We had a comfortable stay and staffs were helpful and easy going.Breakfast was good too

I stayed here 4 nights before and after the Salkantay trek. The first 4 nights were in a studio room which is very nicely decorated with plants and flowers, the last 4 nights were in a double room with a view of the city. I enjoyed my stay in both. The checkout was very easy, I left the key and bags in my room when I left at 4.30am for the salkantay trek, and when I returned, I was immediately brought to my new room with my bags already inside, which felt really nice after a tiring 5 days. The breakfast was nice, had fresh papaya or orange juice. The location was great as well, just about 5 min walk down to the main square (about 10min up) and the first 2 streets from the main square have police officers around which made me feel safer. Also many cafe and restaurants in the streets around it. I was having diarrhoea and feeling unwell on my last day and was grateful that I could check out later to have a longer rest.

I had a great stay at X.O Art House! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect ,close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. I really appreciated the small sink, microwave, and pantry in the room, very handy after a long hike or on a rainy day. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help, especially with my late checkout. Highly recommend!

房間設施齊備，前台接待熱情。工作人員甚至提供了酒精，方便我們處理傷口。酒店裝潢古樸典雅，環境幽靜。早餐也不錯，主要是住在修道院後院的感覺太棒了。

The stay at the hotel was very good. Room was big and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located

This venue was perfect. In the high altitude of Cusco, there isn’t a better option! No stairs or high hills to climb to get to this hotel and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the plaza d’armas! It’s perfect. The old architecture and design is so cool! The bed was comfy, bathroom updated, it’s a great place! We wish we knew about this place for our initial stay in Cusco!

В целом отель неплохой для Куско, маленькая комнатка, маленькое окошко, очень маленький санузел, не обогревается, нет питьевой воды, тапочек, но ставлю 5 за чистоту, за расположение, и за то, что отель новый. Когда мы там жили, стоимость составляла 90$ за ночь без завтрака. Для такой стоимости нормально. Но когда мы уехали на 2 дня и вернулись обратно, стоимость составляла уже 180$ за ночь, что для данного отеля просто невообразимо. Прожив неделю в Куско, стало понятно, что цена и качество не только для данного отеля но и для других большая проблема! Цены ставят высокие, а сервиса предоставляют минимум!

Ja, dit is een fantastische plek om te verblijven in Cusco. Het hotel is gezellig, schoon en heeft een zeer warme, gastvrije sfeer. De locatie is uitstekend – perfect om door de stad te wandelen en te ontspannen na een lange dag. Een bijzonder hoogtepunt is het ontbijt – absoluut goddelijk. Alles is vers, heerlijk en met zorg bereid, met een grote variatie. Je voelt echt de aandacht voor de gasten. Het personeel is vriendelijk, attent en altijd bereid om te helpen. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden graag terugkomen. Een echte aanrader.

If you enjoy some quiet from the bustling city center, this place was perfect. Located 15 mins walk from the city center (it doesn’t feel that far honestly), the photos of the hotel are as shown in the pictures provided. The place is really clean and cosy. Giara liaises with the guests ensuring every need is covered. She and the team have been so lovely and helpful throughout. They do prepare packed breakfast for whenever we had to leave early for our tours. Absolutely enjoyed our time at the stay

Great location next to the main square with easy access to the train station. Rooms are big sized and the beds are very comfortable
