mobility problems or pushing a lot of luggage.

GGuest UserFrom the room, you can see Mount Fuji. It is very fast to go to the shore of Hirano. If you want to see the morning sunshine in Jinshan, you can open the curtains to see the clarity of Mount Fuji today and then decide whether to go downstairs. There is a private bathroom in the room. The room is large and the hotel is not new overall. You have to carry your luggage upstairs without elevator. It takes7-8 minutes to drag your luggage from Hirano bus station to the hotel.
