My stay at Villa Luzzatti was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. The staff provided excellent service and were always welcoming. Amenities were good overall, though there’s still some room for improvement. A great choice for solo travelers looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

De goedkope prijs betekent dat de omgeving middelmatig is, dus laat geen negatieve opmerkingen achter. Dit is een hostel. Eerlijk gezegd is de receptie niet gemakkelijk te vinden. Na het volgen van de navigatie naar de locatie, is het een houten deur. die meestal open is, is te zien aan de binnenkant van de houten deur. Druk op de reling en ga de deur aan de linkerkant binnen om de receptie te bereiken is een extreem smalle lift. Geloof het of niet, er is niets dat er niet mag zijn, dus vergeet niet om het mee te nemen. Het gratis ontbijt binnen de aangegeven tijd is brood, melk, koffie enz., maar het brood is wel lekker heerlijk. Kijk niet hoe rommelig Italië is, de rijst is best lekker. En de prijs is ook goedkoop, een maaltijd kost maar meer dan tien euro. Als je naar Zwitserland gaat, is het niet een kwestie van meer dan tien euro, het kost honderden euro's. Britse studenten zoals ik zullen ook geschokt zijn door hoe goedkoop eten in Italië is.

Verkeerde versie van goederen
Foto's en werkelijkheid zijn totaal verschillende dingen
Het voelt alsof het helemaal niets met de foto te maken heeft 😂
Naast dat het heel dicht bij het Vaticaan ligt en erg handig
Anderen zijn echt onbevredigend
Er is niet eens een douchegordijn in de doucheruimte en de gootsteen is nog steeds verstopt.
Ook als u lekker wilt douchen, worden uw voeten ondergedompeld in afvalwater zodra het water kookt.
De kamer is slechts het bed, kleiner kan niet
Geluidsisolatie is ook niet goed, je hoort de geluiden buiten de deur duidelijk
De kamer ruikt een beetje vochtig
De zeepverpakking voor onze badproducten was nog steeds bevlekt met vocht

Chủ nhà rất hiền lành và thân thiện, luôn tươi cười và niềm nở, sẵn lòng giúp tôi khi tôi có thắc mắc hay nhờ làm điều gì đó. Tôi rất biết ơn.
Phòng được nhân viên vệ sinh mỗi ngày, gọn gàng.
Phòng n*** vị trí trung tâm nên đi đến các địa điểm du lịch rất thuận tiện.
Tôi checkout lúc11h nhưng có để lại hành lí đến 3:30Pm. Đây là điểm cộng rất lớn.

DD&CMckIts very clean, we stayed way at the back, persons refused to help us to get to the front, the help desk dosnt answer the phone and the dont know to speak, I saw ****** at its best, my friend had a disability and we were refused a lift.
The black guy were the one who tried to help.
Very ******, would never return. We went to the icecrem shop the two young people hardly spoke, the saw us as blacks the assume we needed the smallest icecream, the didn't give us an opportunity to choose, I asked why not let us choose, the young man just made a funny face, I only complained the purchase because of the kids.

However, the hot water pressure in the shower was unstable; sometimes no hot water came out at all, or it took an unusually long time for the hot water to start flowing. Because of this, I had to keep a tiny trickle of hot water running throughout my shower, which was a bit of a hassle to manage.

GGuest UserThe two main beds were relatively clean. However, the sofa bed was dirty and didn't have a mattress. Linens weren't replaced during our stay; we had to get fresh towels and trash bags from the front desk ourselves. It felt very much like a self-service arrangement. I hadn't experienced this kind of accommodation before and found it hard to get used to.
Check-in was incredibly slow, taking over an hour, which was quite inconvenient.
While it's a bit far from the city center, the transportation is good, and there's a large supermarket right across the street, which was a plus. The airport shuttle bus also stops directly opposite, which was very convenient.

AAnonymous UserMy overall experience was fantastic! The location is great, with plenty of shops nearby and all the attractions within walking distance. The common areas and restaurant are well-decorated and equipped. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious set menus at good prices, and I highly recommend the roasted potatoes at the buffet. The staff were all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. The beds are large with curtains for excellent privacy. My only minor complaints are that turning over in bed or pulling the curtains creates a lot of noise, and the sensor lights in the bathroom automatically turn off. Other than that, it was a superb experience!

SSakshi II had a really pleasant stay at Free Hostels Roma. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The service was smooth and well-organized, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming.
Overall, it was a great place to stay, especially for travelers looking for a friendly atmosphere and good service. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

GGuest UserFantastic stay at Villa Aurora rooms whilst I was in Rome.
My room was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. Fully functional air conditioning (rather than those temperamental units in other places) really was a joy to come back to during the heat of a Rome summer.
But so far, I've just commented on some features of the room, rather than my experience here.
What will endure in my memory as I look back was the warm, classically no-nonsense Italian hospitality I had from Donatella.
Throughout my time here, she made sure I was well looked after with room cleaning, bottled water, towels etc.
But I most appreciate her assistance in terms of local knowledge. Local knowledge such as a good seafood restaurant , ”Trattoria del pesce” just down the road (which happens to also be in the Michelin guide); such as to not miss out on the Baths of Caracalla; and perhaps more trivially, but arguably also essential, where to do my laundry!
Thank you so much for making my stay here such a pleasure Donatella, and for adding both a new Italian word and outlook to my vocabulary - ”tranquilo”.

Try to avoid the ones that have window on to the street as the trams make a bit of noise, but I certainly will use it again! And trip is cheaper than booking and a lot more helpful if you have a problem

GGuest UserThis is the cheapest hotel with walking distance to The Colosseum. The downside is that the rooms don't have keys, so anyone can get in, albeit unlikely. The locker is outside the room and you have to bring your own padlock, so keeping your belongings would be tricky. But hey, I assume if you book this hotel you won't bring a lot of things, so all things considered, this hotel is great for it's price.

KKseniaThis was an incredibly wonderful hotel. You could get coffee, and there was a kitchen just 10 minutes from the Colosseum. The service was perfect, and we were able to help you choose restaurants and attractions. We were fully responsive and answered any questions. We'll definitely be returning to this hotel.
