We booked this hotel just for one night because we were gonna fly next day, this hotel is 10-15 mins grab away from the airport, and it provides such good value for money, so we decided on booking here.
The location is excellent, got lots of food and coffee places downstairs, a couple of huge supermarkets right at the door step, a 711 in 1 mins walk.
One thing I’d like to share, I lost something on the grab taken to the hotel, in the evening I realised I lost it, I went to the reception, and they were trying hard to help me and took me to the nearby police for further assistance. Eventuall, I got my lat item back right before my flight, so I am thankful to the staff here.

Een prima hotelervaring, centraal gelegen net buiten het stadscentrum. De kamer was klein, maar comfortabel, met een airco-unit die wel wat lawaai maakte. Mijn kamer lag op de achtste verdieping, maar ik hoorde nog steeds het verkeerslawaai. Aan de overkant van de straat is een foodcourt en er zijn ook restaurants in de buurt. Het ontbijt werd geserveerd in het restaurant beneden, waar eenvoudige Filipijnse gerechten werden geserveerd. De service in het hotel en het restaurant was goed.
Het zwembad op het dak is nog in aanbouw en niet open.

It was a surprise knowing we just booked the room for us to stay the day. It was a simple yet a delight that made our day special for celebrating the new year even we are not complete.
Thank you for the wine !! We always stay with Vivien because its very convenient and near to my cousins house. Also amenities and rooms are clean. Breakfast is also a plus! Very sumptuous and well cooked.

Deze hotelkamers zijn de modernste die ik ooit ben tegengekomen.
Alles was geautomatiseerd, inclusief de gordijnen met touchscreenbediening.
Het ontbijt was eersteklas, goed bereid, goed gepresenteerd en geserveerd door vrolijk, vriendelijk en beleefd personeel. Hoewel dit hotel er van buiten niet uitziet als een vijfsterrenhotel, verzeker ik je van binnen (tenzij je een vorstelijke suite wilt) dat het van wereldklasse is.
Zelfs de lift naar de tiende verdieping duurde maar een paar seconden, omdat het modern, schoon, snel en goed onderhouden was.
Een echte aanrader voor zakenlui en vakantiegangers.

Sindsdien heb ik graag in het Felicity Hotel verbleven omdat het erg handig en probleemloos is. Ze hebben een gratis pendeldienst om af te zetten en op te halen op de luchthaven van Mactan. De sfeer is leuk en het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, vooral hun chauffeur Kuya Efren, die mij tijdens mijn verblijf ophaalde en afzette.

No complaints, as the price of the hotel is quite cheap, a place to sleep, location is not bad, short walk to Mango Avenue, Robinson Fuente etc, many shops around, aircond is old fashion window type but it's working well, water pressure is good, old country and western hot-cold shower mixer, the blanket is thin though, but again as said earlier, it does the job, good enough for a good night rest, buy your own drinking water from downstairs mini mart, basic soap shampoo and toothbrush/paste provided by hotel. For budget traveller, this is recommended, but but for those who are fussy and have better budget, pls skip this one.

Ik koos dit hotel omdat het dicht bij de luchthaven lag en de prijs redelijk was. Ik moet zeggen dat ik zeer tevreden was, vooral omdat de kamer en badkamer erg ruim waren, het bed heerlijk zacht was en er voldoende stopcontacten en een tafeltje waren. Zowel de kamers als het gebouw waren brandschoon. Het hotel beschikt ook over diverse ontspanningsruimtes, waaronder een zwembad, karaoke, een speelruimte en een prachtig restaurant op het dak met kleurrijke ledverlichting. Er is echter niet veel in de directe omgeving, dus het is het beste om op het terrein te blijven en een taxi te nemen om de omgeving te verkennen. Ik zou zeggen dat de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding bijna perfect was en ik zou hier zeker nog eens verblijven.

Het was op de plaats van boeking en ik ontmoette het ABC Plus Hotel. Kuya leidde me naar hun voorkant was het op de 6e verdieping. Ik werd gegroet met glimlachen en ze zijn zo welkom. Toen ik de kamer bereikte, was alles nieuw en schoon. Het was geweldig voor solo-reizigers. En ik heb zelf een stadsuitzicht. Alles in alles was het een ontspannen verblijf. Niet mijn laatste zeker. Bedankt voor de gratis koffiemug. Bedankt voor het 🫶🏻

Our experience at Cebu Parklane was remarkable. It was more than what I paid for. The hotel.the staff.the food was excellent. It surprised me we got free can drinks..I highly recommend this hotel in Cebu.

What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

Llugares1661Good hotel. we had the misfortune of staying on the same floor with a group of Chinese tourists, they staeted shouting at 7 in the morning in the corridor. The staff intervened promptly. Breakfast is decent forea few days trip, the bacon seems cooked in batches and reheated when needed, so it's too dry and not how it should be. The swimming pool is decent, you get sunshine between 10 am and 2 pm, then there is the shades of the building.

Overall good experience. Will surely book this again when we visit Cebu again. They have a small cafe and you can order good food and drinks. 10/10 :)

BBoris AtamanenkoIt's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.

GGuest UserThis is a hidden gem and we highly recommend this resort!
Pros:
- It is next to a coral reef and they provide free snorkeling equipment in great condition to use! This is the best reason to stay here, all the snorkeling you want for free and without the need to travel!
- Very cozy environment with about 8 rooms only? You will have lunch and dinner with the same groups of people.
- Food is delicious, slightly expensive but reasonable. From my short experience, the specials of the night tend to be nicer than the normal menu items, but they are all good regardless.
- I love the resort arranged tour. We took a whale shark + secret waterfall tour, and the guide, Alex, was great. It was a personal tour (2 of us) and we had to leave at 4am (we were slightly late and left around 405-410am), and when we reached the whale shark place, it was already quite crowded and we got a queue number of 52 - still pretty good. After taking the queue number, there are a bunch of shops to shop around, but we stupidly forgot to bring any cash, and Alex was kind enough to lend us money for breakfast and souvenirs. He even helped us bargain with the street peddlers when they tried to overcharge us. When swimming with the majestic whale sharks, he used his go-pro to help us take photos and videos, so we just need to enjoy ourselves and pose. Personally, I think the whale shark experience is pretty basic, not well organized and too crowded, but Alex made the experience unforgettable with his personal touches and help.
Cons:
- The worst part is getting there. It took us 5.5 hours to get here from Mactan-Cebu Airport using the private transfer when we arrived around 1230pm Saturday. There was jam to get out of the airport, jam in Cebu city and road works all along the road to Granada. When we returned to the airport in Monday morning 4am, the trip took about 3 hours.
- The massage is in a room with a nice sea view, but the massage was very gentle and I prefer something stronger to sooth the body aches (from sitting in the car for over 5 hours). So I guess this is up to personal preferences.
- The snorkeling was great, but it could be a bit intimidating when it's just the 2 of us snorkeling unsupervised in a large open sea. We did not face any danger, but also did not dare to venture too far and for too long as we city folks are worried about snakes and jellyfishes. We do see fishes jumping out of the sea in the distance, and this could be a sign of predators nearby.
- Adults only. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would love to bring our kids here in the future and spend more time here. However, with their adults only policy, we won't be able to do that.

YYvonne12Smell terrible at entrance and corridor due to repaint /drain . Receptionist could be more helpful and friendly. The Receptionist that check me in didnt even bothered to smile. When i told her she gave a wrong room as already stated in the email. She was black face and even take back the welcome drink voucher. 😂 well i didn't really need one. The only good service come from your security and bellman otherwise for serive i will not hesitate to give 0 star. Room is very basic but clean. Breakfast ala-carte but not suitable for everyone. This is my first stay but if i ever come again for sure will not stay here again.

•Noise: A recurring complaint is that rooms facing the busy road are noisy, and the windows don’t always block out the sound sufficiently.
•Room size & condition: Some rooms are small (especially the “studio” type) and furniture or fixtures are described as dated. Example: “rooms and bathrooms are tiny.”
•Breakfast & food quality: While breakfast is included in many stays, some guests mention that the food quality is mediocre or basic.
