Modern and new hotel located a short walk from Sendai station and Loople bus stop. Relatively small rooms but comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the separated dry and wet areas in the bathroom with onsen style faucet and tub. Complimentary coffee machine available from 1300-0100 and help yourself to bath amenities available in the lobby.

The room is clean, quite spacious in a Japanese standard (I stayed with the one in Tokyo in the same group and this is much better) sadly they don’t have onsen or public bath which is a bit disappointing. But the convenience of locating exactly next to the JR station is superb! Before you check in you can actually chill at the lounge with free drinks and nice view. quite relaxing with a good view of the Sendai city.

Location is great, walkable to shops, trains, parks and attractions. Room is basic and a little noisy/light, good shower/bath area. Some free amenities at front desk and no issue with luggage storage, coin operated laundry worked well. We declined cleaning after the first night as wasn't very well done, however had fresh towels every day

We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel.

Fijn hotel met ruime kamer. Modern ingericht, goede sfeer en de kamer was erg schoon. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid met ruime keuze. Zowel Aziatische als Westerse gerechten. Het hotel is makkelijk te bereiken. Vlakbij het station en de metro zit om de hoek. De locatie is sowieso prima want het ligt midden in een wijk met veel leuke winkels en restaurants die je lopend kan bereiken. De bezienswaardigheden zijn allemaal goed vanuit het hotel te bereiken.

De beste accommodatie-ervaring tijdens deze reis en boven verwachting🥰🥰🥰 Als u de lobby van het hotel op de 7e verdieping verlaat, ziet u een ruime, lichte en statige gevel. De tafels en stoelen aan de linker- en rechterkant zijn comfortabel ingericht. Drankjes en snacks worden zorgvuldig bereid en er worden zelfs late night snacks aangeboden ! De kamer is zeer ruim. Onverwachts staat er naast de 2 eenpersoonsbedden een bank! Familieleden zijn vol lof🥰🥰🥰 Wat nog verrassender is, is dat er op de bovenste verdieping een openbaar bad is! ! Scoor meer dan 100 punten! Het ontbijt is een persoonlijke portie. Het is niet alleen mooi, maar ook heerlijk. Er wordt bovendien volop gebruik gemaakt van ingrediënten afkomstig uit verschillende regio's in het hele Noordoost-district! De locatie is handig, de service is uitstekend, parkeren is handig en het bed en de kussens zijn comfortabel. Kan ik het 200 punten geven? 😅

Unexpectedly grand hotel, especially when you first walk in the front entrance. Very traditional hotel with great service, remember to book your free transport to and from the Sendai train station. The hot spring experience is as expected - comfortable, cozy, clean and relaxing. Highly recommended. The included Dinner and breakfast buffets are great and aside from the typical western food, it served up some local delicacies which were really nice and authentic. Highly recommended place for anyone looking at a day or two to unwind and relax.

Would definitely stay here again after spending 4 nights here. Seems to be a new hotel in a good location in Sendai. It’s less than a ten minute walk from Sendai Station, it’s located even closer to the Subway, just 1 block from shopping arcade, and a few blocks from the Asaiichi market. Hotel room was very spacious for 3 including a 1 year old. Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of the next buildings rooftop. The lights are controlled with a touch screen. Wifi seemed to work well. Good luggage and jacket storage at the entry way. Lots of free amenities in the lobby and you can get 2 bottle of water per day. We did not have breakfast during our stay but the lounge is open from ~2pm to ~9pm and there’s a Starbucks coffee/latte machine. You may also purchase a glass of sake for ¥500 from a machine. The second floor has pay laundry machines, microwave, ice machine, and vending machines. Hotel staff was helpful. They can arrange your luggage to be sent to your next destination. I don’t think there is any added service charge. I had opted for no cleaning when booking to save a little but they still cleaned the room daily. My only complaint is when I asked for a new key because i lost one, the receptionist gave some attitude and said that I should look in my room for it after issuing another key.

It was a perfect stay. Everything including amenities, services, beds, facilities was awesome. Room is very clean and new, employees are so kind. Especially, we had left our belongings in the safe, and realized it after we arrived at tokyo. We made a call to this hotel and the manager handled this situation very professionally! They made a delivery to tokyo, which arrived early in the next morning, so we are now at narita airport without stopping by sendai again!! Definitely willing to stay here again if I have a chance to visit sendai again. Thank you so much!
