2-Starhotels in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan

I love this camp. the location is easy to travel to any other tourist spot , it is on the opposit conor of aso station, there is Lawson on the opposit as well. The camp is lovely both interior or exterior, the living room, the toilet, the shower are clean, the kitchen is lovely you can cook but you have ro clean them by yourself. The room are cheap but very clean.the staff are so nice. If I visit aso I will stay at this hotel again.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij het busstation en winkelcentra. Het ligt op 3 minuten afstand van de winkelstraat Shangxiadori, waar u heerlijk kunt winkelen en eten. Er is een tramhalte naast de winkelstraat en in slechts 15 minuten bent u bij het Kumamoto JR-station.

Ons t****e matras bevatte wat verontreinigingen, dus we hebben andere dekens gebruikt. Handdoeken waren niet aanwezig, maar over het algemeen was het prima.

Het hotel ligt iets buiten de gebaande paden en het openbaar vervoer is niet erg handig. Het vervoer in Kumamoto zelf is echter niet erg handig. Het duurt een heel eind om beneden een supermarkt te vinden. De kamer is van gemiddelde grootte, de hotelservice is erg goed en de prijs is heel betaalbaar: iets meer dan 300 in het weekend, maar voor drie nachten was het maar ruim 900. Op de derde verdieping van het hotel bevindt zich een kunstmatige warmwaterbron. Het is eigenlijk een groot badhuis. Het schijnt rugpijn, schouderpijn etc. te verlichten. De omgeving is niet slecht. Na een dagje spelen is het heerlijk om terug te keren naar het hotel en te genieten van de warmwaterbron. Het is niet aan te raden om een ​​bad te nemen in de kamer, aangezien de badkamer wat klein is. Al met al is het een prima oplossing als je hier voor deze prijs kunt blijven wonen. Indien de prijs hoger is, is dit niet aan te raden.

I think it was the biggest disappointment so far. The hotel is fine if you stay for one night. But more — I doubt it. For example, it is mandatory to leave at 10:00 even if you stay for more than one night. You can pay 1500 yen, but it literally gives you nothing. You can’t use sauna and sento. You received no additional service or amenities. Even sleeping is hard — the staff changes sheets. Next, people actually live in this capsule hotel. It means they get up very early, loud, alarm clocks, etc. Finally, the locker room is super tiny. There is little space. No benches. Definitely will not stay again. Good sides — the staff is polite, and you can store your luggage at the counter. Actually, you must, but people still carry their luggage upstairs.

It’s a good private house. But I’m won’t recommend if weather is cold or raining, or if you’re traveling with young kids. I travelled with my family with two toddlers. The bath and onsen are outdoors, not quite well lit and not well covered. The hot water water pressure is low, and the water is either very hot or very cold. It was a cold, raining and windy that night. It was a horrible experience for us because of the above, and the kids had a lot of trouble taking a bath. And we were worried they might catch a cold. And strangely the door lock of the bath is locked from the outside and not from the inside. Also remember to buy food before entering. We bought ours and cooked our own dinner. Otherwise, it’s a good private house, probably best for adults.

What a great experience! Very glad we spend one night at this unique place. The staff was extremely helpfull and kind. The rooms are very decent, considering it's an old sleeper train. Just keep in mind the rooms are quite narrow so there is not a lot of space to keep luggage in the room. And the other facilities (bathroom, common rooom) are not abundant, but clean and very much so sufficient for spending a night.

フロントの男性の方が非常に丁寧で好感がもてました、部屋は凄く清潔で良かったです！アメニティーが、ちょっと少ないのが残念でしたが、料金が安いので仕方ないかぁーバスセンターが、目の前で街に近く、歩いて飲みさん街に行けて過ごく便利でした。

何度も利用していますので、勝手知ってる我が家という感じです。しかし、いつもは素泊まりプランでしたが、今回は夕食＆朝食付きにして知ったことがあります。夕食食べる場所で先客の方のテーブルにタバコを吸った灰皿がありました。私がテーブルに着いた際に気を使ってくださり、私にタバコ大丈夫ですか？と尋ねてきたので、食事中はちょっとと伝えました。分かりましたとイヤな顔もせず答えて理解してくれました。私も以前は喫煙者で止めた者ですから吸いたい気持ちは理解出来るので、食事を終え席を立つ際に気遣いありがとうと伝え部屋に戻りました。部屋も館内でもタバコの臭いが気になったことは無かったので無警戒でした、今回初めて気づいたので。
