We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad. Het hotel is nieuw en schoon. Er zijn snacks, koffie en een waterkoeler in de pantry. De locatie is gunstig, vlakbij restaurants en de zondagse avondmarkt. De boiler lekte, maar het hotel reageerde snel en heeft het gerepareerd. Een minpuntje was de slechte geluidsisolatie. Er is een tussendeur naar de kamer ernaast, waardoor ik de gesprekken van mijn buren kon horen.

We waren blij dat we ons welkom voelden bij aankomst in het hotel. Ons uitzicht vanuit de kamer was goed en we hebben 's avonds laat nog van het vuurwerk kunnen genieten vanuit ons raam. Er ontbraken handdoeken en er was geen extra handdoekmat om te gebruiken na het douchen, omdat de vloer nat was. Het zou fijn zijn geweest als we een welkomstcocktail op de kamer hadden gekregen. Het personeel bij de receptie had weinig contact met de gasten tijdens het inchecken. Beide medewerkers waren niet erg behulpzaam en leken te veel gefocust op administratie en financiën. Tijdens een praatje vertellen gasten meestal waarom ze voor dit hotel hebben gekozen. Deze vraag werd ons gesteld door de mannelijke valet bij het uitchecken. Een online aanvraag zou de reden voor de boeking van dit hotel kunnen aangeven. Ik had dit hotel samen met mijn man gereserveerd ter gelegenheid van ons 35-jarig huwelijksjubileum. Dank u wel. Ik hoop dat het hotel mijn suggestie over de extra service in overweging zal nemen, aangezien de hotelbranche een concurrerende markt is.

Location is near CIQ and City Square. But you must enter Wisma HYH from Jalan Trus, not Jalan Wong Ah Fook. There is a pedestrian walkway near Public Bank to reach the entrance. Hotel is very new and clean, only a month old, as told by reception. There is toothbrushes, towels and mineral water provided. Room also has hair dryer. Suitable for small families because room can fit 4 adults, given 2 queen sized beds.

The hotel is very cosy and accessible to various places. We had a one night stay and we had managed to sleep very well on the comfy beds. The blackout curtains are so good for those who like to sleep with no light disturbance. The only strange feedback is that the toilet sink is pretty low ( at my knee height when I am only 1.64cm tall ) and the front desk has no idea why so.

The hotel room is clean, and the reception staff provide friendly and helpful service. There are also many food shops within walking distance, which is very convenient. In addition, 99Mart and Watsons are located nearby, making it easy to buy daily necessities.

First time staying in this hotel. Hotel provided simple breakfast: eggs/bread/coffee tea/cup noodles. Can self service some biscuits/coffee/refill water at the lobby area. Overall stay is not bad, recommended 👍🏻downside is there are mosquitoes and my boy got bitten 😓and tv dun have spore channel.

Very new and clean I took the studio It is very spacious with most the items for a studio apartment needed. Respond was a bit slow though via the number given by the app. But someone messaged me later and it went smoothly

Very nice and clean hotel. Just that the location is a bit far from shopping malls such as Sutera Mall or Paradigm mall. The room is not that big but it is of decent size. Basement parking is free and very convenient. Breakfast is quite decent with a good variety of foods. The location is quite near the highway so for those who drives, then this place is good

Good budget hotel for short stays. Room is small but clean and tidy. Basic facilities are sufficient for an overnight stay. Considering the very affordable price (SGD 35), it offers fair value. The only issue is that the soundproofing could be improved, as noise from outside the room can sometimes be heard. Would recommend for travelers who are looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay.

This Space Residency is a new building that hasn't been built long, so it's clean and quiet. The owner is kind and responds quickly. You can also use amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, karaoke, and dance room on the 12th floor. KSL City Mall and many food courts are nearby, you can easily find shops, beauty, and spas around this building. However, CNY is approaching, so the sound of fireworks is often heard from morning until late at night. If you stay at this accommodation during a major holiday, you should be able to tolerate this kind of noise.
