Goede locatie, goed bed. Snelle wifi. Nespresso en koelkastje op de kamer ook fijn.
Kamer en badkamer waren echter niet zo groot, en de vloer in de hoeken niet schoon. Kluisje werkte niet, airco ook niet. Erg vervelend na een dag van 30+. Volgens de reveptie hoorde het zo. Ramen kondem gelukkig helemaal open. Een receptioniste sprak gebrekkig Nederlands.
De prijs kwaliteit was wel in orde, daarom toch voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het was een prima hotel met een prima ontbijt. Niet geweldig, maar wel de meest betaalbare optie in de omgeving. Kamer is schoon en keurig. Wat wél heel jammer is, is dat de conditioner naar goedkope aftershave rook.

Het verblijf an-sich was prima. Kamer was netjes en schoon en de bediening vriendelijk. De prijs van de kamer was echter heel erg hoog. Dit terwijl de verdieping waar ik zat werd verbouwt en je eerst binnenstapt in een bouwval. Dit stond niet vermeld tijdens het boeken en was dus een onaangename verrassing.
Bij het ontbijt serveert het hotel geen vlees. Domper. Maar wel de reguliere prijs wat in hotels gevraagd wordt.
De prijs, het ontbreken van bacon bij het ontbijt en de onaangename verassing van de verbouwing hebben er voor gezorgd dat ik in het vervolg elders geen ga als ik in de omgeving ben. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

All very good, service and hospitality, a beautiful and good (and affordable) restaurant on the property, fine bed, very clean etc. And especially: unlimited free coffee and tea, fruit. The only thing I regret is that the doors fall hard in the lock (wood on wood) in the building where we were sleeping, and I stopped the door softly, but it is not all. Between 22.30 and 6.30 hour the mouse is still before and after that is accepting that issue. It would be nice if something was done. All together: enjoy our stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at NH Centre Utrecht and would recommend it, especially for short business trips or city visits.
The location is the biggest advantage — right in the historic center, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and key sights like the Dom Tower. Getting around the city is extremely easy, and everything you might need after work is just a few minutes away.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. They were also happy to give directions and local tips, which made the stay more comfortable.
The room was clean and well maintained, with all the essentials like good Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and basic amenities. It’s worth noting that the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, which is common for central European city hotels, but still perfectly functional for a short stay.
A small downside is that you may hear some street noise depending on your room location, and the building has a more classic style rather than a modern business-hotel feel. Still, for the price and location, it offers very good value.

Dit hotel biedt een heerlijke ambiance en zorgt voor een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Het personeel was ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat de algehele ervaring zeker ten goede kwam. Het is echter belangrijk om te vermelden dat de locatie mogelijk wat ver van het treinstation ligt, waardoor een eigen auto een goede optie is om je te verplaatsen. De kamers waren comfortabel, maar aan de kleine kant. Ondanks de ietwat afgelegen locatie en de kleinere kamers, was de sfeer heerlijk en het personeel fantastisch.

The menu is refined and delicious, and the service is beyond exceptional with a highly trained, kind, and attentive staff at all times. The bathrooms were spotless, and the towels wonderfully soft. AAnonymous UserThe bathroom was stinky and not well clean. We had to buy something for the smell. The bathroom is very small and the sink is in a bad position for tall people. Everything else is ok. Near the hotel you can find 74 and 77 lines to reach the city center. It takes 15 minutes.

GGuest Usera l'entree du parking, il y a un petit panneau avec un P (comme parking)avec (en anglais) Reserved to our guests, mais à l'accueil il m'a été dit que le parking etait payant, pas chér, je dois avouer, mais quand même. Et le sol de la douche avait un defaut qui faisait que il y a toujours de l'eau qui dort, et que j'ai trouvé à mon arrivée, ce qui veut dire que le nettoyage laisse a desirer.
