Boa localização próximo a rodoviária, ambiente limpo e bem organizado, funcionários ótimos bem prestativos, quando forem fazer a reserva vejam se tem frigobar no quarto por que nem todos possuem essa disponibilidade, aconteceu comigo e me trocaram de quarto sem nenhum problema. Foi uma ótima hospedagem.

バス停も目の前、Uberもすぐつかまります。
急なお願いもスタッフはフレンドリーに対応してくれました。(アルゼンチン行きのタクシー手配ありがとうございました😊)
朝食も美味しかったです！ヘアドライヤーはフロントから借りることが出来ました。

Já me hospedei outra vez com a família inteira, muito bom desde a entrada atendimento, acomodação, restaurante tudo beleza. Nesta última vez tudo ótimo.

Een goed hotel op loopafstand van het park Foz de Iguazú. De weg was echter moeilijk begaanbaar omdat ze aan de weg bezig zijn.
Goede keuken en een heerlijk caipirinha gedronken. Geen wijn bij het eten.
Heel goed ontbijt met alles wat je maar lust.
Het meubilair is ietwat gedateerd maar verder functioneel en een fijne douche. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff are very sympathetic and clear all the doubts. I found the hotel very pleasant, we came in family and we have no complaints, only breakfast could start earlier than the schedule we have to go out for the tours, breakfast is very good, You have a lot of options (I believe people who complain about coffee are used to eating a lot of breakfast because I have nothing to complain, various options) I was afraid of the negative assessments, but I do not have any complaints in my view. The rooms are simple, but they meet expectations, well-established and spacious.
I recommend, and the location of the hotel is not too far from anything, near markets, fairs and squares.

No entanto, o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Os funcionários demonstraram pouco interesse pelos hóspedes, com atitudes que poderiam ser muito mais acolhedoras e gentis. Esse detalhe impactou negativamente a experiência geral.
Outro ponto de melhoria seria a inclusão de pelo menos um mini frigobar nos quartos. A ausência de um local para armazenar água ou outras bebidas no quarto foi um inconveniente.
De modo geral, o hotel é funcional, mas com ajustes no atendimento e pequenos detalhes de conforto, a estadia poderia ser significativamente melhor.

WWilliamcchThe hotel is in-front of a road where all the buses will pass through because the local bus terminal is nearby. It is impossible to sleep because of the noise. Another thing is that the entire room has only 1 power plug. So you can only turn on 1 item at 1 time: fan, TV, charge your phone etc. however, the staffs are nice, Included breakfast is good.

GGuest UserOld hotel, very well maintained. Impeccable cleanliness. Beds with regular mattresses. Close to the bird park and Iguaçu Falls, you can walk there. The TV is very small and the remote control didn't work. Inside the property you can access a small waterfall with a 1km trail.

JJoão 23The hotel is no longer part of the Elo In chain, but the phone number still belongs to the Andrade chain. Check-in was scheduled for noon, but upon arrival, I was told it wouldn't be until 2 p.m. After insisting, as that was the reservation offer, I managed to check in about half an hour late. The room I stayed in (302) was a closed extension of another room, so there was no phone, and if I needed information, I had to go down to reception. There was no hot air, despite the cold. The shower stall is tiny, and an obese person certainly wouldn't be able to shower there. The breakfast is okay for the price.
