Driesterrenhotel met vijfsterrenvoorzieningen en -service. Bij binnenkomst in het hotel was de receptie ruim, zoals in vier- of vijfsterrenhotels, met voldoende zitruimte en activiteiten om de tijd bij de receptie door te brengen. Het eten in het restaurant was ook lekker, met grote porties bij elk gerecht dat we bestelden en een redelijke prijs.

We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so ***y vacant rooms. Atleast hotel ***agement should have basic hu*** decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip. Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also. After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously? Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.

I stayed here for a nearby meditation retreat and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, but the standout feature is the incredible staff. From the doorman and front desk to the room service and dining waiters, everyone was so welcoming and always served me with a smile. They were also very accommodating with my meals, kindly providing less spicy food options upon request. A truly friendly and comfortable environment—I highly recommend it!

De kamer was niet erg ruim en het bed was ongeveer zo groot als een eenpersoonsbed of een tweepersoonsbed. Ik had het geboekt omdat er stond dat het ”het beste ontbijt” had, maar het was gewoon een doorsnee Indiaas ontbijt. Voor de lunch hadden ze westerse gerechten en de foto's zagen er mooi uit, dus het viel tegen. Ik denk dat de prijs te maken heeft met de locatie - slechts 7 minuten rijden van de luchthaven - maar aangezien ik deze keer niet van plan was naar de luchthaven te gaan, voelde het gewoon als een te duur hotel. --------- De kamer was niet erg ruim, met een eenpersoonsbed of een tweepersoonsbed. 空港からも近くて便利。私が宿泊した部屋はベッドがとても狭く、日本のビジネスホテルのようでした。でも清潔で静かでよく寝ることができました。シャワーも熱いお湯がたくさんすぐに出ました。大きな道路の横ですが、騒音は気になりませんでした。朝食も充分な内容と種類でした。何より宿泊料金が安めなので、コストパフォーマンスに優れています。ムンバイは宿泊料金がとても高いので助かりました。

1. Decent hotel for the price and location 2. The staff is friendly 3. Breakfast is great - so don’t miss it 4. For the price, amenities could have been better (like slippers etc) 5. TV works 6. The room is clean, but a little small 7. The snacks kept in the room are not complimentary - only the after bottles are complimentary 8. The view is not great in all the rooms - half the rooms open towards a central courtyard (so privacy isn’t great in those rooms and the windows cannot be opened) 9. No balcony in rooms

A pleasant stay at IBIS HOTEL BKC MUMBAI. Clean accomodation, we are well taken care by friendly and attentive staff through out our stay here .. especially the housekeeping team of Ramesh and Sayali. This is a highly recommended hotel. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Room service orders are fresh and good.

Good “budget” hotel. Clean and you get what you pay for!

Wonderful Experience! This was our second time staying at this property. Very positive vibes, feels so calm and lovely. The yoga studio adds a different charm to this place. Beautiful open garden/Lawn, makes you feel like you’re at some hill station.
