Great location only 5-10 mins walk to Meitetsu Bus Centre and Nagoya Station. Breakfast is quite delicious with Vietnamese pho. Only thing is room is indeed quite small with a long corridor that is very useful.

Hotel was within 5 minutes walk from Nagoya station. The room is of a good size but the bed and pillow was poor.

Very convenient. Near Meitetsu and JR tower as well as car rental spots. Their staff are professional and quick respond to what we request. Large room, full of amenities, very clean. And the status of laundry services on TV screen is cool!

Convenient location and easy to access. Closed to shopping and restaurants. JR station is nearby but the room is a bit small which is under my expectations.
Overall it is still a good stay in Nagoya

Mattress is super SUPER hard and they don't have any topper to add some comfort. I'm from Spore and I'm not being overly harsh on this.. In the end we asked for towels and quilt cover but it only helps a little. We won't be returning to this chain of hotel if there's no option for softer Mattress.. also out of our 7 days, there were 2 days the cleaners did not bother to wash our cups.. one cleaner even put a plastic lid over the cup.. there's only maybe 10% coffee left in the cup.. ridiculous.

This is the second time I booked this hotel. It closes to the airport train station and other transportations.
Rooms are new as well as the bathroom.

Located a few minutes walk from Nagoya train station complex, the lift would always stop at the 2/F reception level. The room size is just able acceptable and the shower/bath/toilet design is quite good.
There's a Vietnamese restaurant, coin-operated laundry facilities, vending machines at certain floors and 7/11 store.

Hotel facilities and infrastructure looks v new. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is compartmentalised into 2 parts: 1 for usual general and 1 for shower & soaking in bathtub (see picture).
Quite well sound proof and curtain is thick enough to block morning light (suitable for light sleepers like me).
Just a 5 min walk from a local supermarket. Good food is everywhere and is also a 5 min walk from Big Camera.
Will book this hotel again.
