De renovatie was niet verouderd / vrij nieuw, het lijkt erop dat de renovatie nog niet zo lang geleden is afgerond. Inchecken kan via een selfserviceautomaat. De tweepersoonskamer was ruim. Het ontbijtbuffet was goed; tomaten zouden beter als warme maaltijd kunnen dienen.

Zeer gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van het stadscentrum. De onafhankelijke cafés en restaurants van St Benedicts liggen vlakbij. De wifi is niet geweldig, maar het hotel is schoon, warm en goed geluiddicht. Je gebruikt een Premier Inn meestal alleen om te slapen en dat is prima. De parkeergarage aan Duke Street ligt ernaast en is tegen betaling toegankelijk.

Friendly staff and great spot for me and my friend as we both have mobility issues. Just across the road from Norwich station. Very good price, lovely breakfast what is there to like. I read some reviews saying the food was bad it wasn't and also the bar was dirty this wasn't my experience. It is not the Ritz but it was clean, accessible and secure staff lovely.

No issue for the hotel, but Great Yarmouth as a town is terribly tired and worn. No longer a place for enjoyment.

Service was good Lighting in the room was not good - when you enter a room you expect a light switch to be near the door instead of having to go to the light switches half way into the room next to the bed, even the receptionist was baffled. To get a light on near to the door entrance you have to turn the bathroom light on !!! A socket to the left hand side of the window is fitted sideways !!! The sockets to the right hand side of the dressing table should not be one on top of the other Lots of condensation on the windows therefore dripping due to the aluminium frames

As expected and good value for money. The breakfast was average but the staffs were very friendly.

Carpark a little small but you can use next door. Room a little tired with marks on carpet. Quiet room and good sleep. Breakfast included which was good quality, however coffee machine not great.
