De kamer was echter misschien wat krap voor drie personen; twee personen per kamer zou ideaal zijn. De badkamer heeft geen badkuip. This hotel is close to Nagoya JR station. One can walk with 10 mins. Very convenient. A lot of eateries near by. Check in counter is on the second floor. Guest room is small per usual Japanese hotel. However bathroom is bigger than most of hotel I have stayed. The room was clean. Windows can be opened but cigarette smoke from street below could enter to the room.

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center, very close to the subway entrance. The room is well-equipped, and new amenities (including pajamas) are provided daily. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and responsible, assisting me in resolving some travel-related issues — my sincere thanks to them !

Stayed with BWH for nights. Pros: The location is great. Only approx. 5 minutes walk to Sakae Station. There are many restaurants to go to. Convenience shops like Lawson and 7 eleven are just across the road. The double room itself is spacious by Japanese standards (as in the photo). Cleanness is superior. The hotel does routine daily cleaning services including replacing slippers and towels, etc. Almost all amenities are provided at the reception. Must mention that many things like face cleansing gel are from Pola. Cons: The fridge makes clear noise (even when switched to level 1), so that I have to power off the fridge before sleeping. The soundproofing can be improved. I could hear laughter and natter from the next wall (their large voice did contribute though), especially when the night was very quiet. Another one is the small chair on the corner. It kept preventing me from accessing the window side of the bed. Should've chosen a better place to place it.

Everything is good but the design of bathroom is not very suitable for me. There is no place to hang towel in bathroom and is all open area. More suit for couple instead of family. No hidden place for changing area as well.

It is a nice new hotel. We stayed in a family room, which is a nice size. There is microwave in the room which is a plus point. Love the fridge with the freezing compartment too. Tv is huge! QR check in. May be challenging but getting to room is easy. Hotel does not offer luggage services to another location. Need to go find family mart nearby for assistance. Breakfast is unique. Cafe style instead of the usual hotel breakfast.

I I came to stay here for the second time, and I feel this hotel has a perfect location. It's near JR Station, within walking distance to the subway line and bus station. The room size is suitable for two people with large luggage. The room and bathroom are clean, and they have pajamas, towels, hand wash, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There's also air freshener for the room and clothing, but you can bring other toiletries from the front desk. Near the hotel, there are a restaurant, a convenience store, and a mall — a very perfect place to stay. me.
