Вынуждена поставить 1 звезду за сервис, потому что чуть не поседела пытаясь попасть в отель и абсолютно не понимаю мотивацию администратора. Дом очень специфично расположен среди холма, отель находится на пятом этаже дома, вход в дом находится на первом этаже и на шестом этаже с обратной стороны (вверх по лестнице), навигатор непременно Вас приведет к первому этажу (что логично), там Вы даже увидите кнопку с названием отеля, но нажав на нее ответа Вы не получите. Благодаря радостному стечению обстоятельств в дом заходили две дамы, мы прошмыгнули внутрь, поднялись на 5 этаж, а там кодовый замок. Чтобы узнать код - нужно заселиться, чтобы заселиться - нужно узнать код. Замкнутый круг. У меня в Италии не работал российский оператор связи, я не имела возможности позвонить, слава богу у мужа оставалось 4% зарядки и он позвонил по указанному на двери номеру, жаль только, что никто не ответил. И тут нам снова повезло и дверь открыла семейная пара, благодаря чему мы наконец-то попали внутрь отеля, где на столе уже ждала анкета с моим именем и ключи от дверей. Еще через 10 минут перезвонил администратор и выслал инструкцию, как попасть в отель, спасибо, очень вовремя. Я считаю, что в подобного рода отели - самообслуживания необходимо высылать инструкции заранее по факту брони, а не по факту прибытия, так как путешественники с дороги могу банально не иметь заряда на телефоне/интернета/мобильной связи.
Что касается самого отеля или правильнее сказать хостела - изумительный дом с парадной атриумом, который после прохождения всех первоначальных квестов вызывает восхищение, чистый уютный номер, очень ранний выезд (по-моему до 10 утра) и феноменальная слышимость, мы в номере говорили шепотом. Я бы остановилась здесь еще раз, потому что уже разгадала все загадки заселения, но для пожилого, плохо говорящего на иностранном языке, либо не имеющего средства связи человека - это очень неучтиво.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij station Brignole, maar ik raad af om na zonsondergang naar buiten te lopen.
Het hotel zelf bevindt zich in een griezelig gebouw en je moet de lift nemen (erg klein en erg griezelig) naar de receptie.
De kamer leek totaal niet op de foto's. Hij was mooi en stonk (ik weet niet precies wat, ik wilde het niet weten).
Ik was er maar 6 uur, omdat ik een weekendje verder moest reizen en dan terug naar Genua. Ik wilde/wil niet terug naar dat hotel.

Handige parkeergelegenheid, hoewel vrij beperkt en smal. Een hotel in oude stijl, vrij schoon, maar niet aanbevolen voor reizigers met zware bagage / senioren, omdat er geen lift is om de bovenste verdiepingen te bereiken.

Albergo Astro is extremelly well located, in the 5th floor of an old glamorous building close to the train station and to the center of Genova. The personnel speaks italian, but can easily understand travellers that only scratch a bit of italian. I had the feeling as if I was staying in the house of a big family. The place is very clean, and room is clean everyday. Good place to stay for the price.

單人房1號房間，體驗很不錯！可參考房間內照片
離火車站近，步行5分鐘內抵達！對火車來遊玩的旅客很方便。Check in櫃檯在二樓，看到招牌上樓櫃檯報到即可。提供房間內部照片參考，2號房間整修中（代表老闆有再整理照顧房子），有熱水壺、冰箱、中央暖氣，也有提供茶包、盥洗用、毛巾品使用！洗澡熱水要稍等（或許是我第一位洗等比較久才變熱）
街道部分明亮，其實Genova都是大街小巷穿梭！就是這個氛圍！不要擔心太多～但也如評論所說可能有非裔難民來此區，還是要多加小心（路邊也看到兩三位警察再盤查）

GGuest UserThe room was very basic but fairly comfortable. The bathroom was a joke if I’m being honest because the toilet wouldn’t flush and was broken, the shower was so small that you barely had enough room in it and I’m quite slim, the toilet had to be sat on sideways as it was so close to the wall there wasn’t enough room for your legs unless you are a midget. the kettle was also broken as well. It was a twin room and the beds were so narrow that anyone other than skinny would not fit in it. The place was clean though.

MMalu_BaThe hotel is near Brignole Station, but I wouldn't recommend walking outside after dark.
The hotel itself is in a creepy building, and you must take the elevator (very small and very creepy) to the reception.
The room was nothing like the pictures. It was nice and smelled bad (not sure of what, I didn't want to find out).
I was only there for 6 hours, as I was travelling further for the weekend and then back to Genoa. I didn't/wouldn't go back to that hotel.

Thanks to the joyful sequel of circumstances, two ladies came in, we walked in, climbed up to the 5th floor, and there was a code lock. To learn the code - you need to settle to settle - you need to know the code. Closed circle. I did not work in Italy by the Russian operator of communication, I didn't have the opportunity to call, thank God the husband remained 4% charging and he called on the door number, sorry only that nobody answered. And here we were lucky again and the door opened the family couple, thanks to which we finally got inside the hotel, where on the table already waited for an enquiry with my name and the keys to the door. After 10 minutes, the administrator called back and sent the instructions on how to get to the hotel, thank you, very in time. I believe that in such hotels - self-service it is necessary to send instructions in advance on the fact of booking, not on the fact of arrival, as travelers from the road may banally not have charge on the phone/internet/mobile communication.
As for the hotel itself or more correctly to say the hostel - an amazing house with a parade atrium, which after passing all the original quests is admired, a clean cozy room, Very early departure (in my opinion until 10 a.m.) and phenomenal hearing, we in the room spoke whispering. I would stop here again because I have already solved all the mysteries of the settlement, but for an older, poorly speaking foreign language, or without a person's means of communication - it is very irrespective.

Pros: location, spacious room, free coffee.
Cons: very hot, no air conditioning, only a fan; small common area; the hotel is very old; strange manager - always yelling; but what was the cherry on the cake: when we came to get our bags, he said that we should leave the hotel immediately, because we were breaking the safety rules and disturbing other guests, we were creating a threat to them. ))) funny))
